​I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The design is very unique and stylish. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they were spotlessly clean. The à la carte breakfast was delicious, and the Wi-Fi was perfectly fine. Best of all, the staff were incredibly nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay at the Artcore Hotel in Porto. I was only a 10 minute walk from the main downtown area, but being a bit out of the way meant I could explore other areas, and it was a bit quieter. Super helpful and friendly staff. Modern and chic feel to the hotel. Very comfy bed!

I had a wonderful stay at the Artcore hotel. The attention to detail was incredible and the staff really had thought of everything! The welcome table with fruit, water and sweets was a lovely touch, as is the complimentary mini bar. I loved the outdoor pool and the downstairs spa area - perfect for relaxing tired legs after Porto's hills! Breakfast was a real treat....so much choice and everything was beautiful! I would return in a heartbeat!

It was a lovely hotel! We stayed there for part of our honeymoon and the staff was conscientious, our room was nice (softest personal blankets ever), and the breakfast was tasty. It’s a cool neighborhood with good bars and restaurants within walking distance. You’re close to the downtown (15 minute walk) but away from all the noise. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at the hotel, the staff were always friendly, polite and very helpful. As it was very hot we made great use of the pool. The bar was a fun place to watch the World Cup and meet other guests. We loved the decor and fun touches. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good location and very well presented with some great art. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Very good breakfast and amenities - only slightly downside was the size of the pool and surroundings but if you are going to Porto there is so much to do that you wouldn’t go there just to lie by the pool. Beautiful hotel! Staff were always friendly and helpful. We arrived to a bottle of wine on ice in our room as we were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary. Very kind and thoughtful touch. Exceptionally clean room! We loved the complimentary mini bar and the sweets etc at reception! Great €8 cocktail of the day! Bar staff were lovely, so helpful and knowledgeable.
Breakfast was very good! We happily ate all the table sharers but seemed a bit of a waste of food when not eaten by other guests. Saturday service was a little chaotic with a bit of an order mix up and missed coffee order but staff couldn’t be more apologetic!

Breakfast- excellent choice and cooked to order, table service. Selections of bread, pastries, chrse and meats , fresg fruit and juice while you waoted for your individual order.
Complementary mini bar in your room- replemished as needed.
Complementary nuts, sweets and water in foyer.
Room was ideal with complementary tolietries. TV hidden within big round mirror.

Never had so much to say about a hotel . Yes it's brand new so all shiny and new but the staff go above and beyond and it feels like a home from home . The cleaning is to a high standard so much so we had to say don't clean our room today it's too clean . A free mini bar is an added bonus with daily beers soft drinks and water along with the free pick and mix , cake and fruit downstairs.
The lovely roof top area is lovely to relax although only a few sunbeds there are plenty of tables and chairs , again press the button and they will corm to order drinks for you. The spa downstairs is a welcomed suprise and a nice calming relaxing space . The hotel is less than a 20 min walk from a square with some cafes and restaurants and then a further 10 mins or so to the river , perfectly located .The staff are always friendly and will greet you each time you walk past. We absolutely loved our stay here and across sad to leave . 100 percent recommend this place. Thank you once again

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Very clean with great amenities. The rooms were a nice size and the bathroom was fantastic. Free water in the rooms, and free drinks and treats when you enter the hotel. The staff were amazing. I mentioned that it was my husbands birthday during the stay and they went above and beyond making it a special trip.

Good location about 15-20 minutes walk from the old town, Ponte Luis I and the Cathedral.
Superb a la carte breakfast with eggs benedict, smashed avocado toast, fresh orange juice etc.
Will definitely stay here again if we go back to Porto :-)

Lovely room with a big bathroom. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent although the poached eggs were served cold. Some days breakfast service was quicker than others. All staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Unfortunately not all the spa facilities were working and it did feel a bit strange walking through the dining area to get to the pool.

This hotel is a fantastic choice if you want a quiet stay away from the main tourist crowds while remaining within easy reach of everything. It’s very affordable and only a 10-minute walk to the city center, with a metro station just two blocks away. Pro tip: if you’re coming from the airport, just take the E line straight to the 24 de Agosto station.

We stayed here for our anniversary and were warmly welcomed by Ines. She gave us a quick tour and personally walked us to our room, which was a wonderful touch. Since the hotel is less than a year old, everything feels fresh and very clean. The entire staff is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern stay!

I had a couple of issues - my room overlooked the courtyard and the neon artwork was left on 24/7 meaning the room was not very dark during the night. I raised this issue twice and by the third night of my stay it was resolved. Hopefully this is something that will be implemented long term because if it impacts the rooms overlooking the courtyard it is likely an issue for residents in the neighbouring apartment blocks. I also had an issue with the hot water supply to the shower - it would run very hot then very cold. Again I raised this issue twice. I even suggested changing rooms and when I returned after my day I was offered the chance to move rooms. The team were apologetic and sincerely tried to rectify these issues.

I was absolutely delighted with this hotel. The service I received was the best of the six hotels I stayed in during this trip. Bruno, the head of reception, went out of his way to ensure our complete satisfaction. On my birthday, I was spoiled from morning till night. At breakfast, they sang \"Happy Birthday\" to me with a cupcake and two glasses of champagne. In the afternoon, they offered us a glass of vino de Oporto, and when I arrived in the room that afternoon, there was a greeting card with a bottle of champagne and a mini cake—delicious! Also, the entire hotel is sparkling clean, smells wonderful from the moment you walk in, and they have not only flavored waters but also snacks you can have 24 hours at the lobby. The rooms are super clean and smell lovely. We were surprised that the included breakfast was à la carte; everything was delicious, and the service at the restaurant was excellent as well. I recommend it to anyone visiting Porto, and I will definitely return. Bruno, along with all the staff, made us feel very like never before in a hotel. Thank you!
