The beds seemed fine but the air conditioning didn’t work properly. The bedroom overlooked the back where a constant whirring noise from the multiple air con condensers were placed.
From time to time, we can smell cigarette smoke even throughout the night.

This property fit our needs perfectly. My husband and two adult children were visiting Porto’s tourist attractions in Old Town. This property is about 5 small blocks from Sao Bento Tran station.
The rooms occupy the upper levels of a lovely old building. The rooms are ultra modern, were immaculate, and included a huge breakfast (enough for lunch) in a picnic basket delivered to our door!
Andrea was kind enough to let us check in very early and gave us a great local restaurant recommendation.

This apartment worked perfectly for us. Excellent location, close to, but pleasantly removed from the very crowded riverfront. Very helpful staff, & convenient to the Metro. We are seniors & walked from the train station (1.8 km away) with no problems. Many good & reasonably priced restaurants close by. We took ear plugs because people complained about street noise but never used them. Very comfortable bed & no street noise to speak of in early October. Good breakfast delivered & coffee next door if you can't wait. Overall excellent value.

A very large apartment with everything you need for a stay in Porto. Fresh picnic basket breakfast delivered each morning. Only issue was the constant noise from the extremely loud road works right outside.

The room was very clean and spacious. We had a room for two people and had two bedrooms plus a living room. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
My only negative and it’s not the hotels fault were the seagulls!! They were so noisy during the night and in the morning!
Side note: if you need pick up from the airport, I would recommend the company the hotel sets you up with it. It was 18 Euro’s the man was waiting right at the door from baggage with a sign with our names and was so friendly.

Very clean. No obvious way to heat the room. Good wifi. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom lights work by motion detection; hence, when sitting on the toilet or taking a shower, the lights would go out multiple times.

We booked an apartment for 3 nights at Porto Old Town. On arrival we were told the apartment was in a different building a 100 yards down the road. Also informed that the apartment was on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Turns out there are 69 steps up narrow staircases to get there. Previous guest had ripped off the TV from the wall and stolen light bulbs, kitchen supplies etc.
Fortunately 2 of the staff, Filipa and Tamara, were very helpful with moving our luggage and getting missing items replaced. The apartment was very nice, modern, clean and comfortable and had a balcony with a view to the street below and the city. If you book with them suggest you send an email asking which building you are in - the Porto Old Town building does have an elevator. Thanks again to Filipa and Tamara (and Andre for trying to get the BBC News channel on the TV!).

Very modern comfortable apartment, good facilities with a rain shower with good water pressure. Staff very helpful, only downside is the location is a thoroughfare for the local drunks returning home, in groups they are singing and shouting, this all happens about midnight especially on Saturdays, as one group’s noise fades in the distance another group turns up. I resorted to using ear plugs. Overall had a very good stay, complimentary bottled water and port is supplied. I would be happy to return with ear plugs in tow.

It was great hotel. We enjoyed the very wide room, and nice bathroom. The hotel is located in very busy street, though there is no noise after 8 PM. You can find everything you need in a waking distance from the hotel. Also, it is very close to the metro, which can take you directly to the airport.

Don't understand how this is zero stars- the decor, towels, comfortable bed, free port and service are excellent! Soundproofing however is desperately needed and would make this place unbeatable.

It was a really nice and spacious place! However, we couldn't sleep for 2 nights at all due to the street noises. My husband usually sleep through pretty much everything but even he couldn't sleep at all. The windows are so thin and not doesn't close properly. The hotel rooms (2 rooms including the new one) are facing straight to the four junction main Street. You can hear cars, trucks, motorbikes, screaming people and dog barking etc. We coukdnt enjoy ourselves in a beautiful building and town as we were exhausted! What a shame! The hotel has such a potential, however, what is the point if people are not able to sleep? The owner should seriously consider installing double glass windows!

Everything perfect except the soundproofing
Everything was great about this hotel - plenty of room, clean, modern, comfortable bed, good water pressure, etc. I would totally recommend this place but with one caveat - the soundproofing of the windows is poor and it is extremely easy to hear people outside on the street screaming and cars honking. It didn't bother me too much as I can get to sleep with all sorts of noise, but I imagine it would be a problem for others. Our room faced the street. I imagine if you were able to secure a room not facing the busy street, then it would possibly be very quiet.
Overall I'm satisfied and I felt comfortable, but light-sleepers should be forewarned.

Great Hotel, great location
The hotel was great, very clean. The location is also great as it is near all the main attractions in Porto and only a 10 min walk to the river. Would definitely recomend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Porto Old Town! The location is great- very close to two metro stations and an easy walk to many major sites. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall we highly recommend it!

There is a separate lounge and kitchenette also air conditioned with all the utensils that you may need (fridge, microwave, crockery, etc).
Bathroom is also of reasonable size with walking shower. Towels are of good quality, thick and large.
The décor is new, clean and modern
Bottled water is provided along with a small bottle of port, complimentary of the house.
Continental breakfast was included, which is provided by a café nearby.
Our experience was lovely and will definitely stay there when we return to Porto.

I LOVE THIS HOTEL APARTMENT!!! Every thing was PERFECT from the check-in, their staff, their free breakfast, the rooms was incredible, modern, funky, big and super clean. They really make you feel at home. After a long day of walking, I was always excited to go back, drink that bottle of port that was a complimentary gift by the hotel with some cheese and meat. You feel like a real local when you're there. The location was central which was walkable to everything. Thank you Porto Old Town for the amazing stay and to your awesome staff!

We had a great welcome from the receptionist, immediately offered maps and advice about the local area. If you really fancied cooking it had everything you would need, 2 supermarkets within a short walk. The apartment was very spacious and clean. We were treated to a free bottle of port, which I think they offer to all customers!! Very nice if you like port! Very close to the metro station, which made travelling to the airport quick and cheap. If in Porto again I would stay here again.

This place is absolutely great and is located in two blocks from the Bolhao train station in the old town, which connects to the airport in 30 minutes. Very close to local shopping,clean, will definitely stay here again. Only thing is no reception person after 10 pm. But the general felt relatively safe anyway.

Absolutely loved this place - perfect location, right by the metro and the gorgeous city hall. Bruna the hostess was fantastic - she gave me a great Porto orientation, suggesting a few things to check out and offered a few tips for getting around. Room was beautiful, shower was excellent, and the complimentary bottle of port (from their winery) was a nice touch :)

It was an amazing stay! It has the perfect location: only 2 minutes to the Trindade station. But most importantly we will never forget the kindness of Joanna at the front desk, who managed to change our room for us as we needed assess to the kitchenette- the new room we got was more than perfect for us- it is brand new, clean and spacious! The towel and toiletry provided gave the impression of those from a high end hotel. It was so generous that they have complimentary water and a bottle of tawny as well. The cleaning lady is also very nice when we came back during the day and interrupted her work.
The overall experience made us want to book the next flight back to Porto already!

A brand new hotel with super friendly staff, giant rooms with impressive kitchenette, clean and comfy bathrooms, and bonus port!
I couldn't fault the staff or quality of the hotel, wish I could stay longer.
There was a bit of noise from the street which didn't bother me, and the hotel is going to put in new windows shortly which will help with the noise and keeping heating costs down.

Great new gem in the heart of Porto. We stayed only one night, but we would have been thrilled to stay here longer. The hotel is in the heart of old Porto (as the name implies) just a few blocks from two Metro stations. It's a newly refurbished property in an old building. Once inside, you are surrounded by modern decor and appliances. The Wi Fi was excellent. The bathroom had great amenities and plenty of towels. I thought the rain shower type shower made the shower one of the most luxurious in our extensive travels though Europe. Finally, the owners also own a vineyard and produce their own wine and port. You will see them available for sale in glass cases in the lobby. When we got to our room, there was a complementary small bottle with two glasses waiting for us. An awesome touch!!

I like the location of this hotel, very close to city center , which means I could go to anywhere then back very soon to rest at my hotel.

at least surrounding environment is very comfortable. I think I could be very happy even just stay at that all day long.
To my surprise, the gifted little bottle of wine is very nice and kindly. Very few of hotels would give that without charge and the quality is indeed impressive.

朝食に毎日バスケットが届きます。中身は毎日一緒なので少し飽きてしまい最終日である3日目は早起きして散歩しながら写真を撮り、パンデローやデニッシュを買って帰りました。朝焼けの中の写真はとてもキレイに撮れてオススメです。ホテルから歩いてすぐの市庁舎がある広場にはPorto.のサインもあり誰も映り込んでない写真が朝なら撮れますよ。
