Très bon séjour à l’hôtel Spot Family à Porto. L’établissement est très propre et le personnel est vraiment super sympa et accueillant. La literie est hyper agréable, on dort très bien. Le petit déjeuner est bien garni avec beaucoup de choix. L’hôtel est aussi très bien situé, proche des transports et du centre-ville de Porto, ce qui est très pratique pour visiter la ville. Je recommande sans hésiter !

The guest service is among the best I've ever experienced. They were always smiling and ready to offer any assistance or provide tourist information.

The room for four people was spacious enough and very well-equipped. It also has a terrace on the fifth floor with a lovely view of the Clérigos Tower. From that terrace, we were able to prepare our own New Year's Eve dinner and enjoy the fireworks.

The location is good. we stayed in a master suite with two bedrooms for 3 nights during the week of Thanksgiving. the last two nights the heat did not work and it was very cold we had to ask for extra blankets. they only provide a bottle of water the first day and only tiny bottles of shampoo but no conditioner. the bath towels are also very used.

We loved the location, the view from the breakfast lounge, lots of space for the 4 of us in the 2 bedroom superior suite with closets big enough for our clothes. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The staffs were great and always happy to help. We also had daily cleaning.
We wished they have coded or swipe locks instead of actual key. They only gave us one key which was so inconvenient for us since we had different plans at night. The lock is also difficult to open from outside and inside. You need the key to open the lock from the inside too which is weird and may be a hazard during an emergency. There is only 1 bathroom so we had to go to the 5th floor restroom when our bathroom was occupied.

We thought Hotel Spot Family Suites were fantastic. We stayed in a Superior Master Suite which had two bedrooms, which we asked to be set up as a double and a twin room. You also get a lovely large lounge/kitchen area, which could also sleep 2 extra people on the sofa bed. This was a perfect set up for our family of 4. Shower room was spacious and the whole place was immaculate and kept very clean. House keeping did an excellent job each day as well. It's also in an great area, right in the hustle and bustle but also tucked away off the main road so quiet at night. So convenient for Bolhao Market, less than 5 minutes away to get loads of lovely food and drink. Chapel of Souls and Cafe Majestic/Rue da Santa Caterina within very easy walking distance as well. Sooo many cafes/bars/restaurants locally as well, you're spoilt for choice. If you like steak and fish, we would recommend Vaccarum literally 4 mins from the front door. Reception even organised a transfer from the airport to the hotel on our arrival, but you can easily get the Metro to and from Trindade train station as well for 2.25 euros for a single! Can't recommend this hotel (and Porto) enough. Thank you!

I loved our room- it was perfect for us. The a/c was cold, the sheets were soft, blackout curtains were amazing!!! There was a private balcony you could sit out on and the bathroom was perfect with extra storage under the sink. I was traveling with my children, so the extra space was nice.

Breakfast was delicious! They don’t salt the food much, so you have to put salt on it yourself. The coffee machine was my favorite. Great coffee. They had eggs and sausage every morning with pastries, croissants, all kinds of custards and tarts. They had jams, honey, and Nutella to add to your breads. They had cereal and cheeses and deli meats. The cheese was my favorite. There’s orange slices and watermelon and green juice and orange juice. There’s a bunch of breads too. My kids favorite part of the trip was breakfast (and we did awesome tours). They play American music while you eat. We listened to a lighter version of Whitney Houston this morning. Creature comforts of home. It was nice.

The staff was super helpful- there’s a laundromat very close by and they told me where to go for dinner and entertainment. They are ALWAYS at the front desk.

The ladies who cleaned the room was great. The beds were made tightly and they would bring new soaps as we needed them without us asking. They were on top of it! I liked having a safe in the room and a bench to put my stuff on.

The hotel is very close to some convenience stores and in an intersection where all the Ubers come through. Great!!

Viajamos mi esposo y yo con nuestros dos hijos de 11 y 9 años y la habitación era bastante espaciosa. Un apartamento básicamente. Hubiera preferido que tuviera máquinas de lavar y secar en vez de toda la cocina, que no usamos. Solo pasamos 2 días. Pero usamos lavanderías a pasos del hotel y resolvimos. Desayuno estuvo bien y lo incluyo la estadía, pero debería variar un poco, por ejemplo bacon en vez de salchichas a diario, etc. En términos generales, para ser Europa, muy bien. Lo recomiendo si viajan en familia.

This is an excellent place for staycation for family. The hot breakfast was great. Clean facility with elevators. Great, courteous service.
