Lovely clean hotel with really nice reception staff that made us welcome, all spoke good English. Pretty quiet place all in all with modern amenities and within walking distance of many attractions which is what we wanted. There are a couple of small gripes though, bathroom was in need of a little maintenance, loose soap dish, hairdryer plastic had melted sometime in the past at the nozzle end preventing styling nozzle from attaching but it still worked fine. Shower door and screen leaked. Bed was ok but pillows weren't very comfy.
Had housekeeping every day which was great always came back to a lovely clean room.
Food at breakfast was very good and again with lovely staff attending. There was a small bar in the hotel but we didn't use it so cannot comment.
If asked if I would stay again then definitely I would say yes. Had a lovely time there with nothing to spoil my first visit to Rome.

The property was very nice and well maintained. It was very convenient for exploring the area. We walked to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Stairs, etc. The restaurant next door to the Hotel was excellent. It was a safe area. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Taxis were always 4 minutes away. We would book this Hotel again when visiting Rome.

This is a great hotel within walking distance of many of the famous sites of Rome. It is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of good restaurants nearby. It is also very close to a subway station.

Great location for Roma! On a quiet street but still a quick 10-20 minute walk to all the big sites. Only downside is if walking back, you’re walking up a steep hill but it wouldn’t be a deal breaker for us!

We stayed in a studio king and the room was surprisingly very spacious and beautiful! The onnnnly downfall (why I gave 4 stars for cleanliness) is the shower has mold in it and was falling apart.

Beds were clean and comfy! Only thing there is that they deff use a fragrance to spay the bedding to make it smell luxury and it irritated my allergies really bad I had to take an extra allergy pill before sleeping and would wake up with a headache because there was no escaping the smell. My partner didn’t mind it though so to each their own.

Breakfast was included and was good variety for snacking before hitting the streets! Stored our bags there the last day with no issues. The restaurant next door is very yummy as well, when wanting to stay close.

Would deff stay here again and recommend!

The hotel is located on a hill, so you need to walk uphill a bit to get there. It was quite tiring, especially after long walks around the city.

Also, there was no water provided in the room, which was a bit surprising considering the hotel is quite expensive.

However, overall the hotel is good. The bathroom is large, and the room is also quite spacious and comfortable.

Only ate breakfast once. Bacon and Eggs were ok. Pastries fine. It was ok.

Had trouble getting a warm shower. Maintenance came and got it working so wife and I could shower but next morning, it wouldn’t get hot. Seems like a problem.

The bar is very tiny, staff friendly, we had a drink but very small room. Seemed to attract other guest later that evening.

Location was very nice, off a relatively quiet street, large room but the bed is very hard and the pillows were the flattest pillows I have even seen. Too many switches to turn off lights on the first night. Lots of great restaurants to choose nearby. Pizza place below was my favorite.

From the moment we walked in the door Azub was so welcoming and kind. He gave us recommendations on where to go for Authentic Rome cuisine, Pizza, and Gelato! Every suggestion we followed and all of them were 10/10!
I am so glad we stayed here and for all of the staff! Our bar tender was amazing and a joy to meet as well! You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

The rooms were very clean. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast menu each morning was plentiful. I couldn't quite figure out the A/C in the room, but it did hold at 23C (~73F). However, with it being 50F - 60F outside during my stay, the room temperature was quite welcomed.

This is a gem hotel! Staff so friendly and warm. Rooms large and super clean. Comfy bed. Breakfast was perfect--a wonderful variety and great way to start the day. Good value for money for sure. Also well situated in Rome and quiet at night.
While we usually like a fitness center and there isn't one at this boutique hotel, it didn't matter as we walked so much we were too tired to work out anyway.

The hotel was in an excellent location, just above the Spanish Steps. The staff was EXCELLENT. The room was very clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Breakfast was included which had many delicious options. Walking distance to many of the most popular sites. Many excellent restaurants nearby.

It was a nice hotel. Lobby bar is very small. The hotel has a dark colour scheme and is dimly lit, which was a bit too dark for me. Breakfast was ok. Would like to see fresh juices but they were shop bought. There is no restaurant in the hotel but restaurants are within walking distance. All in all, it was ok.

This property is outstanding and the staff were very professional and super helpful. I would stay here again. The only slight down for me was the breakfast buffet which got a bit dull by day 2. However, that is the case with many all inclusive hotels. This is not enough for me to say my experience was not great. Overall very pleased!

The room was very beautiful. Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. Heat did not work, we were offered a room change on the third day of our stay but we didn't feel like packing so we were brought a portable heater instead. Went to shower on 2 different occasions and the water to the room was off. Once front desk was called it was resolved because the staff is extremely helpful. The owners however need to do more than beauty updates on the place. The breakfast was ok, it did the job i guess. There is no room service because there isn't an on site kitchen we were told. Now, the absolute best thing about this place is the location. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants, Trevi fountain and the restaurant right next door is amazing! Overall I would stay here again mostly because it is pretty and in a great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay! The staff were helpful and professional as well as being personable. The entire place was well maintained and clean. We had a nice view. It’s on a great location that feels very safe. Breakfast was lovely and yummy. There’s a delightful woman who runs it and starts your day off with a smile. The rooms are super nice and really big, very highly recommend staying here if you’re staying in this area. 5 min walk to borghese gardens and right by the subway to get to other tourist attractions. Good food and shopping around the hotel and very easy to get to the main attractions from there. Would stayin this hotel and area if you’re looking to spend a couple days seeing the Rome highlights

Nice hotel in a very convenient spot. Close to the Spanish steps and Fontana di Trevi.
The shower was amazing! And the bathroom was large with 2 sinks, which I didn’t expect in Italy.
The AC didn’t work properly. We asked the manager to take a look and they said that 23 degrees Celsius is standard for them. They offered a fan and it felt much more comfortable.
The breakfast was nothing fancy, but it was free. Overall it was a good experience!
