Nice hotel, rooms and pool. I wish there were an on-site restaurant and bar. Adjacent mall is convenient only until 9 pm. Breakfast staff excellent. Food pretty good over all. Room service pricey because of no restaurant owned by hotel. Hint, get ice, beer, liquor, etc from mall marketplace. Mini fridge a plus. Bed too soft for me. Very responsive front desk and all cleaning and maintenance staff. Definitely would stay here again. The family suite with semi separate kid room was really helpful.

This is a very popular hotel so the elevators do require some patience when they’re busy other than that this is a wonderful clean hotel perfectly situated for the ferry port. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and professional. We especially enjoyed the bar and restaurant area because it is also literally in the shopping mall that it shares its name with.
