Great compromise for city break and relaxing stay!

Really pleasantly surprised by this hotel! When we first drove up is only 5 mins away from the airport and is basically off a motorway so thought oh no originally, however when we got to the hotel there’s a big car park outside that you can park your car on for free (really helpful for us as we hired a car for driving to lake Garda and Venice) and the reception and facilities are really lovely. Beautiful pool outside and have a spa inside that is fully open on the weekend (in the week it’s just pool only). Staff are really friendly can’t do enough for you.
Breakfast was buffet style with bacon, scrambled eggs, toast, cereals, different cakes everyday. It is not your typical full English as in no sausages or beans but is very filling and I really enjoyed the breakfast.
For evening meal every night we were in Verona we went to Verona town centre which is about a 15 minute drive. We pre booked using the hotel free shuttle bus there and then got a taxi back as there werent times back we wanted for the shuttle and didn’t want to be on a time scale and taxi cost around 30 euro.
Rooms are decent, spacious, a bit outdated in places.
Had to give 4 stars as also had building work next to the hotel so could hear that but for us the hotel was so nice that didn’t bother us.
You get what you pay for and the service was excellent. For me it is worth being further out from Verona as I love a pool and spa and time to relax which you wouldn’t have in the town centre.

Seems overrated but didn’t use the spa

Picked this hotel while passing through the region. It is an aged hotel with focus on spa and conventions. We didn’t use the spa and it may be the biggest draw but to me the hotel seems overrated with old rooms, furniture and carpeting.

The restaurant was OK with an impressive collection of wine. Our waiter was helpful and knowledgable about wine selection as well.

Far from the city - good for transit. Very small room and outdated. The hotel was allmost empty but we did not get any upgrade to a better room even though we arrived around 10PM. We asked for sleepers but the receptionist refused us.
Breakfast was good and very nice served on a terrace near the swimming pool.

We booked a fortnight last 2 weeks of June (2 adults) and loved every minute of our stay. This is indeed a little gem. We were picked up at the airport (shuttle is free, you just have to ring to let them know you've arrived). The hotel is very close to the airport but this was never a problem. Very quick and friendly check in and our room was ready early. We were upgraded to a suite - no extra charge, which was a wonderful surprise and the room was very clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and modern bath and shower. There was also a kettle (unusual for Italy) and a small fridge. Free bottles of water were provided daily. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect, lots of greenery and sun beds with free towels and the hotel spa was superb. We booked a couple of treatments (thanks to Marika and Maria), good price and thoroughly enjoyed. Lovely breakfast with everything you could want including freshly made pastries (yummy) and lunch and dinner was also available with some great dishes, all freshly prepared and reasonably priced. We were well looked after by Giovanna, Roberta, Pauliuo and Claudio :). The hotel also has its own cafe/deli so you could have drinks and snacks throughout the day. We loved every minute of our stay, so much so that we booked before we left to return in September with our family!

Last stop of a two week Italian Tour. Just a base for popping into Verona. Hotel has a minibus that will take you and collect you from the City Centre. Also It’s situated close to the Airport, on an industrial estate (you wouldn’t know when inside) so a very quick drive for either just landed or departing Italy.

First hotel I've ever been to that does not provide irons for the room to press your clothes. Instead you are asked to pay €5 per item to get them ironed by the hotel! Disgrace!

Wayout and a bit funky

In spite of the tired and most unlikely way out furnishings and not being run efficiently, there's something about this hotel and the slightly offbeat staff which is very endearing which ebables you to relax and fall in with the atmosphere. There is some traffic and airport noise but not enough to detract from the overal experience. We'd stay there again.

Do not recommend this for business stay.

We booked 6 rooms at this hotel. The staff were not friendly at all and not what we expected when booking a 4 star hotel. No WiFi on the 3rd floor where we needed to work throughout the day and night to responding to emails for work. Other than the night duty receptionist. All other staff were extremely rude and not accommodating.

The shower wasn't working properly but it was fixed promptly upon reporting. The restaurant was quite good but the spa was excellent and my only regret was that I didn't have much time to take advantage of it. The room was basic but adequate and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Wifi was poor and very hit and miss around the hotel - it's doesn't even extend to the restaurant.

Convenient to the Verona airport

I needed to overnight near the Verona airport. This hotel was most convenient. A 12 euro taxi ride from airport to hotel (I didn't want to call for the free shuttle) brought me to an industrial unattractive area with absolutely nothing within walking distance. Hotel staff was excellent in all respects, room was clean and I thought it was a very good value and met my needs.

Old hotel where the rooms smelt bad

The hotel was old and smelled like it. It was pretty disgusting to walk into our room. There were old cigarette stain all over the carpet. It was 20 min out from Verona with nothing around it. The spa was nice and breakfast was fine - the outdoor pool was nice to sit next to.

One night stay, clean hotel but rude front of hous

We stayed here for one night, the hotel was a rated a four star but I wouldnt go that far, it was clean enough but the front of desk manager was not something I have experienced in a very long time. He greeted us with a yes as though we were doing him a favor, his answers all were yes, no without any further explanation.
The next morning having given him the benefit of the doubt the night before he was exactly the same, not even a morning, checked out with his usual yes no responses, and ok on completing check out.
if you are going to accept western guests used to high standards and rate the hotel as a four star the staff should also be of an appropriate standard.

Far out from Verona with nothing else near the hotel. (industrial estate). Hotel shuttle advertised as operating between 7am and 10.30 pm but it in reality only 4 shuttles ran throughout the day the first at 9am the last at 7 pm so could not go out into Verona in the evening for dinner without forking out 30 euro taxi minimum.
Room was not great, old fittings. Wifi was poor.

I thought this hotel was great value for money. The rooms a little basic, be nice to have a double bed not two singles pushed together, and extra pillows. The menu was very limited and odd for me and the same for lunch and evening meal. A change would be nice so we ate out. But overall the value is brilliant and free shuttles brilliant. Odd location, but once you're inside and get to the pool, you can pretty much forget about that. It's a bit dated, but the pool is lovely. We only stayed one night after a late arrival into the airport, then drove into verona and on to lake garda the following afternoon, and it was just what we needed really. I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay though.

Bokk this hotel because of the price and all amnieties. It's a little far from the touristic area but they offer a free shuttle servic; though, it would be super noce to have a shuttle at 10:00.
The pools, spas & jaccuzi are awesome and make really worth the price we paid. The breakfast buffet is really good, a lot of choice and good for everybody!
The airport is really close and could be noisy if you stay outside by the pool.

Acceptable hotel for a one night stop over

We found the hotel quite difficult to find - make sure you bring a good map or sat nav coordinates.

The check in staff were polite and I was pleased that my request for a baby cot had been read and followed through with - this often doesn't happen at other hotels.

We had a triple room with a baby cot - it felt pretty crowded - but would feel much more roomy for just 2 people. Bathroom and room were clean. The hotel breakfast was nice - a good selection of fruits, breads, yoghurts.

Good hotel, a little far from Verona

The staff were very helpful and the spa facilities were reasonable though the indoor facilities were quite small. One of the electrical sockets in our room was a little temperamental and as there were only two left for the use of guests this caused us difficulty when it came to recharging electrical items.
The little cafe downstairs was great for breakfast and there is a small restaurant 5 mins walk from the hotel which produces good food at a reasonable price. A further 10 mins walk takes you to an excellent take away pizza place.
Finally, if you wish to go into the centre of Verona on a regular basis either to visit it or catch a train to neighbouring cities and towns be aware that the shuttle bus costs 5 euros per person each way and only runs at 4 set times each day 9 am, 12 noon, 4 pm and 7 pm. Taxis from the centre of Verona cost around 25 euros one way.

Nice - especially if your working at the airport

The hotel is just very popular with locals - it has a 'mini market' with a coffee shop attached where the locals seems to congregate in the mornings but service is fast and the coffee good.
The location is not one really one for a holiday - unless you are intending using it as a base to drive around - one entrance is basically a slip road off the motorway, though despite this and a nearby airport once inside you tended to forget how close these are as there was no noise at all.
The staff were efficient, friendly and made me feel like a welcome guest.
The only criticisms I have is the TV is VERY small and high up in a corner - so sub titles are very difficult to read and in my room there was only one useable socket meaning to charge the computer and watch tv is impossible.
On this trip I stayed in the Sheraton Malpensa, the Crown Plaza near Verona and this hotel - out of these three I would be happiest returning to this hotel.

Ideal for a stop off in Verona

The staff are very helpful and happy to answer questions. It is 15 minutes drive roughly to the centre of Verona, so fairly convieniant. The rooms are clean and spacious, with little noise from the airport and motorways nearby. The car park has lots of spaces. The price is slightly expensive if you do not make use of the spa facilities.

Indoor & outdoor pools,lose to airport & motorway

This hotel worked for us - family with 2 younger teenage kids - because it has family rooms and swimming pools (outdoor & indoor). We were happy to drive the 10km into Verona and take the short trip to Lake Garda . It's also close to the airport and the motorway, but otherwise the immediate neighbourhood has nothing to offer. The service was friendly and efficient, and the cafe/bar was very pleasant. In some respects, the hotel is a little dated, eg the basement indoor pool area, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall, I would recommend if you want a pool and don't mind being out of town.

I am not satisfied with my stay

I spent 2 nights in this hotel and really did not like it. The hotel is really old and I did not like my room it all. The shower and toilet are inconvinient. It was almost impossible to turn tap in the shower and to wait a long time for hot water. Tiles on the floor are broken. It was almost unpleasant smell in the room. There are only two outlets in the room and one of them is in toilet. One evening I tried to open the door and even the key was broken because the lock is old to. In other words I did not like the hotel at all.

The Saccardi Quadrante Europa....

is perfectly located just of the A4 motorway which is the main route running across Italy from Venice to Milan and Turin. I stayed here for 2 nights and it was ideal for getting to Verona and Lake Garda, both MUST SEE places if you're in the area! The staff were very helpful and the room and restaurant was both excellent.

Saccardi Quadrante Europa, a decent hotel

Couldn't ask for a more perfect location, easy to find especially if you are traveling west on the A4. Otherwise do be sure to watch the signs carefully, the more important it is to your successfully finding a destination the smaller the size and lettering. The single room is a bit on the small side, with tiny window and barely effective a/c, something that's important during a heat wave. If I'd known the single room was so small and odd shaped I'd have spent a few more euros and gotten a double for myself.

Not the Hotel to Stay At!

This was probably the worst hotel I could have chosen to stay at. If your going into Verona, DO NOT stay at this hotel. Verona is 15 minutes away and it will cost you to get in and out of it. The service was also not good. The manager lady was rude, pushy and mean. She was talking to the other employees about us in front of us. It was horrible. Just because we do not understand all the language doesn't mean we don't understand body language and everything else. I knew exactly what she said. Room had 1 outlet. You have to pay for internet connection, and there was a swarm of bees everywhere you went. The ammenities are good, pool, spa, indoor, but this seemed more of an Italy tourist hotel, not American tourist hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE

Beautiful outdoor pool area

This hotel is beside the motorway, close to the airport runway and a 20 minute drive into Verona (20 euro in a taxi). However it is very pleasant, and has two pools, the outdoor one is really lovely and very relaxing. Rooms are small but well kept and adequate. The hotel runs a mini bus into Verona four times a day but their advertised transport to the opera was unavailable when we stayed which made it expensive having to get taxis in and out of town

Vi havde 2 værelser i to nætter, august mit på ugen.
Det er anden gang vi har booket her. Og det bliver kun bedre med årene. Receptionisten var fantastisk hurtig, præcis og informativ ved indtjekning.
Værelserne har hvad de skal. Er rene pæne og vedligeholdt. Har aircondition og et lille køleskab. Sengene er lidt til den bløde side.
Baren der også tjener som en stor butik, med italienske produkter. Har et fantastisk personale. Vi sad ved et bord og spillede kort, en aften. Og selv om de var over barens lukketid. Var der ingen antræk til at vi ikke kunne forsætte med at spille. Butikken/baren er et besøg værd allene for dens udvalg.
Restauranten har det bredeste udvalg at vine og spiritus. Det er ikke hver dag man ser Louis 13. Cognac på et hotel. Men her kan du købe hele flasken. Morgenmaden kan enten nydes ved poolen eller inde i restauranten blandt fantastiske flasker.
Tjenerne er opmærksomme og professionelle.
Poolområdet er et ekstra plus i sommervarmen med personale som sikrer vi kan få is og væske.

Det er andet år vi var her. Og vil helt klar vælge dette hotel igen når vi er i Verona området. Da du på 12 minutter er inde i centrum. Med egen bil eller hotellets shuttle bus.

P.s. Rundt om hjørnet, 300 meter fra hotellet. Ligger et godt Pizzaria der også er et besøg værd.

Dejligt hotel, gratis opladning af el-bil. Gratis transport til og fra verona by. Vi var så heldige at en af de søde ansatte tilmed talte dansk og vi fik gode anbefalinger af “must see”

Hotellet ligner ikke noget særligt.

Bygningen udefra, kvarteret og særligt motorvejen er ikke specielt indbydende!

Gå alligevel i tur i den lille by Caselle, den er meget autentisk og et besøg værd.

Og indenfor på hotellet arbejder nogle mennesker der virkelig yder en fantastisk, imødekommende og meget personlig service! Ingen nævnt, ingenglemt!

Vi har netop været der for tredje gang og kommer igen!

At hotellet kun er for plus16 årige gæster, typisk ikke overfyldt gør kun oplevelsen endnu bedre!

Spis på hotellet det er godt, og pengene værd eller tag hotellets shuttlebus til Verona og tag en taxa hjem(25-30€)

Det er et virkelig interessant hus, hvis man er vindrikker, der er noget for alle smagsløgene og enhver pengepung!

Helt ok hotell

Fint hotell, men veldig dårlig internett spesielt på rommene. Vi bodde i 3 etasje der det er eget internett, men fikk ikke passordet ved adkomst. Veldig deilig med basseng, men folk «kapret» solsenger for å så gå å gjøre noe annet. Ett stykke ifra sentrum, men går gratis buss fra hotellet 3 ganger om dagen.
Lang ventetid på restauranten, og har smakt bedre mat.

Hotellet var fint og rent , lidt ældre status

Personalet i restauranten eller så kaldt bar er ikke uddannet. Man kunne ikke få en irish Coffee eller nogen anden coktail for den sags skyld. De sprøjtede vin rundt ved serveringen på dug osv..

Samme kedelige menu kort hele ugen

Nå ja , man for så fornøjelsen af katte i restauranten og andre steder , virkelig ulækkert og ikke særlig hygiejnisk.

Der var plads til lidt forbedring

Situata nel mezzo di una zona industriale perde già buona parte del relax e della bellezza che mi aspetto di trovare in un hotel spa 4 stelle.
L’esterno dell’hotel è terribile, vecchio e assomiglia più ad un capannone.
Le camere sono rinnovate, carine e ampie. Sufficientemente pulite.
La SPA è piccola ma ben fornita, alcuni dettagli non proprio da 4 stelle ma passabili.
Personale gentile e cortese, non comunque eccellente.
Non siamo stati male - ma mi aspettavo qualcosa di più.

Une nuit à Vérone proche de l'aéroport pour un départ tôt. Spa très agréable même si la piscine n'était pas accessible car cours d'aquagym jusqu'à 20h. Repas au restaurant délicieux. Bravo au chef. Mais concernant la nuit une horreur, aucune insonorisation, nous avons entendu tout ce qui se passait dans les chambres autour jusqu'à 1h du matin. Pour un réveil à 6h c'est très désagréable. Donc pour un hôtel 4 étoiles cela est très préjudiciable...
