Our studio apartment was comfortable and well located. Due to a construction mishap, after one night, we were moved across the street to a beautiful apartment. The move was unexpected. Even though it occurred late in the evening, the response was immediate and efficient. We were well cared for and very comfortable at both properties. The location is great.

Appartement tres bien situé, beaucoup de restaurant a proximite, pres des departs des bus hop on hop off. Grande epicerie a environ 150 metres en haut de la rue , tres pratique. Ameublement correct, matelas un peu ferme pour nous. Boite avec petit dejeuner livré a notre porte tous les matins, correct( pain, confiture, jambon, fromage, jus d'orange, pain sucré, cup de café).

My stay here was not a great experience. I had the first room at the top of the stairs. All people staying in the hotel passed my room. Some slammed the entry door at the bottom of the stairs upon entering and talked very loudly. I also had some press a buzzer and knock on my door very late at night as the were passing my room. The noise from the street below was very loud with people partying and the street cleaner truck going up and down at midnight. The bathroom was tiny and I was also banding my toe on the corner of the shower. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. No tea bags in the room. First home I’ve never had a few teabags. Wouldn’t return.

Very cool apartment in Porto! About a 15 minute walk from most things. The host was amazing and even got us a cab for 4am the next morning. The apartment was bigger than we expected and we wish we could've stayed more than just the one night. Very clean and quiet.

Great place! Beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated studio apartment with windows overlooking an idyllic Porto street. Though some may not like the street noise, that’s part of the beauty of being right in the heart of the city! Check in was easy. Felt safe with a code to enter the building, then a separate physical key for my apartment. Walkable to great restaurants, shops, and a market with pop-up vendors. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay in Porto!

Very friendly staff, she even gave us a map and told us tips where to go and see the best sights of Porto.
Apartment was nice and clean. The location is great, you can walk everything.

This hotel does NOT have an elevator. As management said if I had arrived before they close the front desk they would have carried my bags. My point is that I don't believe that any where in their info about the room, there is no mention of no elevator. I would never again book a room with no elevator. I stayed at plenty of older buildings that have been retrofitted for modern stays, but all had elevators. Management is in the process of redoing the rooms one at a time, since they need updating. I discussed the needs of the room with them, so I will not natter on about what needs to be redone, except that you can hear rats in the walls while they are in the process of redoing the rooms. Centrally located, places close by to eat, mercado for fruit & drink shopping, and a huge shopping street close by also. Good location.

Quaint place, recently renovated. It was quiet place in the heart of the city. The only issue we had was the poor internet connectivity, I mean not even able to send text messages, the signal got weaker the further we were from the router. I had it looked at but nothing could be done.

I had a PT SIM card and data so it was okay for me.

Great place to stay other than this issue.

Great location in Porto. Heavy construction on both sides of the building with lots of street traffic so it can be noisy late at night with drunks and traffic and construction starts early. Our unit was heavily smoky from prior guests which also had us leaving the windows open 24/7. Nice kitchenette, spacious and good wifi.

I stayed at the 11 building and there was some construction right behind it - very loud during the day.
There’s no AC, but the ladies at the front desk were kind enough to get us a fan.
First floor has a strong smell of mold that is almost unbearable. Thin walls, so you can hear everything.
Old furniture and the shower had mold and was clogged.
Cleaning takes place very late in the afternoon and prioritizes incoming guests’ rooms, which is very inconvenient for existing guests.
The only pro was the location, but overall wouldn’t recommend.

Central and spacious

We booked the standard apartment which faced the rear. It had all the amenities, and also two extra electric fan heaters to warm the apartment.
We collected coffee pods from the reception downstairs.
The location was central, within 6 minutes walk from Sao Bento and 15 minutes from Trindade stations.
We will stay again. Good value.

The room was quite big, warm and had an extra heaters. The aparthotel sits on busy and noisy street, plus building itself is noisy also. The bathroom was stinky and clean in proper way. We would not stay here again.

Well located, really central. But also really noisy, a lot of construction around, the air conditioner was not working so well and sleeping with the windows open was complicated. The flat was okay but not so many tools in the kitchen, so hard to think about eating their, and the bathroom was really basic.

Overall OK stay for Porto but needs improvement.

I stayed here for one night and rented a one bedroom apartment. There is no elevator and my unit was on the 3rd. floor, so imagine how I carried a heavy suitcase up there. Skillets were scratched and old, the AC was not cold enough, the futon bed was uncomfortable and squeaky, and bathroom door could not be locked closed. Check in only till 6 PM, and no free parking available. Otherwise the hotel staff were nice, helpful, and accommodating. Ok for one night, but could improve at that price.

Aparthotel Oporto Entreparedes is not for everyone! Travelers looking for something different, a good value and an excellent city location will be very pleased. Travelers insisting upon standard amenities including an elevator and a window view and conventional heating and cooling mayl not be happy. Overall, Aparthotel Oporto Entreparedes represents an excellent concept in the European city hotel environment. The renovation of this old building into several apartment style lodgings offers an outstanding option to value oriented and resourceful travelers. The staff person who takes you to your apartment is warm and knowledgable. The accommodations include just about anything you might need to prepare meals and relax. The downsides include lack of an elevator, lack of a window view in some apartments and inadequate heating or cooling. Warm comforters, wall heaters and extra blankets help. Positives include a great location, plenty of space and excellent wifi. I would definitely choose Aparthotel Oporto Entreparedes on future visits to Porto. Porto, by the way, is a great destination city.

Poorly designed bath. Shower floods the room, not even a nail to hang stuff, no place to put toiletries except on top of a wood box 12 inches off the floor must bend down to reach the deodorant..totaly insane.
Bed is 12 inches off the floor, try to get up from this level down yoy might injure your back or slip.
No staff between 6pm to 10p. Good luck if you have an emergency. Very expensive for few amenities.

The name alone tells you that it's not a conventional hotel. It's more like a little studio apartment. The neighborhood is a little seedy, but as a solo woman, I didn't feel it was unsafe for me. They sent a little map with directions for getting there from the subway(metro) . Unfortunately, I get lost very easily and not having all the streets on the map made it worse for me since Oporto is not exactly a city designed on a grid.
. It was very clean. I had been pickpocketed before I got to the hotel and the staff did everything they could to help me. The staff were great.
WI-FI was just so so. There is no room service or even daily cleaning of the room. In fact, there is a notice posted asking you to take your trash to the dumpster down the street. I feel that dumping trash is part of the routine cleaning when a guest leaves.
The TV, which I didn't watch is very small, less than 32\".
The bed was a platform type, so rather low, but comfortable, with a nice comforter.
No elevator, so you have to carry your things up. The lowest floor is on the second floor so you can't avoid carrying.
I'm still trying to decide if this is a good value for the money. I so appreciate the care they took with me and I want to rate them higher for that reason alone.

Some issues

The apartment is lovely and the location is great.

However, if your planing to book during cold seasons be prepared to freeze.
The heaters in the apartment are not sufficient to heat any room. We froze during our whole stay.

Also, the bedding and linen had staines. They were washed but regardless, I dont like to sleep in beddings with stains I dont know what and who from.

If those two issues are taken care off or don't bother you then this is a good place to stay.

Clean and well equipped

I stayed for four nights and found the apartment to be clean and well equipped with lots of kitchen items and wifi that worked well. I arrived after the check in desk was closed but had no problems finding the key and letting myself in. The complimentary bottle of wine was also a nice touch. As a lone female traveller I felt safe in the apartment however the first night I took a slightly dodgy route to Ribera square courtesy of google maps but once I found the better route I had no issues at all and felt safe at night. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you're looking for somewhere cheap to stay that is near the station, tourist attractions and shopping areas, however most of the restaurants are down at the riverfront which is about 10 minutes walk or a short taxi trip away (costing about 5 euros)

Perfect location, cosy apartment Porto at its best

The apartment is set at walking distance from everything you might want to see in Porto! The apartment itself was nice, cosy and well mantained. The bedroom was large enough and the living room served his scope. We also find a nice bottle of wine upon our arrival which was a nice touch. The lady at the reception was hilarious. We are still making jokes about her since she seemed at a glass of Porto wine too many. But all in all she was very pleasing and very attentive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would like to stay in Porto!

Convenientemente bien ubicado, puedes caminar a cada punto icónico de Oporto. Llegue de forma autónoma con facilidad, la recepción está de 9 a 18 horas. Habitación familiar amplia y cómoda, tiene cocinera completa. Balcón a la calle , el ruido no es problema. Buen precio.

Hemos estado 3 noches, 2 adulto y 2 niños, nos tocó el apartamento 1C, Habitación con cama de matrimonio, un sofá cama grande, otro diván que se hacía cama doble, un baño y un aseo,cocina equipada con todo lo necesario, hasta 4 cápsulas para la máquina de café,wifi que funcionaba, todo perfecto, el apartamento está muy bien situado, se va a todas partes caminando, nos dieron un descuento para un parking que está cerca y coche aparcado sin preocupaciones.En la recepción Joana nos atendió perfectamente, sin duda repetiremos.

Negativo: el personal se demostro muy poco amable, le comunique mi problema con el WIFI y nunca fue resuelto, no pudimos disfrutar del wifi. El ultimo dia mi pedido de desayuno vino con errores y no pudimos desayunar correctamente y la chica de recepcion no me dio ninguna solución. Una pena un lugar tan bonito y tan mal gestionado por el personal de recepcion. Nunca fui preguntado como fue mi estancia o ni siquiera si mis problemas de internet fueron resueltos. Por detalles asi pierden clientes.

Equipe muito solicita quando foi necessário. Localização excelente. A eletricidade caía quando ligava a torradeira. O box para tomar banho era um pouco apertado. Muito barulho devido ao prédio ser antigo. A cama era bem confortável. A tv os canais não funcionavam direito. O café da manhã é bem sem graça.

Vale a pena ficar no Oporto Entreparedes

Estive no hotel no período mais difícil, durante a pandemia do Coronavirus e durante os primeiros dez dias do Estado de Emergência, em Portugal. A estadia foi excelente. O hotel continuou funcionando, apesar de sermos os únicos hóspedes. Muito bem localizado, próximo a supermercados, shoppings,padarias e restauraentes, além de pontos turísticos importantes.Como está em uma rua de pouco movimento, é recomendável não andar sozinho após o anoitecer.

Todo perfecto, la ubicación, el apartamento, la atención del personal del alojamiento, lo único el ruido porque habían obras en la misma calle y por el ruido de otros visitantes del apartamento al subir y bajar a la planta de arriba porque el suelo cruje, podrían poner una alfombra por las escaleras para amortiguar un poco el ruido.

persone gradevoli, accoglienti educate in generale si percepiva un alto senso civico, di rispetto delle persone e delle cose comuni
ovunque accolti bene...trattoria, ristorante, albergo...e disponibili ad aiutare il turista in difficoltà
sicuramente torneremo in Portogallo per visitare altre località, sperando di trovare le stesse caratteristiche trovate a Porto
