Very clean and modern hotel. Verg cozy vibe, as the room is not super huge, but it's still very spacious and clean.

Room was excellent and location was good, but service was a little slow. When requested for fresh towels, we waited over an hour and then had to go pick them up at the reception. Was asked to go to the reception and fill out a form to borrow a steamer, which was a bit inconvenient and unnecessary.

The staff wasn’t overly friendly, just did their job it seemed. It’s about a one mile walk to the areas you’d like to be-Nothing much nearby.

Location of the Hotel was OK, Rooms are comfortable, but 2 night out of 4 during our stay AC didnt work in the entire Hotel and they didnt call for emergency repairs. Also big construction is going on directly across from the Hotel, so we couldn't use our balcony due to constant noise. I wish they notify clients before booking.

The room we were given at this hotel was fantastic. We had a superior twin. It had a large balcony with seating which we used quite a bit. However I am not sure all the rooms have this facility. Great size bedroom and bathroom. Room has a kettle and coffee maker, fridge. Cleaned well daily. Everything about the room was perfect, 5 stars.
The location is a little further out, we were only there for 3 days and it took us a while to get our bearings on how to get where. There are some good restaurants and a supermarket 10 minute walk from this hotel.
There are building works going on opposite the hotel, which didn't worry us but our room was at the side of the hotel, so I don't know how it would be for the rooms at the front. The work does only go on during the day and you would generally be out during the day.
The only negative for us was the breakfast which was not of a good standard. The hot buffet was cold and poor quality. In fact we left everything on our plates. I opened a pot of jam to be faced with mould which is extremely off putting. We had a few issues which we fed back to Expedia and they have been quite helpful with this. Such a shame as the rest of the hotel is spot on and it is the one thing if they work on it , could improve.
I would most definitely stay again but I wouldn't book it with breakfast next time.

The staff at the reception desk spent half an hour with us to resolve a booking issue unrelated to this property. They were caring and genuine in their approach to problem solving. We could not be more pleased with their professional attitude.

The hotel itself was very very good indeed. It was within walking distance of Porto centre which was good. Very good staff, very clean and tidy. My only negative was the evening dinner menu. For A 4 star hotel it was very limited and no thought had gone into it. Even the menu was on a clip board. Get a good menu and chef and you would have a fantastic hotel

It has a kettle to make tea, decent bathroom size with good shower however the bathroom bin is not easy to open. The hair dryer is detachable which is also powerful not like the typical hotel dryer that you need to press the button while drying. Other things I do not like is too much mirror. Check in was smooth but was unhappy about the €20 per day parking fee especially since the area had no access to a close parking garage. The garage was also dangerously cramped and the steep and tight ramp was so steep that the cars tires would slip as we were exiting. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the lack of amenities was not expected considering the cost of the room. Also the rooftop bar was open only to access the area but no bar was active at this time of the year (September 18). Was a disappointment since this added to the hotel’s appeal when booking.

Dinner menu could have been much better - a bit pathetic, hotel a bit out of the way. Very easy check in, lucky to get parking in the on site underground parking despite emailing ahead. Hotel is amazing, staff are great not in the best area of Porto but the burger place next door is incredible. Didn’t have time to check the roof terrace. My partner said the pillows are the best she’s slept on in a hotel.

This is an amazing hotel experience. Great Quality and location for the price. I plan on staying here again when I am traveling by bus to see the PORTO games at Estadio do Dragao. It's a quick 15-minute direct walk to the stadium and just a couple of blocks from the Bus Station.

Location is bit away from downtown but can be accessed easily by public transport ( tickets are not that expensive 1.25 Euro ) or by Uber /free way service about 3-4 Euro . Local grocery is very near buy if you would like to buy water and fruits . Excellent bakery to take BF is near the exit of the metro station 24 de Augusta . Surprised there is no iron in the entire hotel. You have to be aware of this .

Relatively recent renovation the room was beautiful. Style, size and comfort, this room ticked most if not all the boxes. City centre about 20 minute walk, which is fine for me as I love walking.
