An absolutely wonderful trip to Marrakech. The rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was delicious and enough to set us up for the day. The staff at the hotel are exceptional Laurence, Ahmed provide a great service to look after you during your stay. We had a late flight home and they even prepared a lunch bag for the journey home. Beautiful room and beautiful property. Smells amazing from the time you walk in. They think about the little things, including giving me a little bag with a sandwich when I left for the airport so that I had something to eat while waiting. A beautiful property with a wonderful staff, great breakfast and I would definitely stay here again.

This riad was a complete gem within the Medina! The staff was over the top wonderful (shoutout to Said who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome). The included breakfast is wonderful, the location is great because it is slightly more quiet while still being right in the middle of things. Highly recommend.

Lovely property in good location. Large room. Staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast fresh every morning. Our only complaint was the noise. Do not accept room 11 if you are a light sleeper. It is above the kitchen so noisy in the morning. It is also above a motorcycle repair shop which was open until midnight most nights, and there was a lot of traffic noise. We asked to be moved as we were there 8 nights but hotel would not accommodate, even though new people were coming every few days.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Ksar Anika for 3 nights, on our first trip to Marrakech. We loved the ambience of the riad (see photos) and appreciated how clean it was.
All the staff were friendly and easy to speak with. A special mention to Younes (who has a wealth of knowledge about Morocco), Said (for bringing us breakfast with a smile) and Siham (who was kind enough to let us store our luggage for a few hours when we returned from Casablanca and needed to do some last minute shopping).

The traditional Moroccan breakfast was lovely, with a slight variation on the soups/side dishes each morning. The coffees were also 👌.

The riad is perfectly located; it is a 5 min walk to the Bahia Palace and a 15 min walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa.

We would definitely stay again, if we returned to Marrakech!

Roof terrace there but almost derelict- no facilities on the roof, no soft drinks or service.
Staff were great and could not fault their service at ground level. Amenities were not to a decent standard. 15-20 minute walk to the square and good location.

We have an amazing stay at this riad. It is beautiful and the staff are just amazing. Breakfast was traditional Moroccan and very nice. Every afternoon they provided an afternoon tea and snacks. The welcome was superb . On check out, they even provided a packed lunch ! Will definitely recommend and go back

The Riad is excellent. A quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. We stayed for a week and regularly walked into the souks from the accommodation. The breakfasts were very nice with bread and pancake type options as well as the soup, lentils and yoghurt. Eggs were made to order. The plentiful mint tea was great. There were free snacks and fresh juice daily from 3pm to 6pm, which were a nice bonus. It was mostly fully booked whilst we were there but it did not feel busy. There is a lovely rooftop to sit on with great views. What made this stay was the staff. They were so pleasant and helpful. We were met by Siham who made sure we were comfortable and happy. The other staff were equally as nice, we just dealt with Siham the most. Tips were managed in a way that suited us. Instead of tipping regularly to different staff, tips were placed into an envelope and left in a tip box at reception on checking out. This ensured all staff got tipped and removed having to think about it every day. We would stay here again and would highly recommend it.

We've just returned from a lot Ng weekend and had an amazing time. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are such nice people and very attentive, very happy to cater to my partner who is coeliac offering him alternatives for breakfast.
The location is a very quick 10-15 mins walk to the main square with lots to look at on the way. The palace is worth a visit just a few short steps f om the Riad.
We didn't get chance to use the spa facilities.
Highly recommend for a short stay.

We stayed at Ksar Anika Boutique Hotel for three nights during our first trip to Morocco, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. As it was our first time visiting the country, we didn’t really know what to expect, but the warm welcome we received immediately made us feel comfortable and well looked after.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their hospitality truly made our stay special.
The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with a traditional Moroccan style that creates a very relaxing and authentic atmosphere. Everything was spotless and very well maintained, which we really appreciated.
Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily return in the future. I would definitely recommend Ksar Anika Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech.

This was a stay that I will remember for a lifetime. Once you go through the front door you have found paradise in the Medina. One of the extremely important consideration is location. This was in the quiet section of the Medina but one key huge difference is the taxi can meet you right at the Riad vs. other ones that you will need to haul luggage or locals fighting over to bring your luggage. Breakfast was very nice and changed from day to day. I stayed 5 nights and was very walkable to key locations. Argan oil soap and shampoo & conditioner was a nice touch as well as the staff packing you lunch when you checkout.

Had a great week staying at The Ksar Anika. The staff were so kind & friendly & we had a lovely room. Fab location as able to walk into the centre & to explore the souks. The weather wasn’t great while we were there so didn’t really use the pool area but there was still plenty to do. We arranged a couple of day trips out, a visit to the Atlas Mountains & to Essaouria booked by the hotel. Drivers were good (but maybe not for a nervous passenger as they like driving very close to the car in front) but we felt very safe.

It started with smooth and friendly check in.The manager sat down with us, went over detail what to expect. Welcome.snack is delicious. The hotel is not modern but the vibe is authentic Moracan. The common areas and the rooftop view area was nice.

The room was nice and clean. The double bed was too small for a couple. Showers did not have adequate blockage. Sprayed and everywhere when taking a shower. No body lotion or slippers were provided. Storage space for soiled clothes was limited.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The Moroccan architecture is stunning and creates a very authentic and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was very nice, comfortable, and clean.

The staff truly made the difference. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Unfortunately, we had to leave two days earlier than planned because our baby was crying a lot and we were not able to stay longer. Even in this difficult situation, the staff showed exceptional support and kindness.

At 2:00 am, one of the staff members was already there to help us by printing our tickets and arranging a taxi to the airport for the same morning, as we had to leave the hotel at 6:30 am. On top of that, since we could not stay for all the booked days, the hotel kindly provided us with a voucher to use for the unused days, which we truly appreciated.

Thank you very much for your warm welcome, understanding, and outstanding service. Keep up the excellent work. We look forward to coming back again soon!

On arrival we were greeted by lovely friendly staff who provided local teas and pastries. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The inclusive breakfast was plentiful and delicious.The location of the hotel was just a short walk to the Medina and Square where there were plenty of restaurants and cafes and an abundance of things to see. The Souks did not disappoint - colourful and noisy with many local things to buy. On our departure from the hotel we were given a gift and some food for our journey home. A really lovely stay with great customer service - i would highly recemmend staying at the Ksar Anika.

The hotel itself is very well furnished and maintained. Every corner is picture worthy. The rooms have everything you need - would have liked a dedicated iron and tea facilities, but these are provided when needed. Very clean and daily room service was done without fail. Location is within the medina - 15-20 min walk to Jemaa El Fna square, and you manage to avoid the craziness of the central area. The hotel is an oasis and highly recommended.

The staff are amazing! Everyone was super friendly and very helpful!

The hotel was clean. Room was spacious so was the bathroom.
No kettle in the room but understandable, i asked for hot water daily to make my tea and it was never any trouble.

Great location especially for taxi access.

Very well decorated.
Small pool, never used it.
Lights in bedroom were very dim so difficult to get ready in terms of make up etc but bathroom has plenty of light.

Breakfast was plentiful, you just order your drink and how you like your eggs and then sit back and watch the amazing staff serve you your breakfast. It was delicious and very filling.

Take cash to convert into dihrams as the atm nearby was broken and most places in the old town area take cash only.

I would definitely come back here and recommend staying here!

On check out we even received a good bag (an actual bag) with breakfast, fruit, shampoo and shower-gel (x2 for both of us) which was provided in the bathroom and topped up daily!

The Riad was beautiful, quiet, serene and the staff were so helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was delicious, so many items and all fresh and well presented.
A dip in the pool before dinner was very calming after the chaos of a day in the souks.
Great place and would highly recommend.

We chose to stay at this hotel for our last night in Marrakech because it was conveniently located near the airport, and we wanted to relax and enjoy our final day. It turned out to be an amazing place! All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We didn’t even want to go out for dinner because the hotel restaurant was such a lovely place to dine.

Breakfast was also delicious, with everything freshly prepared. What truly surprised us was the thoughtful gesture when we were leaving — we were given a small gift bag and a packed lunch for our trip to the airport. Everything was beautifully presented in a charming Moroccan-style bag, which made it feel extra special.

This is definitely a wonderful place to stay, not just for one night. Although it’s not very close to the Medina market, it’s quiet and peaceful, and taxis are easily available to take you anywhere you need to go.
