Well designed and equipped rooms for its size. Limited options for dining given its just one restaurant. The rooftop bar is an underrated gem; great views and decent drinks with a cozy atmosphere. The staff are prompt and helpful and attentive. It isn't as expansive and feature-oriented as other larger hotels but for its size and budget is a fantastic option. Location is also a plus; in proximity to shops, supermarkets, cafes and even the MTR exits only minutes away.

I only had issues with them taking a $1500HKD deposit rather than simply a print of my Credit Card, but it was immediately returned to my account at the end of my stay. Also my non-smoking room still had the scent of cigarettes. However, location is fantastic… close but not too close to the hustle and bustle of it all.

Take bus A22 from airport and alight at the bus stop 150 m away from the hotel . MRT is also not far from the corner , with the lift exit near to the hotel (great for those who can’t climb stairs). Walking distance to food eateries such as Australian milk and temple street. You can also walk to the train station to take the high speed train to shenzhen. My request for high floor and rooms near to each other were met. Staff was friendly and overall enjoyed my stay

The first impression was already bad, it had a weird odor when I first entered the hotel. The front desk staff was just ok but not enthusiastic. The hallway was very dark and across our room was probably an electric room because it had loud noises all the time. When I entered the room I found many stains on the carpet, the room was very stuffy. The shower curtain looked like you could get it from dollar store, very cheap. The rack on the wall by the shower tub was obviously broken and they glued it back, wasn’t sturdy, and it was sliding down. The towels had stains as well. The grossest thing ever happened to me was I found a bug on my bed and it was alive and crawling around. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was for the house keeper, she was very enthusiastic and every morning asked if I would like the room to be cleaned, some day I didn’t need it but she still offered to clean my trash and asked if I need any toiletries. Location wise was ok, few mins walking distance to a bus stop where I could get to the airport. But if you wanna go to MTR station, it took me about 10 mins walking.

This property has not kept up its maintenance, there are scratch marks on the floorboards and encrusted dirt. When I checked in I found multiple hairs on the bed and lipstick stains on the bathroom wall. The staff are kind and go out of their way to assist you and the original design is great. But overall, it feels old and not cared for despite being a relatively new hotel.

Really liked this property. The room was very nice and it had lots of windows. I had the studio and it had ceiling to floor windows and the bed was comfortable. The location was a few block away from the station. I thought it was walkable to the high speed rail with roller luggage as well. The walk from the airport rail was a little longer than expected but maybe I didn’t pick the best walking direction at night. Across Nathan road is more dining options as well.

Staff (both at the front desk and the cleaning staff) were courteous and helpful, except for one whom, on the last day 04/10/24 afternoon shift , we requested her to call a cap for us to get to the airport express station. She was busy looking at her screen and looked very stonic. She told us the station was too close to the hotel and so no driver picked up our order though she had tried to call twice. We appreciated her help, but perhaps it's her way to communicate the situation and told us just walk out the hotel with a heavy luggage to try to catch a cap on our own. As foreigners, we felt lost in such a busy area. She definitely should put on more smile and enthusiasm in the business of customer service.

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they upgraded our room to a suite for free, that truly made our day after a long and tiring international flight. The hotel is conveniently located at the Jordan station, the location also offers great options for dim sum restaurants, pharmacies, coffee shops and bakeries. Overall, it’s easy to get around the city from here, and the room is very clean and comfortable.

When it comes to selecting a hotel, I want clean, good location, and good value, in that order. Unfortunately, this hotel did not feel clean. Old is perfectly fine, carpet feels dirty, stains on the sink perimeter, hair in a few places. Overall feels poorly maintained. The direct call buttons on the phone supposed to be front desk and housekeeping didn't work. A recessed light didn't work, etc. Location turns out to be just average, a bit of a walk to the pier to the south and to the street markets to the north. Sorry, I can't recommend this place.

The premier location, spacious rooms, and modern condition are the highlights of this hotel. However, I had higher expectations for the level of hospitality from the hotel staff. I only interacted with a few receptionists, some of whom seemed shy. I hope they can be more welcoming to guests. One disappointment during my stay was the cleanliness of the room. It seems that not only a good room cleaner is needed, but also a competent housekeeper to ensure improvement in this area.

First time in this hotel and am impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Just within 2 mins walk from Jordan mtr and there are nearby eateries which stayed open even during the typhoon period!

Receptionists are prompt during check in.

However 1 feedback is for the hotel to review the bath towels that they supplied to the room. Some bath towels are torn and tattered..and makes me wonder on the cleanliness of the towels. Hope that they will improve on this.

Nevertheless overall it's still a good place to stay and I would recommend my friends to stay there.

1st time staying in this hotel and wouldnt be the last! Transport is very convenient with airport bus A21 stopping just a stone throw away. It is also very walking distance to Jordan MTR and many buses to go Star Ferry, TST, etc
Room is very big and clean and amenities all provided. Service staff were all very friendly.
Was caught in black rain last weekend but no fear as there's many eateries, supermarkets, 24hr convivence stalls that remains open. Being just opposite JiaJia Dessert which has Michellin award for the past 7years is a icing on the top!
