Hotel was good, very ideal location if you want to stay outside the city yet have access to public transport. Breakfast was typical american hotel which was not great, it’s also not included which is a bummer specially for these type of hotels. Rooms were clean but if you like really cold A/C, this is not the place. Overall a good choice.

Room was lovely and breakfast had a great variety of food. There was only 1 plug socket and 1 usb, in the room i was in - which was fine for me.

The hotel is in a beautiful area, very close to a bus stop, where you can go directly to the centre of Rome - takes 15-30 minutes depending on the area you go to.

Overall would definitely recommend if you want a hotel that is in a nice quiet area, but close enough to the centre of Rome.

This was our last stop in our Italy trip and we were very happy we stayed here. The rooms were clean and beds were very confortable. Great location, close to the centre of rome with a short taxi ride. Very happy we did not stay in the centre of room as its flooded with tourist. This was the perfect location. There is a cafe just across the street and many options for lunch and dinner walking distance.

Shoutout to Megan at the reception! Thank you for awnsering all of our questions and for a quick and efficient check in. Very friendly!

Fantastic Concierge At Night 1 But WIFI Issue

We stayed here for 3 nights. The 1st night, we were greeted and checked-in by a wonderful lady who was so well-spoken, so detail-oriented, welcoming, and overall was excellent and so helpful, she even gave us guidance where the tabacaria was and recommendations to the next door restaurant with a free complimentary appetiser for us four guests. Sadly, the rest of our stay, the concierge changed and the service was just transactional and lack-luster.

Don't get me wrong, the place was great. It was clean, not outdated, good provisions of towels, toiletries, there was a safe and a small fridge (which wasnt super cold but cooled drinks enough). The breakfast buffet had a make-your-own waffle machine which was the highlight, and the location was really good if you're in Rome for sight-seeing.

However, at the last night of our stay, the wifi was down up until we checked out. It's very challenging for tourists to have no wifi in their hotel especially as we were already running out of mobile data. The concierge just could not be bothered anymore at that point, I assume all guests filed complaints about the wifi already. So, we decided to check out earlier just to get wifi in the airport. Would have been a really excellent stay if it had not been for the stark contrast in service quality and wifi issue.

Solid hotel stay

This is a straightforward comfortable and clean hotel. The staff was helpful and professional. The location is further away from Rome center than I expected and not very easy to get to by bus as the buses do not arrive/depart on time nor later in the evening. Plan to spend a minimum of 20 euro for a cab back to/from the hotel to historical sites i.e. Colosseum or Pantheon.

Hotel is well connected by tram and buses and so transportation facilities excellent. Room is good, bathroom is spacious and good breakfast spread.
I would have liked better, if the staff gave out all transport facilities with Route Nos at the time of check in itself, so that the guests are aware, from the start of the stay.

This is not the first time I stay in this hotel. This time , I was not happy with room service
: The glasses were terribly dirty. They forgot to provide washcloth and they keep forgetting for the next two days. I complain to the main desk about the classes, still the next day they replaced my clean glasses with dirty ones.

My first night was very difficult. The couple in the adjacent room we’re having an argument. Slamming doors and screaming. I got woken up several times that night. The hotel waved €6 of an orange juice I ordered as a courtesy For the terrible night. twoDifferent occasions the reception provided us with wrong information one about shopping and one about information about vaccination location

Next time I will not stay here for sure

Functional hotel in the Parioli district of Rome, good beds and bathroom, adequate breakfast (even if coffee from the self-service machine is quite bad), only downside was that the room was loacted on the first floor on a busy street so quite loud at night with the window open, but here is airconditioning as well.

Had a great stay. This location is a little further out than I originally thought when booking. (My fault not the hotel’s fault). Local area was clean and safe. Just would have preferred to be closer to the main attractions. Upon checking out i wqs oresented with a bill for an additional €26 that I wasn’t expecting saying it was a city tax. Nice hotel and friendly staff. Being that it was the holidays it would have been nice for hotel have some Christmas/holiday decor. For the new year eve’s dinner offered it would have been nice to have candle light on table, some music, etc. I initially thought It was a small gathering for guests to bring in the new year. It turn out to be another dinner. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Hotel staff was extremely helpful with everything we needed- room was small but clean. It was nice having the train right outside our front door. The only drawback is we were a distance from restaurants and evening activities- traffic was terrible getting back each evening during rush hour.
With the extreme traffic in Rome I would recommend staying at a hotel where everything is walkable.

City break in Rome

Great base at the HiltonGarden. Bus/tram stop outside the hotel which took you to the centre for all the attraction also a team a few stops away to the coleseum.
The Hilton provided us with a smart phone “Manet”- this was invaluable as it gave walking routes to all the attractions and also info about the attractions. Also eating & drinking info in the area you were to make it easy to find an eatery. We used it everyday.
Room was clean and comfortable, en suite had a shower rather than a bath. Breakfast was ok set you up for the day. I would recommend a stay here.

We were given a room that appeared to be the \"Other than buying direct from Hilton\" room.

It had a bed, shower, closet and television. Not what I have come to expect from Hilton properties. We ate two nights at the hotel restaurant and the food was mediocre, I would refer to it as sustenance and not much else.

We asked the staff if there was a restaurant near the hotel and they pointed us to one right next door. However, because it was the holidays they were not open. Eventually, on our own we found a bunch of restaurants around the corner they failed to mention.

Getting to the main attractions of Rome from this hotel is a 20-30 minute bus or tram ride. We used this frequently to get back and forth to the Vatican, Coliseum and into the downtown area.

Overall I would choose a different property to stay at next time going to Rome.

Nice rooms and facilities as a whole. Since it was November the AC was off and we prefer a cooler room at night it was warm in the room as the heater in the bathroom for the towels heated the entire hotel room and it does not turn off. The heated bathroom smelt really bad of urine and thought it would smell better after house keeping came the second day but it did not.

just an amazing stay! the staff was wonderful, really helpful and friendly either at the reception desk or at the breakfast room! The room was really clean, changing the towels every day and reproviding toiletries supplies daily as well- which it was also excellent!!!

The room was quite and comfortable (you do not need a bigger one) and I was a lucky one to have also a really beautiful balcony!!! Thank you Anna for that!!!!
The breakfast had it all!! From pastries (the ricotta tart just amazing!!!) till fruit, antipasti- the cheese board could be enriched with more italian cheeses and salami- yogurts, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon!! ALL!! I asked for an omelette and they made it for me with pleasure!! The waites were extremely kind and professionals!

The Hotel is near public transport (just outside the road) so you could easily be transferred to Roma city centre and sightseeings. Either you could take a taxi at around 10 euros to return to the hotel! It is also close to Roma Termini central station!

Thank you for this really nice hospitality Hilton staff and... spero di vederti presto!!!! I still remember my stay there and I will never forget this trip in Rome!!! My second time, after 9 years!

Modern hotel - a bit out of the centre.

The hotel is in a less touristy area but it is well served by public transport (trams to Colloseum right outside the door) and easy walk to attractions like Spanish Steps / Trevi Fountain (unless you have trouble walking up hills as this hotel is up nice and high). Rooms are clean and modern but not huge. Great value for money compared to staying in the centre of town. Small bar / restaurant is nothing special and there are bars / restaurants within five minutes safe walk. The hotel does have washers / dryers you can use yourself (pay for tokens), gym etc. typical Anerican style chain hotel. I would stay again.

Nice U.S. style hotel--not central to the sites.

We booked this last minute after a nightmare with cancelled reservations elsewhere. The hotel that cancelled tried to book us in one of the neighboring hotel that was totally unacceptable. The Hilton staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room is like a U.S. hotel in design and cleanliness. Very good neighborhood, near the U.S. embassy. There's a good restaurant next door. The hotel has a decent breakfast.

I booked this hotel because I read the location was very good. Unfortunately, that wasnt the case. Though its only couple of miles from the city center, you end up spending decent amount of money in Taxis.
The room and bathrooms were small but clean. Their morning breakfast was kind of expensive, so I recommend one buying it when you book the hotel. The staff was decent but nothing to write paragraphs about.

So hot I couldn't sleep

The biggest thing that stood out about the hotel was that the room and the hall was sweltering. The room wouldn't get below the high 70's F and they said the AC was functioning properly. They only had a couple of fans for the whole hotel and they were all in use the first night. The second night I got a fan and was able to sleep. But, for a Hilton hotel to have such poor AC, I don't find it acceptable. The hall outside my room was in the 80's F and made you sweat just standing there. Otherwise it is a nice hotel even if it is not in the tourist part of town. And keep in mind that the public transportation to the tourist locations does not have AC at all. So, if it is hot outside, you will be uncomfortable. I live in TX and am very used to hot outside, but nice AC on the inside. This just didn't cut it for me.

Nice hotel in a residential neighborhood

Real small rooms, far away from the City in a residential neighborhood.
Staff was very good and Helpful.
Take a bus or take a cab to the Center of Rome was not difficult.
Cabs r not expensive compared to the Us.
I would take a cab if I have to just pay 3 euros more than the bus.

Breakfast was good, but again it is not he US where we just have abundance of everything.
So in short that is the only difference rest it is the same.

Couple of good restaurants near the hotel to go to.
Wine is cheap even in the restaurants so drink to ur hearts desire and then walk to the hotel to go to sleep or bring the bottle to ur room which is what we did, we bought it from the supermarket a couple of blocks away.

In all a pleasant trip, u stay in the hotel for only a few hours and to sleep so it is good.

Oh another thing, the elevator extremely small, u might have to Hug ur wife or ur better half to go up, which was good for me but a lot of people might have to work it out.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. My .room was small with a balcony. The bathroom was small with a tub/shower. It was difficult getting in and out of the tub which would present a problem for elderly guests. There were rooms available with shower stalls, Rooms facing the street were larger but traffic noise is a factor. The breakfast buffet had a good selection including made to order omelets for 12 euros per person.
