Check‑in was smooth, and Dave provided excellent service. That night, my sister cut her shin on broken glass from the coffee table, and staff responded quickly.

However, during check‑out we were wrongly charged for a bag of soiled linen we never left. This was disappointing and raised concerns about security, especially since we’ve always been tidy guests with a good record over the past two years.

Room 922 had a great view, but the bathtub wasn’t properly cleaned and the faucet was leaking. We hope housekeeping and maintenance checks are improved.

Manager Riza apologized, but this incident needs proper attention. We simply wanted a quiet, fair stay. Please train staff to be more careful and accurate.

The hotel pool is closed and they dont tell you that on here - only too happy to take your money under the pretence that theres a pool and a seemingly 'its your problem attitude' about it when when you get there.... Business class rooms are meant to come with a 20% off deal for the hotel spa - that didnt happen either! Nowhere near the standard expected from a Radisson Hotel.

Loved our stay in Radisson. Nothing compares to the care Cebuanos give to their guests. Our family have travelled to different countries in Europe, Japan and even in the US, our stay at Radisson tops it all. The breakfast buffet was definitely the best of all! Your staff are just incredibly awesome, super kind and helpful. From front desk, to lobby helpers, restaurant servers, nurse, housekeeping, they were all wonderful. Each of them treats their guests equally, regardless of color. We are a Filipino family but they treated us with exact care just as how they would for foreigners. I booked the business room, without knowing we’d get business lounge access. Unfortunately, during out stay my husband and I weren’t able to use the business lounge access. Kids are not allowed. I am so thankful they exchanged our free breakfast from BCL to the breakfast buffet downstairs without extra fee. The pool was under renovation which was fine. You’ll be busy exploring the city anyways. The convenience is 10/10! It’s almost adjacent to SM City mall which is why we chose this. Their service is 12/10! Would definitely be back at Radisson.

Nice room! Bathroom could use a little bit of updating, but otherwise it was a nice and fairly spacious room. The buffet breakfast is definitely a highlight. Great location with walking access to the mall for restaurants and shopping, and an easy cab ride to other parts of the city.

They couldn’t find my booking despite showing them my receipt and reservation number.. waited over half an hour until they could figure it out .. highly irritating and unacceptable… just set a negative tone for our entire stay there .. never again! For quick comparison I had just stayed at the Shangrila in Manila and the service was night and day.. I know where to book now.. totally done with Radisson.. the buffet was mid.. a lot of the food was cold like the dim sum offerings..service was pretty much non existent and you have to get your own coffee…absent service and just expected a little bit more considering the high rating .. even the service to get back to the airport, was arranged while checking in.. and when we checked out the Togo meals were ready but NOT the shuttle service… they had to arrange it AGAIN and we waited an extra 30 minutes so it was rather stressful and upsetting that that detail was clearly overlooked. I’m so glad we did not miss our flight out of Cebu.. but dang.. this shouldn’t have happened. Bad start and bad ending. Just wow and not in a good way

Staff was attentive, kind, and with friendly gestures. We love our room as we enjoyed watching the New Year fireworks. We were located at the far end of the floor , quiet and comfortable to catch up with our sleeps. It was the most relaxing and recharging sleep we got. The hotel staff never fail us by providing our requests, so memorable with small cake in the room, toiletries, and filled fridge whenever we need drinks. I hope on our next stay the pool is already up and running after its construction. I hope they have changing buffet menu everyday. If you stay more than 2 days you will get same food at Feria buffet.

The hotel was clean and quiet, and the shower water pressure was excellent. I didn’t see a single trace of mold, which I really appreciated. Rideshare services and taxis were easily accessible since the hotel is right next to the mall, and you can also request a taxi directly at the front desk.

The pool was under renovation during my stay, but overall, it was still a great experience. All in all, I would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

We enjoyed our stay. No complaints. We befriended and fed a little stray cat who was pregnant and hanging around the entrance area during our stay. We request that the hotel adopt and care for this sweet little cat and her kittens and get them all spayed and neutered after her litter comes. I’m sure that you could easily collect enough donations from the guests to support this and everyone would feel better knowing that this little girl was being taken care of. Thank you.

I was pleased to get an upgrade to a beautiful, big room for my four-night stay; however, the worst possible experience is turning on the bathroom light and seeing a giant cockroach crawling on the floor. It happened to me. I complained the following morning, and management sent pest control and even an engineer to seal some \"holes,\" and I was promised it would not happen again, but it happened on the following night when I also woke up to find a dead one on the floor of the bathroom.

The executive suite was nice, with a good bay view. Staff was cordial. There was nothing for breakfast though, for our dietary restrictions, despite asking ahead of time for accommodation.
I suspected as much, but wanted to give this a shot for a day. My next stay, I've booked a suite at the IT park, with a kitchen, instead.

The description of this property listed it as having an airport shuttle. However you need to make arrangements to have it pick you up at the airport, and it is more expensive than a taxi would be. Disappointing as we would have booked much nearer to the airport had we know.

More suited for corporate clients. Not warm or hospitable enough for someone on a vacation. The front desk doesn't even smile or not even a \"Welcome to our property\" etc. Staff interaction was quite soulless (the kind you would expect in a corporate environment), no small talks. Breakfast had options but food wasn't that good. In-room dining - Mango float and chocolate ice cream were disgusting. Food is overpriced and taste is terrible. The pool was shut for maintenance. The only good thing at the property was perhaps the gym and the spa (Although way overpriced but for a 5 star property, decent).

I wouldn't stay again if I were coming to Cebu for a Vacation.

Why stay anywhere else? BTW, if you stay there you MUST stay on the 20th floor.
They had actual blue cheese you cut with a knife and add to your salad. Tons of stuff. There’s a big mall RIGHT across the street, it’s big but it’s also modern and chic. Eat at Max there. Order pork sweet and sour rice bowl. Only bad thing is staff is SOOO nice you feel guilty

Much of my stay at this Radisson was pleasant, the room was excellent, the buffet was exceptional, its proximity to SM was enjoyable. I just really find it very annoying that their pool was in a state of indefinite maintenance during our stay, something that was communicated to me couple of days before our arrival, too late for us to cancel and find replacement property to stay. They just have to be more honest about something very basic and important like a pool. Coming from the US, my wife and I were so looking forward relaxing in a swimming pool in a tropical setting. It was very disappointing to say the least.

Room is very dated. Furnishings are old, including a very old television void of youtube and netflix. Pool was not working, which made the kids sad. Exploitive prices on mini-bar. No refrigerator or microwave which, for a 5 star hotel, is usually included. Breakfast is good but expensive for kids who don’t eat much. Staff and lobby areas are nice. I paid double price for a massage, but massage was good. Nothing but praise for the person who gave massage.

Radisson was pretty good. The breakfast buffet was good except most of the main dishes were too salty for me. The corn beef, Indian mung beans soup was salty, the Chinese braised beef was salty. The dining tables were dusty and the base of the tables were dirty and needed to be swept. The dining area was always cold in the morning.
