The hotel was easy to get to via taxi (55 euros and a 3 minute walk). There’s a nice little grocery store across the street. Was very thankful there was a lift as it’s on the 5th floor. Georgia greeted us and was incredibly welcoming and generous with his directions. The breakfast was great and the location convenient. Would be happy to stay here again!

Large room in a very quiet building. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff even better. They were so friendly and provided lots of information on visiting Rome. The location was great, within walking distance of the park and a number of bus routes. I would stay there again.

Staff is fantastic. Giorgio was very helpful with mapping out an itinerary and gave very clear directions before check in. Rooms were well cleaned and very nice. It was a fantastic experience all around, and I would highly recommend to anyone who visits Rome in the future!

We are a family of 3 with a small child. From the moment we walked into the suite, Georgie made us feel welcomed. We felt at home in a city and country we never been to before. He walked us to our room, showed us around and then invited us to the breakfast area to share a map where all the hot spots to visit are including way to get there. The hotel is set across a historic wall and in a quiet area. There are walkable restaurants and a supermarket on the corner. After a long day out, we’d be met with a smile and conversation by Georgie which always felt pleasant and inviting. Our beds were made every day, fresh towels and complimentary coffee and delicious breakfast. I’m sure this is the place we’d stay next time we go to Rome and can’t recommend staying here enough.

Excellent accommodation in a traditional building - the lift is an interesting feature, rather quaint. It is small but with service more personal than in a huge hotel where one can feel somewhat anonymous. The bed was very comfortable and the shower hot and powerful. Breakfast was good and the staff, Giorgio and Anastasia, were very pleasant and helpful. The property is off the beaten track so quiet. We would not hesitate to recommend it.

Amazing service and staff.. very modern, nice and tidy rooms. Charming historic wooden elevator that my 10 year old enjoyed so much. Staff are very friendly and they go above and beyond to make your experience smooth. Big shout out to Giorgio for the amazing check in. Also the lady who checked us out was amazing too and left us a breakfast in the room the night before because we were checking out very early in the morning. I would highly recommend. Amazing location and nice huge park well-lit at night next to the hotel for walks or runs.

The location just outside the wall but is central 20 mins walk to Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain, Vatican City about an hour but there is things you can see on route. You could also get a Metro /bus if you wish, staff would keep you right.
My only negative point, not a lot of storage /cupboard space and there is plenty of room to have this in the rooms. But if you are only there for a few days its not really a problem. Also if they could provide uht creamer/milk that would be good as a kettle etc is also provided.

Room was really big, bright and comfy. Had breakfast included which I wasn’t expected. It was in a really good location for us. The hosts were really lovely, gave us a map of Rome and explained how to get places. Little corner shop next door for snacks and treats.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Giorgio chatted away to us, gave us great recommendations and overall great host! The room was very spacious, clean and just a pleasant place to be in. Not too in the centre so if you don't want too much chaos it is ideal. 30 minute walk and you are near all main attractions. Giorgio suggested hopping on the electric scooters which helped once the feet start to get sore after all the walking! Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in Rome.

Upon booking the hotel even 6 months early, we were quickly reached out by Giorgio. He gave us a heads up of what to expect and how to get there. I really appreciated this gesture as it ensured we knew available options and what may be considered scams. During this time, it was very easy to reach out to him and make any additional accommodations. Upon arriving, check in was very swift and satisfactory. Giorgio helped us carry our bags up and upon arriving on the floor, he answered any questions we had about Rome and what we should look out for. Includes in this was signs of pointing out tourists traps, a list of food spots which my girlfriend and I really enjoyed going to.
Throughout the stay, we also got to experience the included breakfast and I had to say it was amazing. It’s a small breakfast but there’s a large variety of croissants available and they even offer cooked eggs, coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, and even milk.
Every day there is room service and because of this, throughout our whole stay, our rooms were spotlessly clean. Toiletries were refilled without us needing to ask and this included soiled towels.
It was almost always dead silent and the little noise that did come was from the rare sirens and occasional conversations that were held in the hallway. There are no complains to be made about the room, everything was satisfactory. This ranged from the bathroom, it was always clean. The bed that was made daily.
The hosts helped make this trip amazing

The entrance to the hotel is deceiving at first, but we were able to find the entrance. Gio and the staff were very welcoming and hospitable! The hotel service deserves 5 stars! Our room was big, clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was provided and it was very satisfying. The area is safe and close to some attractions. Public transportation was nearby. I highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again!

By far the best accommodations I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Anastasia and Giorgio were absolutely fantastic hosts and made us feel so welcomed. The rooms were huge and so well kept. We loved that the windows opened up to the street and that the room had a SmartTV. Power adapters were also available if we needed. Anastasia and Giorgio really thought of everything.

We (my husband, teenage son and myself) arrived early (before check-in) but we were still greeted with a warm welcome and kindness as if we were family. As our room was being prepared, the owner made us cappuccino, freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh pastries. My husband and I had a wonderful 2 nights stay at this lovely property. Giorgio and Anastasia were amazing hosts. Our room was very stylish, clean and spacious with mini fridge and tea/coffee maker. The bathroom is nice and modern. We were served cappuccino and delicious pastries at check-in. Giorgio provided us a map and info about the major attractions as well as tips on places to eat. Breakfast was delicious too and Anastasia was there to make the eggs, coffee and provide anything we need. There is a supermarket right across the street and Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Villa Borghese are within walking distance. The area is quiet at night so rest assure you’ll have a good night sleep after a long day touring Rome. Since we have an early flight, Anastasia provided us with fruits, yogurt, pastries, coffee and tea in our room to enjoy before our flight. The taxi from the hotel to Termini station costs about 10-15 Euros. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again when we visit Rome.

Stayed there 7 days, sheets and towels were changed on day 4 until we questioned the front desk, mold were all inside the shower, got it cleaned until we told the front desk. This property was amazing!! Beautiful vintage building with lots of character, the rooms were contemporary and modern, which we loved. Giorgio and Anastasia made us feel like family!! So helpful and thoughtful, they made our stay so welcoming and wonderful! Great location, near restaurants and they also provide a tasty daily breakfast as well! Even had a neighborhood grocery store across the street, which was so convenient. Next time we visit Rome we will definitely stay here! Highly recommend this property!!

Hidden gem located just outside the city walls. Most attractions within walking distance. Our host was fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. We didn't realise breakfast was included so that was a bonus. We had a cold buffet assortment plus hot drinks, toast and scrambled eggs. The room was immaculate and very contemporary. The staircase and lift to the apartments was like something out of Talented Mr Ripley. Just loved it. Would stay again😁

Theybalways went above and beyond with their service from providing suggestions to preparing breakfast. I would 100 percent recommend this property to stay not only because of the cleanliness but because of the staff. You will not regret it.
The location is within walking distance of many good restaurants and shopping districts as well as many sites seeing locations.
My only suggestion; which is minor, would be for the rooms to have an iron to utilize. Nothing major.

We had the most wonderful experience at Via Veneto luxury Suites- Giorgio gave us lots of info & recommendations on local restaurants and the best Gelato place! The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, the bed extremely comfy- the breakfast delicious- we had fresh scrambled eggs, freshly squeezed juice, coffee made to order 👌✨ he helped us devise a walking route to make the most of our only full day in Rome- could not recommend enough- would absolutely stay again and recommend to any family and friends 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you are looking for a small B&B type hotel with very attentive amazing staff this is it. Walking to Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps were easy, anything more we used transportation. OH MY GOSH! We loved this place! Our host and owner was a wealth of information and extremely hospitable. After traveling for three weeks we were pretty worn out and in need of some comfort we had been missing. This was the place. The room was huge, big enough for three people. The shower and bathroom were huge. The AC worked great. Everything was just perfect and clean. We will definitely be back. Perfect location!

We spent one day at the property, which is located on the 5th floor of a residential building (a small elevator is available). The staff was very welcoming, and the property is in immaculate condition. The property is about 20 minutes walking distance from the Trevi fountain, and about 30 minutes from the Pantheon. There are a few restaurants, cafes, and gelato places within 10 minutes' walking distance. Public transportation is also near by.
