The apartment was clean and well prepared for our arrival. While small, it comfortably accommodated the four of us (2 adults 2 kids). It is in a central location of Porto, close to Mercado do Bolhao, the metro, and within a decent walking distance of the riverfront. There are many restaurants and shops close by. We highly recommend this property the next time you visit Porto.

Kitchen well supplied. Office staff very helpful. There wasnt a separate bedroom, rather half wall separation. We liked the garden area. Hardly any storage for clothes etc. Needs some wall hooks, shelves & better sized closet for guests staying a few days. Very centrally located area for restaurants, groceries etc.

The location of the apartment is great. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Very few room amenities in that there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, no skin cream and no coffee capsule refills each day.
There was also construction going on at the apartment next door so sitting outside meant listening to drilling and hammering all day. But it was clean and it was nice to have a kitchen for breakasts in, and room to spread out.

Everything was great, centrally located, clean and helpful friendly staff and a very nice roomy apartment.
It would have been perfect if the front door to the building locked. We reported it twice and were told it was being fixed but it wasn’t during our 4 days.
Apart from that I would definitely recommend for any stay in Porto.

We liked our stay there, it´s well equipped and decorated appartment with all we needed in bathroom and kitchen (we didn´t cook). Location is just right to be still relatively quiet, but very close to the city center. Also communication with the host was seemless, just the indication of the accomodation location on the street could be a bit more obvious.

Cannot say enough good things about this property in Porto. Anabela was incredibly accommodating and the check in process was easy. There are a few different ways to get to the location (uber, taxi), but we got off at the nearby Bolhão metro station after taking the train in from Lisbon. It's a bit of a hike up the stairs with luggage so be ready but so is every accommodation in Portugal. The place was lovely with nice touches like body wash available, wifi, and good air conditioning. Sleep was easy and the area is super accessible and walkable. Would recommend to anyone.

Incredible unit in a very walkable part of town with everything we could have wanted. The space was beautiful, with a large and comfortable kitchen/ living area and full bath downstairs and two nice bedrooms upstairs (one ensuite). An amazing value and would stay again.

Arrived when Guestify office open so checked in with a person. I did see a lock box next to our apartment so I would guess check in easy even after hours. Staff very helpful and had great info on Porto on our arrival. The only problem was we had booked and had confirmed a specific apartment through Hotels.com but we were moved to a different apartment at the front of the building so could be a bit noisy. Great location for transportation, shopping and restaurants. A short walk from Bolhao metro station. Overall a very nice stay.

Excellent studio apartment, 1 block off the main pedestrian shopping street, and close to many sights. lots of restaurants shopping nearby, including supermarkets and wine stores. Speak with the agency several days at least before your arrival date to secure a parking space a few doors down the street. You will pass it on your right when you arrive up the street, you might be able to temporarily to park illegally in front of a delivery door across the street. Excellent service and hosts. My only concern could be the lack of an elevator for some people.Highly recommended!

This beautifully appointed apartment was the perfect place to stay in Porto. Upon arrival, we were a little nervous because the street looked a little sketchy at night. We parked in a parking garage and found the check in office. The woman who checked us in was fantastic. She gave us a map and a lot of good tips. The apartment itself was great and had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Once we went out, we realized that we were within walking distance of everything we needed. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

The ladies in the front office were very friendly and helpful. After a long day of travelling, we had difficulty finding the parking garage. It is a very busy one-way street with several garage type doors, hard to see street numbers. One lady came outside of the office to direct us, and helped with luggage. We were in apartment \"Blue Topaz\" facing the back courtyard. There is no traffic noise, very quiet.
The little apartment is nicely decorated with high end appliances. We had difficulty operating the counter top, two burner stove. Again one of the reception ladies came and showed us how the stove works.
There is a cupboard unit with a rod for clothes;however only a few hangers. It would be nice to have at least 10 hangers, five for each of us, and perhaps a small dresser to actually put clothes into drawers. I felt I was living out of my suit case as it was on the floor. My only complaint!
Balhao Market is a five minute walk away. I got spoiled having fresh bread, pastries, fruit and veggies. We also bought large cooked shrimp which were delicious.
The historical sights and Ribeira waterfront are within walking distance and we are 70 seniors. There are many restaurants in tte area.
All in all, it was a great choice for us for our stay in Porto.
PS we would suggest a rool of paper towel for the kitchrb

The location was great but the sofa bed was very squeaky and the room temperature was extremely cold even with the heaters on, they should provide extra blankets. The apartment itself was confortable because it had room to cook.

The room was nice overall. Building does not have an elevator which I'm not sure if that is mentioned. Had problems with the heater, upstairs was always warmer than downstairs. Building shakes on occasion, not sure if that is from the construction sites around the city using dynamite underground or from the buses or trucks driving by.
Asked how often someone comes in to pickup trash and replace towels upon check-in and was told every 4 days, we were there 6 nights and no one came in to get our trash or replace the towels, very disappointed and mainly for the lower score.
Office did assist with us purchasing a hop on hop off tour and provided a map of the city upon check-in but had to ask for it.

Absolutely deserves the high rating it has! Superb location within easy walking distance of everything, with great transport links nearby if walking isn’t your thing. The property itself has everything you could need (the iron was missing but I’m sure this would have been provided had I asked). Great communication before and throughout my stay. Clean, cosy and comfortable with air con. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay again (though perhaps not on the 3rd floor!) Fantastic!

The property was located in a great location. We were late for check-in; however, everything worked out just fine. The only comments I have to make is that we didn't have the WIFI information in our apartment. It was left in the corridor which we were not informed about. This occurred because they were transitioning to a new wifi provider. My only other comment is that the pillows are terrible and should be replaced. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommended staying here though. I would come back.

You can see a photograph of a lovely room in their ad, but ours wasn't it. We were put in the back, on the ground floor, beside a sad little yard. We had NO WINDOWS that we could see out of, only a frosted glass door and a tiny high-up frosted porthole window! Most problematically, we were depending upon internet for our jobs and IT DIDN'T WORK! They claimed to be surprised and said they'd turn it off and on again, defensively claimed they'd never had this problem before, but nothing was fixed, they didn't inquire or try to make it right, and seemed irritated that we were having a problem. They also directed us to a restaurant that was permanently closed, and said we needn't make reservations for dinner at area restaurants (we went from place to place and couldn't find any good place that had space. All of them said you needed a reservation). But the internet was a killer. I ended up forking over extra to pay for Vodaphone on my home plan, which didn't seem to work well in that space either. We will never stay here again.

Overall the experience was great. The place was very central, you can pretty much walk everywhere.
Very easy and friendly communication with the hotel staff, check in and check out were easy, and we were able to store our luggage on the last day.
Property was very clean and modern. There is quite a lot of traffic in the area, but once the windows are closed, that is not an issue.
You have a fully equipped kitchen so you can easily cook, have a coffee etc. It would be nice if the hotel made basic cooking supplies available such as salt, pepper and oil.

Amazing amazing experience staying at Insitu!!! Our check in was a bit later than we were told but despite check in issue, room was amazing compared to other rooms at this rate in Europe, it was super clean, front desk was friendly and we could leave out luggage there until check in time. Beautiful room with kitchen , very close to bolhao market and catalina street. Just 20min walk to the riverside and luis bridge. Would stay here again when I go back to Porto

We couldn’t recommend staying here more. We were treated like family and Lia was so accommodating. She was essentially a travel agent for us as well and went through lots of detail on suggested itineraries and even booked a tour for us. The place itself is close to a train station, shopping and restaurants, but set far enough out that is was very quiet for our 3 and 1 year olds. Our apartment was spotless and beautiful.

Well located, near Time Out Market. Practical, minimalist, very cold atmosphere in the room. If to sleep only, it is perfect. And that is what we did. Cleanliness was ok except for the tiles in the bathroom... on the floor, never scrubbed... unfortunately. From there, we were able to walk, take the tram, the ascensor, the bus, hail a cab, walk to the train going to Belem. Well located it is!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement! Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin, et la localisation est parfaite pour visiter. Nous nous sommes stationnés dans un parking public pratiquement en face sans problème, mais nous n’avions définitivement pas besoin de la voiture vu la proximité à pieds de tout!

Mention spéciale à Anabela qui offre un excellent service, tout en étant disponible et facilement joignable! L’accueil s’est déroulé de façon simple et flexible. Nous recommandons vivement :)

O quarto é confortável, boa cozinha, bom ar condicionado. A tv é pequena e antiga. O banheiro poderia ter uma ducha melhor, a temperatura da água oscila e se não for rápido a água quente acaba. Mas o maior problema que tivemos foi com a comunicação no check in. Ficou combinado que teríamos alguém para nos receber, mas não tinha. Tentamos nos comunicar pelo WhatsApp, mas não houve resposta, apenas no dia seguinte nos perguntaram se tínhamos conseguido entrar no alojamento. Graças a Deus tínhamos conseguido. Apesar dos pequenos problemas, o alojamento é ótimo, muito bem localizado, perto de alguns pontos turísticos, restaurantes e metrô. Tem uma cozinha bem equipada, com fogão de indução, sanduicheira, microondas, geladeira com congelador, pratos, copos e talheres. No geral gostamos da nossa estadia.

El apartamento tenía de todo, y estaba completamente reformado. La cama comodísima y silencio absoluto para dormir. A pesar de que nuestro apartamento era un primer piso hacia la calle estaba perfectamente aislado.
La entrada muy rápida y fácil. Además, tienen agua y café como detalle. Por poner un punto de mejora a eso, que obviamente no tendrían por qué hacerlo… ya sería fantástico que tuviese un par de shots de leche (por pedir).
Así que el resumen es que ha sido una estancia fantástica!!
