Clean, spacious room with amazing view up the street and Werningerode Schloss so very close upon the hill. V good breakfast and a lovely small sauna you can reserve a time for private use. We appreciated a break from the larger city hotels in Hamburg and Berlin to stay in a small cozy bnb style environment. You can step right out the door to shopping and food. The staff was v sweet and we wished we had more time here. Highly recommend!

Friendly, family-run hotel

This was a really friendly family-run hotel well-situated for the castle and town centre in Wernigerode and close to plenty of good bars and restaurants.
The hotel contacted me in advance to ask if I wanted to pre-book parking (€4.50) and breakfast (€8) as the Expedia rate was room-only. I would definitely advise pre-booking parking if you are arriving with a car as the guest car park is small. The breakfast was good and a typical German continental breakfast - plenty of fresh rolls with cold meats and cheeses etc.
The hotel has free wi-fi which worked well.
Note the rooms are not air-conditioned and the front of the hotel is next to a road junction so bring ear plugs if you're travelling in the summer and need the windows open.

No one there at check in,rooms small and basic.got charged 8 euros for breakfast but never requested it.Very unfriendly old woman at check out refused to take a credit card despite having the sign in the window.Terrible service.Only nice person was the blond cleaning girl who eventually let us enter the hotel to check in.avoid !

Hotell med bra läge, trevlig personal. Bra städning, bra frukost. Ngt väldigt märkligt dock - är att man hade plastskydd (som hos bebisar) i sängarna och därefter ett madrassvar som även fungerade som underlakan - plasten plockade vi av men vanliga lakan fanns ej så vi hade madrassskyddet som det lakan de hade tänkt. Pga detta kan vi inte rekommendera till vänner!

Harzens charme

Vi havde et rigtog dejlig ophold, 2 voksne og vores 2 små piger. Hotellet er fint og lige præcis så autentisk som vi havde håbet på. Værelser fine, måske en smule små. Super udsigt til slottet på bjerget over byen.
Fin morgenmad hver dag.

Sehr schönes Hotel, gute Lage. Zu Fuß das Schloß gut erreichbar , ebenso die Einkaufsstraße und auch der Bahnhof (ca. 15 min). Alles sehr sauber. Kaffee ist ok, aber ansonsten ist das Frühstück sehr gut mit viel Auswahl. Parkplatz kostet extra (6,50 €/Tag). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Mein erster Aufenthalt im Hotel Schloßblick

Mit diesem Aufenthalt habe ich zum dritten Mal Urlaub im Harz und zum zweiten Mal in Wernigerode gemacht. Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Hierzu hat einerseits die nette und familiäre Atmosphäre im Haus und natürlich auch der \"Galablick\" vom Fenster meines netten Zimmers auf das Schloß beigetragen. Bei einem weiteren Urlaub in Wernigerode werde ich mich sehr wahrscheinlich wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden, da es zum einen sehr zentral liegt und man zum anderen in nur wenigen Minuten die ersten Wanderwege erreicht.

Der Rauchmelder im Zimmer war nicht vorhanden .Das Bett so schräg das man die ganze Nacht angst hatte heraus zu fallen.In der Duschkabiene lief das Wasser nicht richtig ab .

Ein Harzwochenende

Ein verlängertes Wochenende mit Freunden für die Erkundung des Harzes. Übernachtung im Schlosshotel. Wegen einer Umleitung durch Geschäftsverkehr ab 4:30 Uhr morgens etwas laut. Gefrühstückt haben wir die Burgstrasse hoch im Cafe Burgstrasse. Sehr gut und preiswert.

Gemütliches kleines Frühstückshotel,in Wernigerode

Zimmer war immer sehr sauber. (wir hatten einen Hund dabei).
Frühstüchksraum war sehr freundlich und hell.
Frühstücksbüfett fehlte nichts.
Personal sehr freundlich und behilflich bei allen fragen.
Abends und morgens hört man den Verkehr von der Straße im Zimmer.Nachts ist es ruhig.
Den Rauch aus dem Raucherraum zieht immer auch ein wenig durch den ganzen Flur nach oben.Als Nichtraucher riecht man das natürlich.
Insgesamt hat uns sonst alles gefallen, wir würden wiederkommen.

Quarto torto, com conforto

O piso do quarto era torto!!!!! Mas o quarto era excelente. Banheiro novíssimo. Estacionamento foi cobrado ä parte. Quando chegamos, não tinha uma pessoa no check in! Mas tinha uma cartinha, nossa chave e um telefone de contato. Deu tudo certo!!! kkkkk

Mein Aufenthalt war sehr schön, ich konnte sogar mein Auto kostenlos im Hof parken. Leider war mein Zimmer recht laut, da direkt an der Straße gelegen. Nachts musste man das Fenster schließen.

Hotel Schlossblick

Rezeption so gut wie nie besetzt, drum gibt es auch kein Wlan-Passwort aber die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Die Einrichtung ist funktionell. Die Matratzen recht hart. Die Lage ist recht Zentral.

Gutes Hotel im Zentrum

Das Hotel ist bestens geeignet für einen Kurzurlaub. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Sehr positiv, Sauna ist jederzeit zu nutzen da man selbst einschaltet. Ausserdem sehr angenehm dass man Tag und Nacht im Frühstücksraum kostenlos Tee machen kann. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück sehr ausgiebig und gut. Hotel etwas älter.

Hyvällä paikalla hieman nukkavieru hotelli

Wifi ei toimi huoneessa. WC:ssä säleverhot, joista näkyy ulos selvästi. Aamiainen yritettiin laskuttaa vaikkemme syöneetkään sitä.

Altes Haus

Wir waren für zwei Tage im Harz. Im Hotel wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Von der Sauna erfuhren wir durch den Hinweis auf Hotels.com. Sie war klein aber ausreichend und lockerte unsere Muskeln von dem Brockenaufstieg. Die Nacht war ruhig. Die Stolperstufe auf dem Weg zum Bad machte uns nachts ohne Beleuchtung (am Bett gabs nur einen Schalter für beide Bettlampen) zu schaffen. Wir verließen das Hotel um 6 ohne Frühstück.

Hübsches Hotel in Stadtnähe

Waren nur eine Nacht. Mann muß Straßenlärm gewöhnt sein.Zimmer ist sauber gewesen und ausreichenden kompfor.
das Frühstück war mit 9 Euro extra ganz okey. die Käseplatte sah nicht frisch aus und bei der Kochwurst war ich mir auch nicht sicher. Dafür waen die Brötchen hervorragend. Personal ist sehr nett.

Hotel Schlossblick Wernigerode- immer wieder !

Ich war einen Tag dienstlich in Wernigerode und habe im Anschluss noch einen Tag privat mit Frau dort verbracht. Ich bin viel in Hotels in ganz Deutschland unterwegs. Ich/ Wir haben uns im Schlossblick sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Begrüßung an der Rezeption (durch vermutlich eine AZUBINE und Cheffin) war beeindruckend nett.
Vielen Dank und alles Gute, wir kommen wieder und bringen Freunde mit !

Vi kom sent frem til hotellet, men nåede dog at blive indtjekket mens receptionisten var der, hun var vældig sød og hjælpsom.
Morgenmads buffeten var frisk og nylavet.

Gute Lage in der Altstadt

Das Hotel ist zweckmässig und sauber. Die (ziemlich grossen) Zimmer wirken allerdings recht kühl und unpersönlich und lassen kein rechtes Wohlgefühl aufkommen. Die Einrichtung ist insgesamt praktisch aber etwas lieblos; ein wenig mehr Gemütlichkeit könnte nicht schaden. Die Lage ist sehr schön, direkt am Rande der Innenstadt und, wie der Name verspricht, mit Blick auf das Schloss. Gut gelöst und unkompliziert ist der Service für Spätanreisende: Der Schlüssel wird nach vorheriger Absprache in einem kleinen Safe deponiert, der mit einem Code zu öffnen ist. Allerdings ist eine praktische Lösung hier auch gefragt, da die Besetzungszeiten der Rezeption zu wünschen übrig lassen und eine Ankunft nach 18 Uhr (!) bereits als Spätanreise gilt. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet OK. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, kosten aber extra, ebenso wie die Benutzung des (nicht im Zimmer befindlichen) Kühlschranks. Insgesamt ist der Preis leider zu hoch für das, was das Haus tatsächlich bietet. Daher leider keine Empfehlung.

Gemütliches Hotel in zentraler Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.
Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und familiär. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und war den Aufpreis wert. Die kostenfrei nutzbare Sauna sorgte für einen entspannten Ausklang eines anstrengenden Wandertages.

Kurztrip

Einkaufsstraße und Innenstadt nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, Chinesisches und italienisches Restaurant direkt gegenüber. Dame am Empfang sehr freundlich, hat alles erklärt und gezeigt. Zimmer sauber, ruhig und geräumig. Saune im Haus. Frühstücksbuffet war lecker. Alles da.

Sehr gemütliches kleines Hotel

Das Hotel ist gemütlich und sauber. Man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl und kann diesbezüglich nichts bemängeln. Auch eine Saune steht zur freien und kostenlosen Verfügung. Dabei ist einem das Personal gerne bereit eine kurze Einweisung in die Saunabedienung zu geben.

Ein riesen Morgenbuffet ist bei so einer Hotelgröße natürlich nicht zu erwarten, doch etwas mehr als man auf seinem heimischen Frühstückstisch wiederfindet darf es dann doch gerne sein. So bleibt die etwas beschränkte Auswahl des Frühstückangebots das einzige Manko unseres kurzen Aufenthalts.

Das Hotel selbst ist jedoch wunderbar gelegen. Man erreicht in nur wenigen Gehminuten das Stadtzentrum oder das Schloss Wernigerode. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Geräumige Zimmer mit zweckmässiger Einrichtung. Schöne Aussicht auf das Schloss.

英語のできるスタッフの方が最初に対応してくれ、丁寧に説明を受けました。
常駐している訳ではなかったですが、チェックインでいい印象を持ちました。
部屋もきれいでした。朝食は必ず付くようです。
