The hotel is right at the Plaza. I wish we could get a room with the Plaza view, then it would be amazing see the pretty Rathaus from our room.

The hotel was much bigger than I thought.
The breakfast was nice. But I wish they could prepare more for COVID-19 like requesting guests to wear gloves when they get food and make the isle one way or something. A lot of hotel we stayed before do that now.

Lovely, centrally located hotel. Clean, spacious with friendly staff. The only negative would be that the breakfast was very limited for the star rating at this hotel.

The entire experience was outstanding there. The breakfast was absolutely amazing-lots of variety and excellent quality! The staff in the breakfast room were very helpful and attentive. We would give this hotel the highest rating! And we will stay here again!

Beautiful little German town in the Harz mountains
Superb location in the town square; so typically German with good food. Parking available at modest cost. Plenty to do and see in the area. Narrow gauge railway with extensive route network throughout the Harz region, and if you want to see further afield there is a multitude of similar towns for touring, and even an aviation museum in addition to the almost mandatory \"Schloss\" [tourist road-train available].

The hotel is situated in the market sqare of this beautiful old town and yet has its own reserved parking facilities, some underground. The room was large, clean and airy. The breakfasts were first class, especially the smoked salmon. Our evening meal using local produce and recipes was memorable. A great place from which to explore the lovely Harz region.

Mir hat alles gut gefallen! Was mir fehlte, war z. B. eine Flasche Wasser als Willkommensgruss und Getränke in der Sauna. Es waren zwar Teebeutel vorhanden aber kein Wasser.

Sehr interessante und historische Stadt
Das Hotel ist sauber, die Zimmer haben genügend Platz für Gepäck und sind auch angemessen groß für einen Urlaub. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hotel liegt sehr zentral und eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe ( mehrere Buslinien ). Es gibt auch ausreichend gute Restaurants in der Nähe und auch in der Großen Bergstraße ( Creperia und Praha z.B. ) Da ich mit einer großen Gruppe ( 27 Personen ) unterwegs war hatten wir trotzdem keine Probleme mit rechtzeitigen Reservierungen in Restaurants.

Als mittlerweile Stammgäste freuen wir uns jedes Jahr aufs neue, wieder dort übernachten zu dürfen. Das Personal ist mega freundlich und immer zuvorkommend. Auch an unsere Kleine (jetzt 9 Jahre alt) wird sich immer rührend gekümmert. Es ist einfach alles perfekt. Hotel, Lage, Personal, Essen. Immer wieder gerne. Vielen Dank.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Wir waren in einem geräumigen Komfort-Doppelzimmer untergebracht. Der Blick auf die Dächer der Wirtschaftsgebäude war nicht berauschend, dafür war das Zimmer aber ruhig gelegen. Die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert. Sehr zu loben ist die ausgezeichnete Küche! Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr gemundet. Super ist die zentrale Lage und das Parkplatzangebot mit Tiefgarage.

Meget fint hotel med central beliggenhed. Flotte værelser og god rengøring. Parkering på egen p-plads til 10 EUR var ok. Eneste negative i disse Corona tider var, at der var buffet til morgenmad, hvor der hverken var engangshandsker eller håndsprit til rådighed. Desuden ingen afstandsmarkeringer, så folk stod tæt. Pil nedad for dette.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Bad war etwas klein. Frühstück war sehr lecker und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag erwartet. Besonders ist das Omelett hervorzuheben. Es war sehr gut. Lediglich die Sauna entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen. Sie ist relativ klein ( für ca. 3 Personen) und es sind nur 2 Ruheligen vorhanden. Des Weiteren war im Abkühlbecken scheinbar seit längerem kein Wasser mehr. Aber insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
