Quest residences is always our go to place to stay aside from its location the rooms as well are very clean, good for families, with children and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Condition of the room was poor, not cleaned well. Appliances old. No towels upon arrival, had to ask staff for towels. Living room window could not be closed due to lack of handle to secure it, all road noise could be heard even being on the 23rd floor. Called maintenance at 9 pm after discovering the window was open. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for them to fix.

Hallway tiles were loose as you walked across them they shifted.

Staff was great as the restaurant was.

Great deal.
Check in was a bit confusing as it is not at the front desk, you need to go around the corner to the business centre to check in and out.
Otherwise great space, super comfy bed and linen. Had to ask for more water, but they were quick to sort. Nice pool area, friendly staff.

HORRIBLE- Management smiles, says \"yes sir\"... and never fixes the numerous problems
broken microwave, no utensils, tv one channel, dozen that don't work, shower and bidet leak, water always in bath floor.

Didn't like the 3pm checkin or the 11am checkout.

The TV in our was old and not working properly.

The bathroom looked dated.

The living room couch was much to low.

Everything was good except that I think the building needs pest control. Small cockroaches are visible in the kitchen. I was not comfortable using any of the kitchen utensils because of it. I was not sure if they migrate to the other area of the apartment because they are too small. It was mentioned on one of the reviews but I thought it was just an overly disappointed customer.
Otherwise, the room was well dusted as requested.
Easy access to Ayala shopping mall and walking distance to restaurants in the area.

The staff were very friendly and really tried to help. Our hot water was not working, and they came up to fix it, but they only have so much to work with. It only worked for a few minutes. There were multiple cockroaches, but having travelled in South east Asia, that is kind of par for the course, but I am not sure if would be rated a 4 star. Probably more 2-3 star. The breakfast was very good, and the place was child friendly.

Quest hotel is the best hotel!

This is our first time to book at Quest Serviced Residences and we are glad that we decided to stay here. The location is accessible, the room is tidy, and the buffet breakfast is great!

I would also like to commend the staff-- they are accommodating, friendly, and always full of energy. I would like to specially mention Jo, Carmel, and Kier-- they are really wonderful and made our checking in a hassle-free experience. They are also friendly and full of energy, and answered all my questions readily. Their warm attitude really added to my very good impression of Quest Hotel.

We will always book here whenever we go to Cebu! Thank you so much for the excellent experience, Quest!

It's our 2nd time staying at this property. This time we booked the serviced residences because we stayed longer. The room is slightly outdated. The bathrrom door doesn't fully close so showeing floods the entire bathroom floor. Sorry to mention there were a lot of cockroaches too of varying sizes.

For the money we paid was not worth it for the 10 nights we stayed. As for the wifi it just keeps dropping out every 10 minutes, & not many tv channels to choose from too. Make sure you bring ear plugs for sleeping, there is loud singing and music every night down on the street, don't get the rooms facing on Archbishop Av.

We arrived just after 2.30pm but the room was not yet ready so we went to the nearby mall to kill time. txt msg came just before 3.39 informing us the room is ready and returned to the hotel around 4.30pm. After receiving the room keys we were advised they ran out of towels so we asked if they could give us pool towels to be able to shower after a long flight. stains. The bathroom didn’t have any toiletries either. When we asked about toiletries at reception we were told it wasn’t included in the room so we ended up buying our own toiletries. After providing a detailed feedback of our check in experience through Expedia, management made a significant effort the next day to rectify the issues we identified. They serviced the room by 9am, provided us with toiletries, fresh towels, a sheet to cover the couch & a diffuser to get rid of the odour. They also gave us a fruit platter which was a nice touch. I was very satisfied with this outcome. We booked here due to the consistent positive reviews we read online & whilst we had minor issues it was all resolved & we had an overall great stay. Availability of ride sharing & food delivery services is super easy it’s almost instantaneous. Can’t beat its proximity to the malls. House of lechon is a 10min walk. Definitely staying here again on our next trip. Highly recommended for couples or families with a decent variety of room options & breakfast spread catering for both traditional Filipino to international cuisines. Value for money!

This was a great stay for my family and I. The staff always greeted you with smiles and are extremely helpful. This location is across from Ayala Mall making shopping very easy. The buffet was perfect for the family.

Our stay was very nice the suit we had accommodated our family very well. Everything worked well in the room and the kitchen was very nice. Very close to ayala mall. We would definitely stay there again. And one more thing the breakfast buffet is so awesome it has Everything you can think of on it and the staff everywhere there are the best and very helpful.

The hotel was clean and tidy, had 2 bedrooms which was a huge plus, and also ideally positioned. We had plenty of food options across the street at the mall, we were centrally located for all tourist visiting locations, and the general area was also quite pleasant.

Good: Location next to the mall was ideal. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Arranged a great tour and were always extremely welcoming. Pool and gym ideal for what i needed.
Not good- only one bathroom had hot water in 2 br suite. No cable working. Would of been nice-to watch tv at end of day. Called the engineers, but stayed in residences and in two rooms no cable.

Quest Serviced Residences are actually part of the Quest Hotel. These larger apartments are just on floors 19-25. When I was initially looking at locations, it appeared these were separately located properties.

The rooms are very spacious and include amenities such as a kitchen, separate dining room table, bedrooms, and 2 baths (at least the one we stayed in). Location is adjacent to Ayala Mall. Check in is in the Business Area which is just around the corner from the main desk.

The word \"serviced\" was lacking. The listing on hotels.com indicated the room included daily cleaning services. When I came back to my room on my first full day on Thursday, I was disappointed to have found my room wasn't cleaned. I called and requested to have my room serviced. The following three days, housekeeping did not come to service my room. It wasn't until I complained to the assistant manager that my room finally got cleaned daily. Also room service was not aware of the payment policies related to the type of room I had. Again, I had to have the manager address the issue. Then the air conditioning broke down in my room requiring them to transfer me to a different room and me to pack up all stuff. Once I got to the new room, I had to call and request them to provide toilet paper (none was in the room) and other bathroom essentials. The staff was responsive but it was frustrating to ask for items that should already be in the room (like toilet paper), and having strange people coming to your room. Each of whom kept asking if I was alone - a question a woman does not like being asked by male staff. It was creepy. Food wasn't that great either. Needless to say I will not be staying there again if I can help it.

Super generous staff and overall hospitality. Building is starting to show its age. Internet spotty at times. Had to move rooms 2x due to AC failure. Room Service forgot to submit an order once. Location is walkable to a large mall with shops and restaurant. Kitchenette was key (but missing some items, pots pans coffee maker, etc). Wished there was a hot tub too, however the pool area was nice and well maintained. Despite the blemishes the staff were extremely accommodating. I would return to Quest in the future! :)

Convenience location, but when I arrive business center to check in after 3PM, room is not ready, but they upgrade to 2 Bedroom, very thankful!
I was checkout on Monday, but they made mistake, thought I was check out on Sunday...so when I back to hotel on Sunday night, I can’t use the key and room didn’t clean.

I found the property to be clean, roomy, accommodating and very hospitable. As well as reasonably well located. The only drawback was the very slow internet. Also, I forgot a plug-in battery charger in the apartment. I called about getting it back but got no return call.
