It was ok. Room had a bit of smell initially. Soap dispenser not working. Street noise wakes you at 4-5 am as bins collected. This is annoying . No bottle water in the room on arrival. Outside looks a bit run down but on entering the apartment it was clean and tidy. Good WiFi and mattress was good. Felt safe. 15mins walk uphill from centre to apartment.

Good location and price. Overall we were happy.

Apartment suited our needs. A good price. A good location. Condition of kitchen area was good but the bathroom was very bad. The bathroom door didn’t have a handle and was badly rotten at the bottom. The toilet didn’t flush at first but this was soon repaired by the owner.
Strange layout for the single room which had an opening backing onto the kitchen sink giving no privacy. Lamp had no light bulbs. This made our granddaughter uncomfortable.
Owner was helpful and tried to rectify things. Initial Cleaning was very good but no clean towels etc unless you ask.

Fantastic location - right on the main street for shopping, with easy access to the rest of the city. We loved that we had the entire apartment to ourselves and that there was an elevator (which was also really quick)! Parking was available for a small feel but I was happy to pay it to avoid getting a ticket or having the tires of the car clamped....plus the garage was really secure. All of the interactions with the folks who run the place were also really wonderful. Highly recommend!

Would not return

I would not return. Place has potential but needs fixing. Our biggest concern was the bed which was too soft and sagging leading us to wake up with sore backs. We actually had to sleep separately and make use of the single bed to help us get through our 4 nights.

Super convenient apartments in Porto

We travelled as a group of family and friends and booked three separate apartments. The apartments were spacious and had a double bed and a sofa bed. There was also a separate room with a single bed in each of them so we could actually have been accommodated in just two. We arrived late and the owner had waited for us. Although there were a few finishing issues eg wobbly wardrobe, tiny TV, missing lampshades etc it all did the job and was spotlessly clean. A small convenience store across the street and really close to metro station, restaurants, shopping centre and city centre.

Very impressive!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Checking in was complicated. It was in a different location, about 30 meters away. I didn’t get the email because I was traveling when it was sent. Thankfully the cleaner found me. But that was the only problem. The apartment was huge, clean and in a good area. It was a lot better than I thought it would be.

Good place and location

Good trip and well located with a nearby local market and Transport services nearby. Appartment had all needed amenities except for toileteries.
Parking was economical....but an issue as the key was at reception, so if you need car to travel late at night, it's not possible. Rest we enjoyed the stay and the place was clean, well maintained

The property is ideally situated ten minutes walk j from where the old town porto is and is ten minutes walj from Trindade metro station. The street is nondescript and the view from the apartment wasn't nice but then we were not there te to look out of the window. All in all a well equipped apartment in a good location .

Walking distance to the centre of town and all the shopping area.

Need some refurbishment done in the bathroom and in the living room.
Extractor fan was not working and the whole bathroom ceiling was covered in mould and the bathroom door was also getting cheaped due to dampness.

Need to inform the guest from where to collect the key when they arrive at the property.

Good location, large well equipped kitchen. Some confusion with the check-in though because we had reserved the airport shuttle but the driver didn't work for the hotel so dropped us off and wanted cash which we didn't have and didn't know where we were to check-in... Apart from that, all fine.

Atypical check in but everything turnedout great!!

Even though check in is not in the same building as the room, and we didn't come during normal check in hours, they communicated with me very promptly and clearly. They supplied us with a code to get into the building and the code to get the key. The room itself was in a very convenient location. Less than 10 minute walk to Trinidade metro. The room had a third bed for us, as we requested and comes with a full kitchen. I would definitely come here again.

Studio close to the historical center of Porto

We stayed in the studio on the 4th floor. The studio itself was OK, nothing fancy but clean and had everything we needed. The stuff were very nice and available close by until 8 pm. The location was OK, 20 min to the historical district. We could walk everywhere. One major problem there was no air conditioner in the studio. I did not think it would be a problem in October and it was only 24 degree but the sun was in the room for the first part of the day and made it very hot. We had fan and it did help a bit but still.. fortunately for us the temperature dropped in couple of days.
I would not recommend this studio for the summer months unless they install air conditioner.
It's fine otherwise.

Lovely accommodation in central location

The studio had good facilities- everything we needed, and the staff were kind enough to leave us some food for our arrival. It said it could sleep a maximum of 3 but there was a double bed, double sofa bed and single bed giving plenty of room. The shower was good, as were the kitchen facilities. The street it's on is very central and makes it easy to find your way back. Would highly recommend.

Bien situé mais confort moyen.

Nous occupions un logement situé au premier étage, côté cour. Il est très bien situé et permet de visiter facilement Porto à pied. Le quartier est agréable.
La climatisation est un plus car le soleil chauffe tout l'après midi.
L'équipement de la cuisine est assez restreint, il ne comporte même pas un couteau qui puisse éplucher convenablement un légume ou un fruit.
l'isolation phonique est inexistante et nous avons subi toutes les nuits et parfois jusqu'à 4 heures du matin le bruit des voisins du dessus. Nous avons averti le propriétaire qui nous a dit faire le nécessaire auprès de ses autres locataires. Cette promesse n'a eu aucun effet, nous avons très mal dormi durant six nuits et étions contents de partir.

Great location! A short walk on the same street and you end up in the shopping area. Not good if you are a shopaholic like me then you always go in for a peek on your way home ;) A short walk to the station Trindade where you have fast access to the airport and other locations like the beach. You can walk to all tourists attractions. Nice with full kitchen so you can make breakfast in the morning. The check in is easy and just next door. Friendly staff. I would stay here again!

Studio excelente. A única objeção foi que para o check-in o responsável e único pelo studio era de nacionalidade Chinesa e só falava Chinês ou Inglês e eu sou brasileiro e não falo as línguas que ele usava. No fim por meio da linguagem de sinais, tive uma ótima recepção.

Boa, mas encontramos depois outras mais vantajosas

O local é moderno, limpo e espaço para até 4 pessoas. Contudo, a rua é barulhenta durante a noite e os moradores de cima fazem barulho, o que dificulta o descanso noturno. Apesar de evidenciar no anúncio, achamos prejudicial o check-in tardio (16 horas) e o check-out cedo (11 horas), o que atrapalhou a realização de alguns passeios. 5 horas de diferença é muita para a organização do apartamento para outro hóspede.

Teilweise renovierungsbedürgtig, jedoch für einen Kurztrip ausreichend. Die Wohnung war sauber und von der Ausstattung ok. Ausblick aus dem Fenster war nicht so schön - alter Innenhof. Da es nur ein Kurztrip war und wir die Unterkunft nur zum Schlafen brauchten, war dies zu verkraften. Die Küche war sehr vorteilhaft, bitte Geschirrtücher mitbringen. :-)

Negligencia .

A licalizacao media e,a falta de um contato com os anfitrioes nos fizeram avaliar com nota media3 para 5 pontos.
Ficamos do lado de fora , na porta do predio porque o codigo da porta nao abriu a porta. Somos um casal de 65 e 70 anos. Vinhamos do supermercado.ligamos para 4 numeros que nos passaram.ninguem atendeu. Ficamos sem saber o que fazer. Pedimos ajuda numa mercearia de indianos, na frente do predio. Eles ligaram de seus dois telefones para os numeros, que nos deram,sem resposta. Depois de mais de uma hora , o indiano , ja irritado deu um empurrao na porta que abriu., sem que ninguem retornasse as ligacoes, fomos, no outro dia, comunicar o ocorrido e sugerimos que eles mantivessem um telefone ativo para emergencias.Um senhor que faz parte do grupo que locou o ap , inverteu a sifuacao dizendo aue nos fomos culpados, sem pefir desculpas ao menos, foi grosseiro e nao admitiu sua falha.
Com certeza nao voltaremos e nao indico.
Sou agente de Viagens e este estabelecimento , perdeu pontos ao nao atender seus hospedes no momento q mais precisaram.
Ha 1h da manha , um casal de terceira idade , numa rua sem movimento, se nao fosse o indianoiriamos para um hotel, com a roupa do corpo e cobrariamos deste apart.

Casa pulita e in una zona molto comoda, centrale. Disponibile appartamento da 3 a 5 posti letto. Pochi armadi o appendiabiti per posizionare i vestiti però è presente tutto per la cucina. Staff gentile anche se abbiamo avuto un po’ di difficoltà ad avere tutte le informazioni prima del check in.

Le studio se situe en haut de la rue Ste Catherine.
Cette rue est une des rues commerçantes de Porto.
On peut y arriver de l'aéroport pour le Metro Bolhao.Le propriétaire nous accueille à son magasin quelques numéros plus bas et nous donne quelques conseils de visites.
L'appartement est propre et est confortable.

Notre séjour dans le studio Porto Solar était vraiment agréable, une propreté impeccable, des hôtes vraiment charmants et arrangeants à chaque instant, gardant même nos sacs pour ne pas avoir à les porter durant nos visites, malgré le checkout effectué.
Nous recommandons vivement, allez-y les yeux fermés :-)

The place is well positioned and equipped in general but there didn't appear to be any fire alarms, which I found a bit concerning in a property of that size. The main problem was the windows. They where single glazed and you could hear everything though them. It's on a main road and quite nosy throughout the night.

Für den Preis okay.

Zurest die Pro's für das Apartment. Das Apartment lag sehr zentral an der Innenstadt. Alles war bequem zu fuß erreichbar. Das Apartment gebäude war eher unscheinbar aber einfach zu finden. Ausstattung war okay. Nun die negativen sachen. Laut Beschreibung sollten dir Apartments eine Rezeption haben, die war jedoch die Straße runter im anderen Gebäude. Leider etwas verwirrend, da es nicht so beschrieben war. Das Apartment war nicht unbedingt sauber, staub und haare der vorhergehenden Bewohner waren zu finden. Keine Bettwäsche vorhanden, w-lan war leider nicht vorhanden wie beschrieben. Tv hat auch nicht funktioniert. Leitungswasser nur zum Duschen und abwaschen geeignet.

Assim que chegamos no número informado, não tinha nenhuma recepção e nenhuma placa de informações. Perguntei a um senhor que estava por lá e o mesmo informou que a recepção seria umas 6 casas dali, onde tinha uma loja.
Chegando lá a mulher da recepção informou q teria enviado o número e a senha para o nosso e-mail. Porém, só recebi o e-mail deles uma hora antes de chegar e meu celular estava descarregado. A mulher da recepção falou q se não tivesse aberto lá teríamos dificuldade para entrar no prédio. Fora isso a localização é mto boa, bem na avenida principal do Centro do Porto. Confortável, próximo ao metrô. Gostei bastante. O apartamento completo, geladeira, fogão, pratos até material de limpeza tinha.

Situé sur la rue principale a Porto (Santa Catharina) donc près de tout. Par contre les lofts etaient mal isokés donc je vous souhaite de bons voisins ;)

Gostamos bastante da estrutura do apartamento e da localização. O chuveiro é aquecido por boiler, precisamos aguardar um tempo entre um banho e outro para não tomarmos banho frio.

Otima localizaçao

Apto bom, espaçoso, confortavel, mas a cama nao é boa, nem os travisseiros. Falta um espelho maior no apto. O unico é o do banheiro . Bem localizado, a rua Santa Catarina é otima, mts restaurantes, lojas, padarias, farmacia, gostei mt da localizaçao.
