I had a spectacular stay for 3 nights with a skyline view room at the New Years. Ms. Büşra at the reception was incredibly helpful during my check in. The room was perfectly clean, and to my surprise, even if it seemed to be the smallest size or the 2nd smallest this hotel offers, it was pretty spacious, which was really impressive.
On my 2nd night a very noisy family was placed into the neighbouring room and I am a very light sleeper who also works a lot. I called the reception and Mr. Ege quickly offered a room change in case the noise would interrupt my much needed sleep. I didn't take the offer as I was already settled in my own room but it was nice that they quickly came with a solution.
On my last night I had dinner at the Turkish cuisine restaurant, Aila. I had the best ever red meat I might have ever eaten in my life! and the service staff Ms. Aleyna was both very courteous, and kind and friendly. I loved that experience too.
All in all, I'm very pleased with my stay and although I'm more of a homely stay person and this was my first hotel stay I paid myself, I definitely look forward to coming back here for another stay. And for a suite next time.

This has been one of the best, if not the best, hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly gracious, helpful and super polite. The room was spacious and well-appointed, complete with a snack and beverage bar and premium bath products (come on, Le Labo!). Breakfast was excellent, and there were plenty of options at the bar, plus you could order from a separate menu if you preferred.
Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and when my room was cleaned later in the day, turndown service items were still provided. Room service was prompt, and the 24/7 menu was impressively extensive.
The location isn’t right next to the major tourist sites, but it’s a very easy drive. I went back and forth three times over my four-day stay without any issues.
I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

The first room provided was appropriate but the noise from outside highway was very disturbing. I tried to sleep but could not as noise was so bad, this was supposed to be sound proof rooms but they are not. I requested them to change me the room at first they refused but then they did as I could not sleep and I had a meeting the next morning. They changed me the room on the quieter side of the hotel.

Clean room, would of liked more toiletries had to request them quite a few times - (e.g: dental kits), also would of liked them do up the room but the decoration package was over €200 which I felt very excessive. Staff were great and very pleasant to deal with, would of been nice if they had more food restaurants available - overall 8/10

This place was really great ! The staff was super friendly and always helped. I don't like how early the restaurant would closed at the hotel. The only thing that was open late was the smoke room. Overall, I really loved this hotel !

The rooms are very lovely with great soaker tubs, great city views and exceptional staff hat saw to our every need. The rooftop pool was great and we especially enjoyed the steam room, sauna and indoor pool after exploring all day. The main subway line is a 10 minute walk away and the area has many options for dining and shopping.

The use of the Gold lounge really was the cherry on top and our two bedroom suite was huge and beautifully decorated. Murat and Seven who are Gold lounge butlers are so kind, professional and helpful and made our stay extra special.

The only issue we has was at the pool, but that was not a big deal, i chaulk it up to a language barrier. Overall the hotel was fantastic. We did not see a lot of places to eat arpund the hotel but got room service and the food was delicious.

All in all, it was amazong stay and hotel location is really good. Service is awesome and staff are very friendly and very kind. Only observation with condition of the room as the furniture is very used and exhausted.

I visit Istanbul every other month and usually stay at the Mandarin, Four Seasons, or the St Regis in Istanbul. I will now be a frequent visitor for the Fairmont. The hotel cleanliness, the staff, the amenities, everything is exceptional. They even note down your preference from other locations when it comes to beverages, etc. I would love to shoutout the man who checked me in, I forgot his name, but he ensured I had an amazing stay. A good selection of pillows - and above all a fantastic concierge desk that how OUT OF THEIR WAY to look after their guests!! The only small downside is that the shower gels / shampoos are fixed on the wall. Not seen this in other Faimint properties …

The Fairmont Quasar Istanbul was a great hotel to stay at while I vacationed in Istanbul. The hotel is located off of a busy freeway. If you happen to have a room that faces north like we did, you will hear sirens from emergency vehicles quite often, however Istanbul is a very large busy city, and most hotels that you stay at would be similar. If you can manage, try to get a room facing the south for a fantastic view of the Bosphorus river, and a quieter room experience.

Great hotel and comfortable. Housekeeping on the 18th floor was very helpful and great!!! Tried the breakfast and staff were amazing as well. Bed was on the soft side but ok. Aircon in the room 👍👍👍 concerige promised to WhatsApp me something but never did maybe he forgot. They forgot to clean our room one time but they did it fast while we were out for dinner. The location is a bit far from main tourist attraction like blue mosque and galata tower. But worked well for us as we don’t like a very touristy location. Easy to call Uber from hotel.

Taxis don’t like to come this location and at times it will take 45 minutes to get a taxi!!! Or on the way back the taxis ask you to get off somewhere close to hotel and you have to walk back to hotel! Stay away as I won’t recommend Istanbul for many reasons. Safety, freedom and NOT TOURISTS FRIENDLY
