The motel itself very nice .. clean, friendly staff, good breakfast but being away from city centre no buses after 8 p.m. no clear timetables and receptionist said bus from verona to hotel all night but not true.
Had to take raxi at € 15 (already paid for bus tickets).
Also shower head holder in room broken but they fixed when reported.

Quiet stay, great breakfast

It's location was close enough to have access to tour all the sights while being far enough away for a peaceful night's sleep. (Close to the Rosetto grocery store for snacks and beer.) All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were grateful they spoke very good English, much better than my Italian. While some parts of the hotel need updating, the owner seems to have matters well in hand and will make her father's dream great again. If in Verona again we would be happy to stay there again.

Friendly and helpful personnel at the front desk.. Private hotel parking lot. Breakfast with good variety of choices. A bit far from Verona. There is a bus stop next to the hotel but the bus schedule is confusing. Couldn't find the return bus stop so ended up paying for taxi.

Friendly Staff...Hotel Could Use Updating

Our stay at the Euro Motel was average. The service was great - the staff was friendly and helpful with navigating the bus system and how to get around downtown. The hotel itself was a bit rundown. The lobby is decent, but the rooms could definitely use some updating. It was pretty musty. The bathroom was also very outdated but clean. Wifi was fast and plenty of parking. For the price, it was an ok choice for one night, especially if traveling by car.

Good choice for stopover in Verona!

Well maintained motel, I was especially impressed with their breakfast! So many choices and fresh, tasty food, both hot, cold, sour and sweet, deserts, drinks, you name it, they have it. Easy to find when driving to it, 24hour gas station is next block, good supermarket is also very close. Rooms are basic, but very clean, bathrooms large and clean. I would definitely recommend this motel. Great customer service and fast check ins and outs :-)

We loved the breakfast and the room - the shower door was non existent so water went everywhere - I would recommend it - easy to find and the bus stops right outside .

Amazing hotel for incredible price

For the price (Euro 60 for 2 persons in main season), this hotel is unbeatable. Room was large, with air condition and WiFi functioning; matress on the hard side and pillows flat (which I liked both). Breakfast buffet was very good. Person at desk very friendly and competent; she borrowed us even pillows for the opera !! A (non-guarded) parking spot is included for free. Likely not very convenient for non-car travellers. Highly recommended.

Lovely family run hotel

The staff are amazing and they cannot do enough to help or answer yours questions. Supermarket 5mins walk, pizza delivery, fantastic buffet resturant 5mins away. For me it was nice to be out of the city centre and it was a short bus ride away to the sights. Verona has a huge market on a Saturday and the hotel is conveniently located. Rooms are spacious but the staff is what made the stay so pleasant. Hope more people support family businesses

If looking for a budget hotel, this is the best there could be. Located only 3 km from Verona city center, bus stop just on the opposite side of the street. Can even go and travel Lake Garda by bus. The hotel staff is Very friendly, very helpful and can provide useful information for the tourists. Overall the room was in good condition, and you actually get more than you pay for

Ive stayed at this hotel twice now. The first time I stayed was very comfortable and I had no complaints. However, the second time was a bit different. I walked into my room and there was a strange mildew smell coming from the bathroom that I just couldn't seem to get rid of. But I dealt with it. At night a friend of mine in Verona wanted to come and visit me. It was about midnight. The man at the front desk was extremely rude to both my friend and I and said it was \"impossible\" for him to come to my room and we had to meet outside. He argued with us and eventually we just gave up. This hotel is okay but not for young people who want to enjoy Verona the way young people should. It's a bit far from the city but the bus picks you up right in front and takes you into the city.

Small and simple room. The shower flooded. Breakfast was awesome! and free. Front desk was very nice, gave tips and directions to several places. Not that many places to eat around there, but there's an excellent Osteria near by. Just a 10 min drive from downtown. It's definitively for the frugal traveler.

Highly recommendable!!!

This Hotel has \"just\" 2 stars, but they are real unlike so many other Hotels in Italy, and it was much better than two 4 star Hotels in which we stayed during our Italy trip. The rooms were cleen. The staff was verry frendly. Check-in is at 12, check-out at 11!!!
Parking is free of charge. Brekfast is included and very good for a 2 star Hotel...cheese, meat, juices and so on...
You need 10 minutes to the city center. The atmosphere in the Hotel is very nice and homelike.

Desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The lobby area and breakfast room were very nice. Great coffee and capuccino. Good breakfast (as long as you are not expecting a heavily-laden American buffet). Our room was clean, but obviously in need of some renovation.

Tired and needs a refresh

Hotel is ok if you have a car although it is clean it is very tired, looks like it was built in the 50s and has not had anything done to it since. Breakfast is ok, front desk staff very helpful throughout. No wi-fi which is really a must these days. Not sure who this hotel is aimed at, seems to be in no mans land. Only 5-6 mins into Verona by car and a bus that runs past the hotel. Not much around the hotel from an eating perspective.

We enjoyed our stay. The lady behind the desk was very helpful with bus information.
Without a car it is a little difficult to get around as it is on the outskirts of town.
The bus stop to the main centre of Verona runs on the hour and 40 mins into the hour. The bus stop to the train station/to the hotel from the station is 500 m away. All do-able, just need to be aware. Also, not many local eating places, but a good supermarket is very close by.
The hotel itself is a good choice for the price. It's clean, beds comfy, housekeeping daily, and a good breakfast is offered.
Definitely recommend this hotel

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, kein Kühlschrank im Zummer, sehr beengtes Zimmer, teiöweise schwarze Flecken an der Wand! Leider keine guten Nächte verbracht das es sehr laut war und ständig an unserer Tür geklopft wurde bzw.. versucht hat jemand die Türklingel zu betätigen!
Das einzige positive das Personal war freundlich und der Parkplatz ist kostenlos.

Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und nicht wiederkommen!

La proprietaria dell'hotel è molto cordiale. La camera era pulita e di dimensioni sufficienti. C'era un prato proprio dietro l'hotel che ci è stato permesso di usare con il nostro barboncino. Saremo felici di tornare la prossima volta.

La domanda principale che ci siamo posti io e la mia ragazza è stata: perché?!
Entrando nella nostra stanza ci siamo trovati nella casa della barbie... muri rosa, quadri del matrimonio di ken e barbie... disegni di scarpette sul muro e un baldacchino di legno sopra il letto.... inquietante.
Pesavamo di aver prenotato una semplice camera matrimoniale e invece no 😂😂

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Leider war das Zimmer total alt und runtergekommen. Man konnte sich nicht wohlfühlen. Bei gekipptem Fenster konnte man nicht schlafen, weil ständig Autos an der vor dem Hotel eingerichteten Ampel Vollgas beim Anfahren gaben und in der Nachbarschaft permanent Hunde gebellt haben. Zum Glück waren wir dort nur eine Nacht. Länger hätten wir es nicht ausgehalten.
Das Frühstück war landestypisch und für 3€ pro Person absolut in Ordnung
