Beautiful hotel, beautiful staff and the most wonderful rest. The hotel offers breakfast and room service too for a light free. Cons - Doesn't have a Bidet and on top of that you're not suppose to flush toilet paper. No sign is posted about flushing but when the toilet wouldn't flush the toilet paper I told the front desk. Then she informed me you're not suppose to flush toilet paper and gave me another room. If the hotel doesn't want customers to flush toilet paper they should at least have a bidet which 95% of hotels I have used in S.E Asia have.

At the time of check in I asked for a wash cloth and towel since we are three people in the room to make sure we have everything in the room, the customer service stated what ever inside the room that’s it , if I will request any towels or wash cloth I have to pay extra which is not right because the room don’t have any wash cloth to use only regular size towel, one pouch of shampoo and conditioner and two a quarter size soap

This was a basic hotel with no airconditioning at the hallways but good once you're inside the room. Free bottled water were provided per day, airconditioning works, with a small fridge. Housekeeping on request with new towels changed but limited from 8am til 3pm. My partner's son got ill and was sick at 10pm and vomitted almost every hour til 3am the next day which was our last day (stayed 2 nights). Requested for more bottled water and got charged Php 30/bottle = Php120. But after paying Php 520, only received Php 300 amidst all the rushing to the airport. Will not come back.

The property was overall clean and convenient. Staff was friendly and attentive when needed. Unfortunately didn’t like how my room had zero internet for the 5 nights I stayed there. They tried to reset router several times. I would suggest they upgrade their router immediately or don’t advertise that the property has internet. I had two rooms neither had internet unless if I sat outside my door directly under the router. Wouldn’t suggest anyone working remotely to stay here. Definitely a good bargain for your buck otherwise.

I like that it has free parking and that the staff are friendly from the security guard to front office.
But we would never be staying here again for these reasons-
1. We had a creepy experience in this hotel that it seems like a haunted place. I did not have a good night sleep. Had a nightmare that I was choking myself. My husband also had some moments here as well hearing scratches in the walls and knocking at the door at past midnight.

This was my 1st time in this hotel and as soon as I entered, I was cheerfully greeted by Clea M. Argcon and Ana Rose Ramirez at the reservation/check-in desk. Both were extremely friendly, courteous and extremely helpful.on any questions I inquired about and if they did not know the answer, they went out of their way to find it. The room was nice, clean and big as well as the shower. Room attendants were always close by for any additional supplies I required for the room. Restaurant is located on same floor as lobby, quite small but had an good variety of foods at a reasonable price and staff were fast to take your order and serve it within a very short time. Entire hotel was always being kept clean. Several shopping areas are close and being that this hotel is on a main street, there are plenty of cabs available.Security guards and door personnel always on duty and assisted me, as well as other guests, with luggage. Being a seasoned traveler, I would highly recommend this hotel, and compliment the owner of this hotel for their excellent choice on hiring this extraordinary and excellent staff. Only two things were annoying.
The safe was with the front desk and although not a problem, a preference would have been for this in the room
The hotel still has this old fashioned mindset that you can only have one keycard so you cannot leave gadgets charging while you are out.I should point out that I left the card in the room, locked myself out and requested someone come and open the room, every time I requested this, they were prompt to send someone, so the reality was it was a minor inconvenience. The staff were lovely and receptive. I repeat booked this hotel several times.
