Feeling let down

I asked the hotel for a 6am alarm call for my onward flight but they failed to call me.i booked and paid for a bigger twin room but they only had a smaller double when i checked in.I paid for my breakfast in advance but they kept me waiting outside the restaurant for 20 minutes until they found my payment in there system.

I booked a 2 night stay in Eurotel because I have a training class to attend for 2 days. I checked in late because my class finished late which I anticipated. Knowing that I already pay for my stay and it is non refundable. I was thinking that there would be a room intended for me. So when I came to check in they let me wait 15mins for my confirmed/paid reservation. It was really disappointing because I was so tired already and wanted to go to my room right away. I asked one of the staff that if a customer with paid reservation checked in late do they give the room to someone else and he said no. So i told him then why did i wait so long. He said sorry to me but i was disappointed already. Then when I came to my room clearly it needs furnishing. It looks dirty and not pleasing anymore. I was expecting it not to be perfect and all because i paid cheap for this stay. But i think they could do better. I would definitely not comeback anymore.

Its ok. Recommended for someone on a budget
They have trouble adapting to online vs. in person and are stingy with breakfast coupons. Tv volume restriction so you cant turn it up and really cant hear it. But i would still recommend it and stay again. Its affordable and the breakfast is cheap however they don't have tea or decaf

Dirty, broken down and mice...

Broken-down, beat up and badly worn. Shared my room with mice. Bathroom was filthy and walls had stains and crushed dead bugs. The first room I was in had the window PAINTED black, so no light at all. At least the second room had some natural light. This hotel has definitely seen better days. The entrance and lobby are promising, but you will be sadly disappointed once you get to your room. Needs a complete overhaul. The ONLY saving grace is that it is directly across the street from Robinsons Mall. Very disappointed and would never recommend this hotel or stay here again. The staff were cheerful and helpful, but the hotel itself is a let-down.

I don’t like the room is so tiny even the bathroom. No shampoo and conditioner.

I’m on wheelchair for two days and nobody show me that they have a ramp for it . The guard did not even tell me to use the ramp. He let me climb the stairs and have my caregiver carried my wheelchair uostairs.

On arrival we were not assisted with luggage as there is no ramp but only steep stairs. No assistance after checking in to our room. A cleaner had to show us where the room was. The bed was so hard and we could not get proper sleep. They had a desk for working at but not lit well and had no power outlets near it, so it couldn’t be used had to work on the bed. There was a kettle to boil water, but not much use when no coffee or tea was supplied, or not even any cups. Stayed in a supposed upgraded room but ammenities were non existent. We use to stay here prior to Pandemic but it has gone downhill a lot since then

I like the property, the location and esp the staff. They were very polite. I arrive very early but i was accomodated. But i didnt like the bathroom as the hose used in the toilet bowl was leaking, and the door lock malfunctioned. We waited at the door for almost 30 mins and it was hot before we were given hard key to enter our room.

May seem cheap but it comes at a cost.

Truly terrible experience, Most rooms have no windows, the beds are just foam in a plastic cover very uncomfortable woke up with a bad back and neck every day. No room cleaning. We had to ask several times to have the room cleaned and change the towels. There is no facilities at all in the rooms. No floormats for bathroom and the floor is covered in high glaze tiles, of course the showers leak all over the floor creating a serious slip hazard even for the most sturdy footed. The rooms and corridors are like a maze with no clear indicators where the fire exits are presenting a serious risk of being trapped in the event of an emergency.
On top of this you are woken up at 7am every morning with a delivery of some kind of gelatinous gloop being passed off as breakfast.
The staff were pretty much indifferent to any request that was made.
In all my years of traveling this stands out as a truly rare gem, where everything that could be bad in a hotel comes together.
The only thing missing is Basil Faulty

Best thing about this hotel is the location.. I’ll give it a 10.. other than that’s it’s just a regular 2 star hotel.. if you are looking to just rest and sleep and it’s safe , this is the hotel for you .
Bed is not comfortable, they can use a new bed sheets and pillow cases and towels.. looks like they have been washed so many times that need to be put to rest. Bathroom is ok, not the cleanest.

Some room are so disgusting and old , best up grade to higher floor. No room cleaning unless you made requested at front desk. Very slow or non response to any requests. Bathroom disgusting and shower water gets all over floor and only give 2 bath towels and nothing else. The only good thing about staying in this hotel is super close to Robinson Mall ( directly across the street ) it was the only reason I booked this hotel. But after seeing the condition and the service of being here. I will never again coming back.

The stay is for quarantine purposes, imagine you have to stay on those four walls without a window or even just anykind of view to lessen the stress while on a quarantine period of 10days. And as far as I know mostly hotels have their mini fridge. The aircon isnt cooling. Beds are not to comfortable to sleep, feels like there is a bed bites. Shower and the faucet is kinda broken. But on the other hand, what I love is they allow foods from the outside. Not all hotels are allowing that kind of food services.

Only a few parking spaces, I was lucky to get one. Hotel is run down, room was old and worn out. They are doing renovations so maybe better soon!

Shower only points at a low angle into the bathtub, so stand up showers are not possible unless holding the shower head. Curtain downstairs smelled strongly of mold/mildew. It's still a decent value if you lower your expectations. Nice location. Even with all these issues, I'd stay again if I just need a one night stay near the embassy. Much room for improvement though.

Aircon was strong and tv had a lot of channels.

my sister book me from June 13 to 22, on the 22nd i got my swab test, so i check out on the 22nd, I was surprised you guys charged my credit card for the 23rd for $39.64 which I did not book it, I call hotels.com to refund my money, he said ive to call Eurotel central office unfortunately the lady said she cants refund the money, i have to talk to hotels.com, Im so pissed I always book to this hotel every year, beware this people are not really good, charging your credit card without asking the owner

The saying “you get for what you pay for” applies to my experience in this hotel. The sink clogged & water on the floor after shower won’t drain quick - Call maintenance & came right away but since it’s midnight it’s a not a plumber he was not able to solve the problem he asked me to call again front desk the following morning. The small desk near bathroom has dust I have to wipe it out - it’s good I brought my own sanitizing wipes . All staff are vey courteous & helpful.
