Had a good stay at Racine. Location is great with many restaurants within a 5 minute walk or less. 20 minute walk to the Medina/Souks. 25 minute walk to Menara Mall. Pool area was great and had towels readily available. Breakfast was the highlight. Had many options daily. Crepes, French toast, sausages, breads, cheese, yogurt, pastries etc. The fresh orange juice was the best and a hot commodity. Room was spacious. A little dated but nothing to complain about. Beds were comfortable and had hot water to take showers daily. Overall a great stay and value.

Our 3-night stay was great! The property is located in a pretty convenient area very close to attractions, dining options, and shopping. The hotel is well maintained but could use some upgrades. The free breakfast was mediocre but the out of pocket menu had good options - I recommend the Moroccan dishes. The highlight of our trip was the excellent service we’ve received from Samira at the rooftop restaurant. She exceeded our expectations with her kindness and willingness to help with all of our needs. Thank you Samira for everything, you truly left a mark on our family and made our stay enjoyable!

I was on 6 floor and the restaurant on the top of our head they push tables and chairs and no way you can have a rest please next door it’s bar and music loud all night. Hotel outdated needs new mattresses, now the customer service needs also to be improved , very cold, no welcoming , no one offered to unload and help with luggage’s , the breakfast area is very small and situated on -2 underground , shortage on food plus the waitresses are there talking loud and putting plates together loud. Breakfast area was dirty and no one of them clean it. No cups for coffee plus the coffee machin is broken.

All in all a good hotel to stay in. You get what you pay for. It was a good breakfast offer depending on the time you go down. Good variety. Hôtel is well placed as you can walk to shops and market (20 mins).

The 1st time I got there. When I booked it online & when I arrived they told me everything is sold & they didn’t have no rooms available. So they decided to lied to me instead of saying of the truth. They charged me for 2 nights instead of 1 night.

The only reason I didn’t give this hotel 5 stars is they messed up my check out. I told asked if I owed more for the extra day, they said I was all set. Then while waiting for my train two guys in suits show up to shake me down for the 550 dirham I actually owed. I had paid for my booking with my credit card, so I don’t know why they didn’t just charge it. So I had to pay out in cash 50 Dirham more because they didn’t have any change.

The food was of a good and consistent standard with a varied menu that would suit most The hotel has a varied number of day trips using a minibus going to an interesting selection of places; we went on two trips both of which were good with stops for coffee and a place of interest. Taxis are ready available outside the hotel to places of interest in and around Marrakesh, haggling helps the fare.
I can recommend this hotel however although we arranged for transit from the airport with Expedia this didn’t happen whic h was disconcerting and there was confusion over the numbers again due to Expedia, the hotel rectified this. So in all Hotel Racine gets four stars ( no one is perfect) and Expedia only three stars.

20 minute walk to jemma el fna. Fairly straight forward journey as well. There's a small tuck shop nearby to get small things you need. Also, make sure to visit Mama Africa (30 seconds from the hotel). The hotel do allow for you to get an airport shuttle etc etc but you will honestly save money just grabbing a cab. I also did not book my camel and quad excursion with them as I found someone to do it for 400dH. But don't miss the Moroccan pancakes for breakfast. Also, the spa costs the same as most hammams - enjoy using it as you only have to go back to your room after your treatment. It was cold when I stayed there and the aircon did blow come hot air occasionally but not often.

Mr. Hassan kindly resolved a small issue that we had at the start of our trip and gave me an iron on request, aswell as offering me a hair dryer. We were always greeted with smiles when we came back. We were given a map and given tourist information on request.
The hotel is in a prime location within walking distance of the mosque and the tourist attractions.
I would definitely bring my family back to this hotel, if I was lucky enough to visit Merrakech again.

This hotel is a real gem! We had a spacious and clean room. The only inconvenience was that the bathroom door would not get closed easily because it does not fit in the door frame. Their roof-top terrace and pool are nice add-ons to a pleasant stay.

My window was a view of a wall and there is a leak in the shower. Every time I shower and make sure the door is fully close I walk into a huge puddle of water. I keep trying to call the concierge ask some questions and they don’t have a number to contact them or for any services like the spa or room service. You would have to actually get out of your room go downstairs to to talk to them.

VERY GOOD stay. Great location, a bit out of the creazness of the city and in a location where you could rest after come to your room to rest. The hotel has a greta staff, although most doesn't speak Ingles, BUT they always find somebody who does to help anyway they can. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even a frigobar what I love to keep my water cold. Once I arrived they had a free large of bottle of water in the frigobarbar for me already cold for free, what I think was a great gestion of kindness. I would never go back to that country, but I would recomend this hotel for anybody, friends even a family. GREAT STAY. I would like to thanks for the staff for their kindness. Thanks again.

The staff was amazing, professional, helpful and very kind. The rooms were kept clean at all times and the breakfast was quite alright. The view from the rooftop was beautiful and you could relax by the pool (only problem was the music by the pool which was loud but you can let them know and they will reduce the volume) apart from that everything was perfect. We weren't really bothered by any outside noice from our room while we slept, but this does not mean the room is soundproof. You could hear some noices outside the hotel but for the most part it was quiet. It has to be said that I am a heavy sleeper and my girlfriend uses earplugs in bed. The distance to everything from the medina, the marketplace, shopping and other popular tourist attractions was quite close by and you really don't need a taxi to travel to and from the hotel. We went by foot and during the walk you can experience beautiful parks where you can stroll and relax and just enjoy the beauty of Morocco. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Morocco.

L'accueil parfait mais la raison de la note tient à un client rentré vers 5h du matin et qui a réveillé tout l'hôtel pendant un long moment, dans un état visiblement anormal. Il y a un service H24 qui aurait dû intervenir plus fermement pour éviter de gâcher le repos de tous.

Atendimento Confuso e Descortês em um bom Hotel
Minha experiência quando cheguei no hotel Racine foi a pior possível, pois a Atendente foi dura ao afirmar que a entrada seria as 15h quando, na minha confirmação do hotel tinha o check in as 12h. Também de forma grosseira disse que a minha reserva era para apenas 1 pessoa e que não era para casal, conforme havia reservado. Depois disse que só falava se fosse Francês ou Inglês, despresando os outros idiomas.
Enfim se não fosse a ajuda do Concierge teria sido uma tragédia minha estadia nesse hotel.
