The appartment had a great layout and everythinng you need for exploring Porto! We liked the patio in the back. The bed is comfortable and we loved the dark out blinds. The location is within walking distance from major sites and right next to the metro. There is a public parking just short distance away and you can get a 2-day pass for 40 euros. There is a cute coffee shop just a few doors down and they also serve breakfast. We spent 10 days exploring Portugal and Porto was our second favorite city after Lagos. I would highly recommend PortoSoul.

The place is well-equipped, clean and cute. We stayed in Apartment 1, that faces the little street next to the building . It was noisy, but with an ear plug it was manageable. The bathroom was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was by far the best feature if this apartment- right next to the Trindade Metro stop and walking distance to everything in Porto.

On the first arrival day, walked in the wrong direction from Metro station that took us 8 minutes to reach the property, but we figured out how proximity to Metro station with less than 2 minutes walk, if using the right egress. Can’t complain much about the apartment, love it with separate living room and dinning area. The apartment also fitted with kitchen, where convenient for us heat up foods. Overall, we love the apartment with our stays, would recommended to others and if we happened to visit Porto again, we would come back to the same apartment.

The apartments of portosoul are the best in Porto! Their location and comfort is amazing and the amenities as well. We feel quite spontaneously at home. Highly recommended! Walking distance from cafes, transport and amusement and very clean, spotless!!

Very new condo right in the heart of Porto. Very good communication, one of the hosts welcomed us with wine and a snack and took the time to show us around and provide recommendations and tips in the area. Condo building is brand new, right next to Trinidade metro station, and about 15 minutes pleasant walk to the Douro river. Condo was good - everything worked well, and being in the heart of the city was really exciting. Would definitely stay again. The building does not have an elevator so be careful if you have mobility restrictions.

Getting to communicate with location was very stressful. However, once we were able to establish communication, everything change and it became very good. Excellent apartment at a very good location. Right next to metro station and secure parking close by. Very modern and with everything you may need. Good restaurants nearby and a small grocery store.

The apartment was great, however we were in one of the units without air-conditioning, which was not so great... with the windows open (it was too hot to sleep with them shut) there was a lot of noisy foot traffic throughout the night because the apartments are so close to the metro. This meant we were disturbed frequently and didn't get a great nights sleep. You either need to opt for a unit with air-con or go in the cooler weather when you can keep the windows shut. Having said all that I would definitely stay here again.

Hopefully and well decorated. Very comfortable. I didn’t know there was a message waiting for me with the code for entry. It was only when selected to contact Expedia that I saw there was a message. I didn’t receive any notification. I was called the afternoon before arrival but no mention was made of the code albeit I was provided with a lot of other useful info.

Really great reception with a bottle of wine and some snacks. Host checked in with us and was incredibly helpful. Location is within steps of metro so it was easy to explore Porto. Also easy to walk around the really nice neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Fancy look but lack of details
The stay was not bad, the general feeling was good, but it will be better if they pay more attention to the details. For example room A07 the handle of the big window was broken, so I can never close the window properly, during the night I can hear everything form the street, quite noisy. The toliet's lid was broken, but you wouldn't notice until you lift up! So general is a bit disappointed I will say!

Great apartment, perfect location
Needed a base in the centre of Porto for a week and this apartment was perfect. Located right next to Trindade metro stop, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, it was clean, modern and well equipped. Our hosts were welcoming, providing useful tips on places to visit and we were given a bottle of wine and snacks on arrival (nice touch!). Access is via a keypad code (so no keys to lose) although there is no elevator/lift, so may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. A great place and if we’re ever in Porto again, it’ll be our first choice.

The apartment is newer and modern. Self-check in instructions worked fine. Upon arrival, I called the proprietor to inquire about starting the a/c and was told that the controller would be delivered maybe that evening or the next day for sure. It was never delivered and the apartment was uncomfortable warm until late in the evenings. Another customer had a party until well past 2:00 am one night making sleep difficult.

I can't stress enough what a fantastic experience we had staying here. Fernando was a great host, he even met us late on our check in night to make sure we were taken care of. His knowledge of the city and recommendations were the best. He was always available if we had any questions. The location of the property is central to Porto, the apartment was new and clean. Very helpful staff, we were recommended what to see in Porto and also where to eat great food. Apartment is new, well equipped (also kitchen), really nicely designed. It's close to the centre and very close to the metro station. There is also a shop very close. Convenient because of the self check-in system. It's not loud if you close the windows and use aircon.

Spacious place virtually stone throw away from metro/light rail main station ot Trindade which connects you to airport and all Porto area.Quiet,safe street.Everything is brand new including fully equipped kitchen with washer.Lobby has safe boxes for luggage so if you arrive early you can store your luggage there for 1€ coin and walk the city until check in.Very friendly english speaking staff.Our host was Fernando.He send us access codes day before arrival and checked with us upon arrival,suggested what to visit in Porto,where to eat,how to move around the town etc...We followed his recommendations and all was great.Fernando even printed our boarding passes for flights out...We really feeled welcomed and taken good care of there.I strongly recommend PortoSoul Trindade to fellow travellers - you will not be dissapointed!.

Place is amazing. View of the city great. Close to downtown central. Pending on GPS be patient since it is a little tricky, count the address and you will find it. Will be better in the daylight due to the kind of alley way. Very comfy and cozy. Recommend this place.

Gutes Appartment direkt überhalb des Bahnhofs Trinidade. Dadurch extrem entspannte An-und Abreise mit der E-Linie zum Flughafen. Appartment für 4 Personen recht eng. Aber sehr gut für einen Städtetrip. Gute Augangslage für Erkundungen der Stadt so wie viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Auch toll das Frühsück, dass täglich vor der Tür steht. Sehr praktisch.
Nachteil ist ein helles Pfeiffgeräusch vom Nachbarhotel bei geöffnetem Fenster sowie auch das einfahrende Metros im Zimmer hörbar sind. Konnten uns aber dran gewöhnen für unserere drei Nächte Aufenthalt.

Petit week-end à Porto des plus agréables au PortoSoul Trindade. Déjà, communication au top, info sur le logement, codes d'accès en cas d'arrivée tradive, suivi, tout est très pro! Le logement en lui-même est moderne, très propre, fonctionnel, jolie déco, literie très confortable, cuisine très bien équipée avec plaque de cuisson, four traditionnel et MO, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, grille pain, cafetière type Nespresso ; un \"kit\" d'arrivée capsules de café/thé était également à notre disposition mais surtout, très facilement accessible en direct de l'aéroport par le métro, idéalement situé à la sortie même de la station Trindade, à 2 pas du centre historique de Porto et des quartiers commerçants ; juste par-fait!
A notre arrivée, une bouteille de vinho verde nous attend sur la table du petit salon pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue, pas obligatoire mais très agréable attention.
