We have hooked four rooms and all rooms are very unhygienic. When we entered the rooms, there were still hairs on bedsheets, bathroom floors and toilet seat.
The duvet covers and pillow cases have stains on them.
The floor almost felt like the have forgotten to sweep or vacumn. There’s cobwebs on the ceiling that does not seem like it was there for more than a few days.
Bathrooms have moulded and discoloured silicon throughout, you really don’t want to step on it.
The check in was done online a few months prior the day of arrival and we still have not received the codes on the day so we had to be let in by other guests, trying to phone up the contact number provided and get the access code to the room.

Lovely stay and apartment in a great location. The balcony furniture would benefit from being renewed, it didn’t look very strong. There were also 4 of us staying but only 2 plates and limited kitchen items. It didn’t matter too much for us as we mostly ate out.

Paid extra to stay in a terraced room. Ended up on ground floor low ceiling room. The room was full of damp. The corridor outaide the room had serious damp. You could leave door open for freah air as it is on ground floor and had a garden which peiple came to smoke. Very disappointed and the joke being paid extra for this room. No solution to move as it was fully booked aparently even though they have several propeties in the area. The instructions to into the property was poor. Didnt specify room number and i had to get in touch with customer services. Being an online Nd humanless check in seems good on paper but when there is issues there is no support. There are better options in the city which i have used before i would use this company again

Really comfy little studio-like room with small kitchenette and lovely terrace. Very clean and modern. My only slightly negative point would be the later than usual check in time, but a staff member was happy for me to leave my bag. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Could not sleep for 2 nights due to people above us partying until 4am, no insulation in the hotel, can hear everything from all other rooms above and to the side. When contacted customer service, they told us they cannot help us.

The room was well designed for travelers. With all the amenities, little fridge, microwave, small stove, air conditioning. It was great, no frills, fully functional place. There is no parking, but plenty of parking nearby for 10€, we loved the location, next to eating and from reasonable walking distance to Santa Catarina street, and other attractions

Unfortunately they don't have elevator. You need to drag your luggage to upper floors.

We travelled with 2 kids so we booked a 2 bedroom suite. The suite was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Luckily we only had backpacks and no kids buggy. I can not imagine shlepping luggage up the steep steps.

La chambre ne correspond pas aux photos sur le site. On nous montre des chambres avec des terrasses, ce n'est pas le cas. La seule fenêtre de la chambre donne sur l'escalier intérieur de l'hôtel, il n'y a aucune vu sur l'extérieur, même sur une cours donc il n'est pas possible d'aérer la chambre. L'hôtel se vante d'un passage de l'équipe de ménage tous les jours, ce n'est pas le cas. Cette équipe, bien qu'agréable, ne passe que pour nettoyer les chambres des personnes partant. De plus, il n'y a aucun autre personnel dans l'hôtel, tout passe par une IA qui ne fonctionne pas, qui ne répond pas à nos demandes mais qui nous harcèle pour payer la taxe de tourisme (aucun soucis quand il faut récupérer de l'argent). Quand nous lui posons une question concernant notre séjour, nous n'avons plus aucune réponse et le numéro whatsapp qui doit nous permettre de rentrer en contact avec un vrai personne ne fonctionne pas, j'attends toujours une réponse à une de mes questions.
SI vous voulez juste une chambre médiocre, cet hôtel est passable mais n'attendez pas un service client ou des prestations correctes.

You can hear a lot of noise from the hall way. The lobby smelled damp, maybe moldy. Placed the sign to clean the room and it took 2 days before they cleaned it. Told staff to change the sheet, but they still did not, because, as they said, the sheets looked clean. Overall the room is acceptable, but noisy when there are people in the hallway/on the stairs. Cleaning service was bad, but customer service was always available and tried to be helpful.

The room was like a black, small hole. No windows, no airing, no ventilation. On the other hand, lots of mold in the bathroom. Far from what the photo promised. Horrible experience.

We stayed 5 nights. Easy check-in and check-out, well located and very close to the city center (we did quite all our visits by foot). Our room was small with no window on the outside but with a view of the staircase. Negative point: bathroom seals need to be renewed and the soundproofing in the room was not great. Not sure I will book this hotel during summer time: I guess it could be very noisy

Deuxième séjour dans cet établissement. Premier séjour rien à dire. Tout s'est très bien passé. Le second séjour a été très décevant. Certaines chambres qu'on ne voit pas en photo sont très petites et n'ont pas de fenêtre sur l'extérieur mais sur le couloir de l'immeuble et c'est un peu bruyant.

Check-in et check-out en toute autonomie et tres facile, j'ai apprécié ce système ! Appartement idéalement situé, c'était vraiment bien d'être proche du centre ville à pied et d'avoir les transports en communs à proximité, bel appartement refait a neuf, la terrasse est très bien. Tout était super, très content de mon séjour, seul point négatif : les finitions de la salle de bain, il faut refaire les joints d'étanchéité !
