This is most suitable for coach parties since it is far from city centre and very limited local restaurants/bars especially in the evening. Breakfast choice is good but getting a coffee can take absolutely ages as machines frequently break down. It is good value for money but one must weigh cons and pros. Double glazing in room does not keep out noise from the street. Staff were corporate and one gave inaccurate facts such as transport options during strikes. On balance we would not choose to return.

Our room was on the 3rd floor and there was an issue with the shower cold water pressure so it gets hot then comes back to the temperature you adjusted it for. Also the hotel location is around 15 minutes walk to the metro station.

Loved this hotel. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The free buffet breakfast is varied and tasty. The restaurant in the hotel is open for dinners and has great food. The hotel is just a short uber drive away from main areas of Porto. There is a little bar in the center of the lobby where you can get local beer, wine and coffee. Bathroom had hair dryer, shampoo and body wash.

This place is a nightmare that only looks nice from the outside. There is always one single person at the front desk, which of course will lead to long lines especially during peak travel season. We had to wait a while to check in, and when we got to the room we realized that the coffee machine wasn't working properly (water came out instead of coffee). When we called reception to ask for help instead of offering assistance they kept asking us if we had turned the machine on correctly. Then there's the actual room, the shower temperature and pressure kept on oscillating between low and high and never actually stayed consistent which led to either scalding hot or freezing cold water. Nothing in between. The walls/doors are paper thin so we could hear everything in the hallway at all times. The rooms never got fully cleaned (crumbs and dirt everywhere). And the staff at breakfast were giving us dirty looks for taking multiple plates of food (even though we ate all of the food?). I felt uncomfortable the whole time and would not recommend this place to anyone.

We also noticed that the in-room mini fridge did not keep items cold. When we asked about it, we were told it’s designed to maintain a temperature of around 16°C. It was a bit confusing, as guests typically expect a fridge to properly chill food and drinks.

Wonderful hotel! Everything was positive. The location worked for us — away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but near enough to get there within minutes via Uber which is inexpensive in Portugal. The room, daily breakfast, service, ambiance — all lovely! Shout out to Anna and Leonel at the front desk who were very helpful with our needs. Thanks, Anna, for helping me track my Parfois package and going out of your way to call their customer service. We will definitely be back at this hotel.

The hotel was very pleasant .It has a restaurant and small bar area .The breakfast was ok but much of the same stuff most of the time .Sometimes the food was a bit cold and over cooked even though we went for breakfast at different times . There is not much around the hotel area at all apart from the FC Porto football ground but taxis are only 6 euro to the centre.

Excellent breakfast with a wide range of high quality options. Staff extremely helpful. Beautiful bar area with very friendly staff. Hotel room was well decorated and very comfortable. It is quite a way from the City centre but Uber was very quick and cheap. The metro was also only a 10 minute walk away. The hotel had car parking so if coming by car would recommend this high quality hotel. Only minus was check out as it took 15 minutes in the queue. Perhaps you could have an express checkout for those with no bills to pay.

Brand new design hotel near the Porto FC stadium and inner ring road. Cheap and fast taxi rides ( or subway) into the historic centre make it a cost effective location for staying in Porto, plus there is a area 5 min walk with plenty of good local cafes and restaurants.
Enjoyed it so much we stayed a second time on our Portugese trip, the rooms are very comfortable, and brilliant bathrooms, plus great complimentary breakfast.
Only change would be to lower the bar/reception lighting levels at night to make it more conducive to a nightcap. It’s very bright!

Stayed along with friends, who came in separate cars, finding the hotel on two different sat-navs was extremely difficult, had to revert to Google maps. The information of the hotels location from the centre of the city, stated \"3 minute drive\" that would have been at midnight & driving at 100k/hr. Saying all that, the hotel & staff are both excellent, spacious clean room, excellent breakfast, we also had dinner in the hotel, which was also excellent & reasonably priced. The hotel is in a quiet location, with the metro 10 minutes walk & a bus stop 5 minutes away. Both journeys taking about 25 minutes.

The gentlemen working at reception and at the restaurant were also very pleasant and helpful. The initial person who checked us in wasn’t very pleasant and one lady working in the restaurant seating people was not cooperative or pleasant. I gave it a total of 3 stars. The property is new, looks beautiful and modern. As for it being new, I understood how our room was without a fridge. The 3 stars come from how we would ask the front desk staff for an additional towel for our child who was with us or a sheet and pillow for the pull out bed for our child to which the front desk staff would say “oh it’s late, housekeeping went home.” Or “we will try informing housekeeping.” But no actions were actually taken. I had to take initiative to look for a housekeeping personnel to provide me with the said essentials. The booking by the way is for 2 adults and one child of 6. The restaurant staff are the best though. They were pleasant, hospitable and made our stay great! My husband would never fail to say after breakfast that he the restaurant staff needs to be commended for how they do their work!
