The location looks central on map but not convenient because it is not easy to get to the train station and a metro. Though it is next to a shopping street there are no good restaurants and cafes near by.

The review is based solely off customer service, I was not able to make my original check in due to illness , I reached out to the hotel not looking for a total refund but for a possible credit more than willing to come to an agreement not looking for a total refund.

When that didn’t seem possible, I reached out by phone call and was told by their representative that the room was still being held until Friday which I could make and would be fair. They changed their mind and wouldn’t help me in any way even though the room was paid in full and the hotel was not full. I checked everyday on their own site and they had rooms.

I understand rules but this is just bad business and not fair to take my money not give a partial refund and then not let me finish out my time that was paid for.

We did not eat breakfast however the variety looked good from afar. Seemed to be pastries, bagels .. not sure about eggs.

The room was great however we had to live out of our suitcase for the 4 nights of our stay as there was only a small space to hang up clothes and no drawers at aĺl. That made it awkward.

Bed was comfortable, room lightening good and very clean as was the hotel facility.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was great. Close to the hop/in bus, shopping area and many wonderful restuarants.

If you don't mind living out of a suitcase, I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating. We requested a room change due to a strong sewer smell from the bathroom. They accommodated the change and also gave us free breakfast for our stay. The breakfast is excellent and I was very impressed by the fresh squeezed orange juice machine.

This hotel was in a great location, very central. The morning staff were not welcoming or helpful in any way. The room was terribly small. We had to leave our suitcases on the floir as there was nowhere to put our clothes. Breakfast was expensive and sad looking so opted to eat elsewhere.

The young lady that checked us in was very sweet and kind. Gave some good suggestions for restaurants.

highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, close to all the city centre attractions. We just walked to all the attractions. You can find a lot of restaurants nearby.

The room is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The internet service ran smoothly. The bathroom shower worked very well. We didn't choose breakfast in the hotel due to our schedule. The area looks very clean.

The best of all is the staff. The check-in process ran smoothly. They were so kind as to let us store our luggage in the morning.

This hotel is conveniently located near the city center and close to most attractions. It’s just a short walk to many of the activities you’ll enjoy in Porto. What we love most about this place is that it excels at the things that really matter: the air conditioning is excellent, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is spotless and well-stocked with everything you might need.

This hotel is very close to many of the sights, is very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay, but wish the mattress had a little more softness, and that toilet paper rolls were used instead of the pull-down squares.

The hotel was SO HOT, not sure why the heat was on in late April but it was boiling in every part of the hotel and impossible to sleep without waking up soaked with sweat. Slept with the window open which helped a little but the area is pretty noisy so didn't get much sleep. Hotel is clean and very minimalist, over all not terrible but not great either. Probably wouldn't stay there a second time.
