We had a good stay in the apartment. It was very clean and in an excellent location. Only minor issue was that the bed mattress wasn't great so you could feel ridges in it. Also the pillow was full of chunky bits of memory foam (or something like that) which wasn't at all comfortable. I contacted the property about this and they did bring a new pillow but it was very similar. Overall though we still really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at the Spot overall was great. The staff was really nice and friendly from the beginning, especially during our check-in and check-out, and also during breakfast time (btw delicious and comolete). Location was just than perfect, within walking distance to places we wanted to go but also to be picked up and dropped off by Uber when needed.
The apartment was just perfect and what we needed, spacious and very cozy, with all things we needed. The only thing we did not like and I must say is the reason why we are not giving it a five star rating is because the apartment where we were located, the lounge was open until 5:30 pm, which gave us limited time or basically cut our itinerary one way or the other, to retrieve our bags during check-in or check-out. Though we are informed if any issue, we could contact a number 24 hours, we did not get any response from the number we were given when we had an issue with the A/C. Which it ended up being more an issue of a remote control setting that would not turn on/off the A/C because there was no specific instructions about how to do it, until I figured it out that it was by pressing the “mode” button several times rather than the on/off button on the remote.
Another issue we had was that for some reason, there were mosquitoes, and we’re not able to keep the windows open while there to get some fresh air.
Other than the issues mentioned above, I must say I would not have any problem going back to the Spot Apartment at all!

Wonderful stay at Spot apartments and I would absolutely return here again. We arrived early and our appartment was ready for us, there was a complimentary bottle of wine and the sofa bed was made up for us. The apparent was much bigger than expected and had its own laundry room with washing machine and airer. Shower pressure was excellent and the apartment is located directly opposite the main metro station in Porto so can easily access the whole city from right outside. We didn't have a view but only used it for sleeping so not necessary. We had our own full sized fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee pot, toastie maker. Everything you could possibly need. The windows have roll down shutters making it completely blackout at night for children. The staff were all very lovely and helpful. It was the best stay and I couldn't rate the apartment highly enough.

Spacious, clean suite with 2 rooms and a pull-out (suits family with 2 teenagers). In a safe area, within walking distance to main sights. Supermarket and coffee shops close by. Breakfast was decent. Staff were excellent, going out of their way to assist with a lost item. Thoroughly recommend.

Area: the apartments are on a very noisy street that we heard all night long. Upon arrival the area felt a bit run down and there was someone sleeping in a tent on the block. But we felt safe and the location was great for walking to the sights, eating, shopping- all of it. Down to the river and the Luis Bridge was about a 20 to 25 minute walk.

Spots apartment is in a good location, just across on of the main stations (Trindade). We didnt really used public transport as the property is near the tourist spots, the city is highly walkable so make sure you wear comfy shoes. The room we got was big, 2 rooms (1 double bed and 1 with single) and a double sofabed in the living room. It is clean and quiet with good supply of toilet rolls and handsoaps and bodywash and shampoo. There’s a big fridge, full kitchen with utensils if you think of cooking. Which btw there is a supermarket just 3 mins walk. We opted for an airport transfer when we arrived, you can ask for details if you need it. Uber is available in the city too. There is a complimentary bottle of wine to welcome the group.

The apartment is very spacious and well set out, with all the amenities one needs (cooker, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, family fridge/freezer, microwave oven & washing machine). The place looks great upon entering, lovely and clean, and is so easy to maintain.
The beds are also very comfortable and clean, and the washing machine really is a fantastic bonus, which saves on laundry and unnecessary travel. For anything else we needed, the hosts were very respectful, kind, understanding and more than happy to help.
The centrality of the apartment was a fundamental factor for us, and it's great to have everything nearby, like a good quality supermarket, a cafe/cake shop, a pharmacy and a main metro station, each just a minute or two away - or even within eyeshot.

Hi apartment is fabulous very neat and clean ,reception is very helpful but the reception doesn’t have powers to control whole apartments they said any problem I have to inform through what’s up, my son 1 year old fall on the big sharp pins on carpet and he got blood too much from his mouth and when I inform they blame on laundry staff they don’t take any responsibility and I leave 9 nights but not even one day any one came for cleaning that is too disappointing

So much to like about this property! Centrally located near the Trinidade metro stations, well appointed apartments, personalized check-in with a staff member that took the time to show us around our suite and advise us on what to do, as well as a welcome basket with some food and drink. The building also has a lift which helps with luggage. We would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Porto.

Der größte Pluspunkt ist die Lage des Hotels. Alles ist in Gehreichweite und sonst ist die Bahn 2 Minuten entfernt. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und sauber. Dem Duschkopf kann man mal ein bisschen Aufmerksamkeit widmen. Das Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig aber für uns eindeutig zu spät. Der Check-in lief problemlos aber das gilt wohl nur für digital natives. Ein paar ältere Herrschaften hatten ganz schön zu kämpfen das ohne Personal zu stemmen. Im allgemeinen ist die Rezeption nur spärlich besetzt. Selbst die City Tax konnten wir nur begleichen, in dem wir das Geld passend auf den Tisch des Appt. gelegt haben. Das kommt mir sehr Spanisch vor und zeugt nicht von gutem Service. Das hat uns etwas geärgert. Ansonsten war der Fahrstuhl zu klein für unseren Buggy aber das ist natürlich der alten Bauweise des Gebäudes zu verdanken.
Alles in allem ist das Hotel aber sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Pass bare på: Det er egentlig ingen resepsjon til disse leilighetene på stedet, men man skal få tilsendt en kode til en nøkkelboks dagen oppholdet starter. Det fikk ikke vi, men heldigvis var en ansatt ved bagasjerommet og frokostavdelingen fortsatt på jobb. Dette var noe som vi burde ha fått tydelig beskjed om på forhånd. Ellers veldig bra opphold!

We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen. Ze hebben ons met alles geholpen waar we hulp bij nodig hadden. Eén van ons gezelschap zit in een aangepaste rolstoel, die helaas niet in de lift paste. Het personeel heeft er vervolgens wel alles aan gedaan om een passende oplossing te vinden voor het probleem. Kom je met een aangepaste rolstoel; informeer dan even van tevoren of het mogelijk is om de lift te gebruiken.
