We originally booked accommodations for three people. Before arriving, I was completely transparent with the hotel that my other son would be joining us, and I even booked a second room at a different hotel to ensure we were following their occupancy requirements.
Despite being upfront and making alternative arrangements, every interaction with the front desk seemed to come back to \"four people.\" Each time I passed through the lobby, I felt questioned or scrutinized, even after explaining the situation multiple times. It became uncomfortable and made us feel unwelcome.
Hospitality is about making guests feel valued and respected. Instead, we felt like we were constantly being monitored and challenged over an issue that had already been addressed honestly and proactively.
The property itself was fine, but the repeated interactions with the front desk significantly impacted our overall experience and left a negative impression.
