Self-check in was more trouble than it was worth. We would prefer a staff person being present to help trouble-shoot problems (the shower didn't work very well), answer any questions we might have regarding the room, or offer eating or transportation recommendations. The property owners might think they are saving money by not having a staff person on-sight, but this has prompted us to not stay at the \"hotel\" the next time we visit Porto.

Within walking distance to the historical center (about 10 mins). Very easy check in and the hotel was very clean. Only issue was the beds are very firm (or maybe as an American I’m not used to that). But would recommend the hotel!

I would give this place a two out of five stars. The air conditioning didn’t work most of the time. This was fine when the temperature was comfortable, but that wasn’t the case all the time. At first, the WiFi connection was very slow, then it went even more downhill from there. By the last two days of our stay, there was absolutely no internet connection at all. Since this trip was a working vacation for me, not having access to the internet was a major disaster. The hotel was conveniently located near a metro station that got us to/from the train station with ease, but there were five homeless people camped out just a few steps away. The staff was was very nice, but having wonderful staff doesn’t mitigate the fact that the WiFi was a shambles and so was the AC, and that we had to walk by a group of homeless people within a few steps from our front door. Definitely not staying here again.

Turista Trindade was a great stay. Their hands-off Covid protocol is really easy and clear. The rooms are LOVELY! And they answered all my questions.

TURISTA DA TRINDADE WAS EXCELLET!
I stayed for 3 nights and I found the room very comfortable and there was even a small terrace. There is a noisy street but it quiets down around 10pm. Clean room and the staff was quick to respond. The hotel has no elevator, just stairs.

This guesthouse is very convenient for the city center of Porto. Our unit was on the first floor (up one flight of stairs) and we were easily able to take our luggage up. There are restaurants very close. It is in a very safe area. The house is beautiful. Keyless entry makes it great.

It’s a beautiful building. Very nice and clean. As you walk in smell like a spa! Absolutely nice. There is no receptionist or anyone in site. There is a room with four tables to snack. No sink or anything else. Only one coffee vending machine and snack. Lovely staircase. All white and hardware floor stairs. On too there is a huge mirror and some antique gabinete. Flowers and a huge skylight in a dome. Love it. The room was very clean, modern high ceilings a good bathroom. All very secure by key pad. From the front entrance to the room all secure. About 6 blocks from downtown. Walking distance to all main sites.

Location is great, a very short walk from Trindad metro station and São Bento station and a 25 min walk from the Ribeira area. You are pretty much in the center of everything in Porto. When we arrived, João was there to greet us and check us in, he was very helpful by giving us directions and tips in orienting us around town, he also helped us with our bags! Be prepared to face few flights of stairs, no elevator. They were expanding the place so the strong smell of paint was not pleasant, quite strong in my room. There was also no wi-fi in our room, and João was aware of it since he wasn’t getting a signal either and said he was going to contact the internet provider, but he never came back to check on us regarding that. For us that are traveling from overseas and count on good wifi, that was very inconvenient. The walls are also paper thin, we could hear everything above us. Besides all of that, we loved how so spacious and clean the room was!

Hotellet er tæt beliggende ved metro stationen Trindade, hvilket er dejligt, når du skal til/fra lufthavnen eller rundt i byen. Al kommunikation med personale foregår via WhatsApp, hvilket fungerer rigtig fint. Hotellet var rent og pænt og tilbyder morgenmad fra et catering firma, hvilket faktisk var rigtig lækkert. Der er mulighed for at købe kaffe, sodavand og snacks fra en automat, men der ligger indkøbsmuligheder tæt på, hvis der er behov. Et rigtig rart ophold, så både hotellet og Porto kan varmt anbefales.

We had a great stay in this hotel. It was rather centrally located, extremely clean, modern, enough space, air conditioning and super quiet. No breakfast included but there was a vey nice cafe/bakery just around the corner. Possibility to store luggage in locked cabinets before getting the room/after check-out. Would highly recommend this place!

In één woord: perfect! Zelden meegemaakt, alles klopte. Super schoon en verzorgd (en mooi!), van entree tot aan de kamer. En dat voor deze prijs, geweldig. Kamer was zeer schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Badkamer en toilet tip top. We waren wat eerder dan afgesproken, maar even een appje en we konden erin (thanks Mariana). Lovely hotel with modern, clean rooms. The reception was friendly and fast. We were given shopping tips, metro travel tips and even got arranged for taxi service to the airport. The taxi service was reliable, prompt and friendly.
Really happy that I chose this hotel.
There is not an open reception at all hours, but if that is not a requirement for you then this is the perfect one. We came early and could enter the building with a door code and use spacey cabinets to store our luggage until check-in time.

滞在中、午後10時から翌朝5時位まで建物の前の道路で工事が行われ、寝られない２日間でした。これはホテル側がゲストに事前に警告するべきこと。今後２週間くらいは工事が続くと思われますので、滞在前に道路と反対側をリクエストするなどして対処が必要だと思います。また３階建てでエレベーターが無いのも気になりました。昨年５月にExpediaで予約したホテルは２駅だけ、今回より中心地から離れており、最後まで迷い距離が近い方を選びましたが、失敗でした。

Die Umgebung lässt nicht vermuten, dass hier so ein hübsches, kleines Hotel ist. Das Frühstück wird in einem Korb ins Zimmer geliefert. Das Einchecken war hervorragend, zudem liegt das Hotel in der Nähe der Metro.
