Staff are nice! Location is convenient and close by to bus stops.
Not too close to downtown. Washrooms need a fix, they are clean but kinda broken. Shower too small and inconvenient.

Terrible Experience – Unsafe and Unclean
I had the worst experience at this hotel. After arriving straight from the airport, I was immediately asked to pay the city tax, which was higher than what was originally listed. That was just the beginning of the issues.
When I went up to my room, I was shocked to find the door open. Thinking I had the wrong room, I asked a staff member about it, only to be told that this was \"normal\" and that the door didn’t need to lock. This felt incredibly unsafe, and I was uncomfortable leaving my luggage in the room. The staff were indifferent and showed no concern, especially after I had checked in.
The room itself was awful—dark, outdated, and dirty. There was no proper bed sheet, just one on top, and the bottom was covered with a filthy blanket that didn’t seem clean. The walls had marks, dust, and black stains from the vents. The lampshades were stained, and the floor was visibly dirty—I even spotted a few woodlice.
I couldn’t stay in this hotel and had to leave. It felt completely unsafe, the staff were rude and dismissive, and the overall condition was unacceptable. This hotel should not be listed at all. I strongly do not recommend staying here!

No air-conditioning throughout the night, told it was an issue with the whole building and given a fan, but this did nothing, so no sleep for 4 nights.
Hotel was looking tired in the communal areas.
Family room was spacious and modern, but no coffee making facilities.

Awesome experience! I was in Rome for a conference, and couldn't find a Hotel. Turned out I've found Priscilla and I went with very low expectations, but it turned out to be great for a 3 star hotel. My bedroom was clean and quiet and the location is FANTASTIC! If you're a tourist you won't mind a walk to the center, and to the station. Great breakfast options, and some museums and gardens nearby. Worth staying. Highly recommend.

Definitely NOT a 7/10 hotel

I get that this hotel is supposed to be quaint and rustic feeling. That said, the water pressure was tragically terrible. I couldn't take a real shower my entire stay. The air conditioner also didn't work at all. The bed was rock hard. I have a very firm mattress at home, and this bed felt like concrete. Some of the amenities listed on hotels.com don't actually exist (tour booking for example). The staff was very friendly. The location felt safe. The housekeeping did a good job. But, I'm not sure how this hotel maintains a 3* rating. It is a 2* anywhere in the United States.

Older hotel but in reasonable condition. Good location for buses around the city and easily walkable to some sights. Warm water for shower over bath. Good secondary glazing keeps most noise out from busy street. Plenty of choice to eat and drink close by and small supermarket on the street. Some in room drinks facilities would help.

hotel viejo, alfombras con olor a humedad, la ducha salía por la canilla de arriba y de abajo a la vez, encima perdía por todos lados (incluso tirando chorros hacia el techo), la descarga del inodoro con poca potencia y sin tapa (prometieron venir a arreglarlo y por 2 días estuvo igual), hubo 2 días que el wifi no funcionó directamente. Si bien es barato no lo recomiendo

The furniture and fixtures looked hunders of years old. Room was dusty, drafty and carpet dirty. Fixures in bathroom were unservicable- bathroom facuet output of water was a trinkle of what a normal flow should be. Toliet seat was loose and location cramped you when you used it. The shower was too small. Bed were saggy and uncomfortable. This was suppose to be a 3-star hotel but it really is a 1-star. This hotel should be removed from your hotel selections for customers to choose.

I realize that there are many older hotels in Rome and many of them are charming, old, but clean. This hotel; however, was so dirty that I would consider it unsafe to stay in. There was black mold in the bathtub, bathroom fan hadn't been cleaned in a long time, clogged with dust, the carpet was filthy, the toilet was disgusting. We brought this to the attention of the staff, they were unsympathetic. We left after one night (had booked 3). I strongly suggest staying away from this one.

It is a basic 3 star hotel with free wifi, the rooms are cleaned daily and you are walking distance from most of the attractions rome has to offer or you can jump a bus to the further away ones fir 1.50 euros staff were very friendly and we got a free breakfast included with our stay i would recommend the priscilla if you arnt to fussed about the luxury side of things

Um dos atendentes muito mau educado inclusive com mulheres, no primeiro dia tivemos que dormir em quarto com carpete e m péssimo estado, e ainda com criança de 1,9 meses com problemas alérgicos. Só fomos mudados para outro quarto no dia seguinte.

Godt og rimeligt centralt hotel

Hyggeligt hotel, tæt på det meste.
Vi gik tilbage til hotellet fra Peterskirken. Turen tog 1,5 time, men tempoet var også roligt, og byen og gåturen blev nydt. Det tog ca. 20 minutter at gå fra hotellet til den spanske trappe. Der lå et lille supermarked nede ad gaden. Parkering var lige uden for døren, men det var nok mest held, da man selv må finde en ledig P plads, og betale parkering, på lige fod med romerne.

It's not a luxurious hotel but it's enough for a short stay. The AC was non existent and the bathroom had a couple of issues (broken seat, high pressure showerhead). There's no coffee machine or boiler in the room. However, the bus service near the hotel was amazing. Also, the city tax was EXHORBITANT and way higher than any other city we have traveled to.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Die Lage ist (noch) gut. Ich hatte es mir anhand der Karte zentraler vorgestellt. Bei 7 Tagen Aufenthalt kommt man doch nicht umhin, gelegentlich mit dem Taxi ins Zentrum zu fahren. Aber das funktioniert sehr gut. Das Frühstück war für uns nicht akzeptabel. Aber direkt gegenüber gibt es eine tolle Bar mit ausgezeichnetem Angebot zu moderaten Preisen.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 gg. Aria condizionata non funzionante . Scendeva poca acqua dai rubinetti dei bagni. Un anta delle persiane non si apriva . Pavimentazione con moquette sporca e molto consumata. Il personale della sala colazione poco educata. Mancanza di asciugamani del viso una volta richiesti ci hanno risposto che erano terminati perché non vi erano state consegnate.

Bom lugar considerando custo beneficio

O hotel tem uma estrutura antiga, elevador com a porta sanfonada e moveis de madeira por exemplo. Apesar disso a limpeza e arrumação do quarto era diaria, trocavam as toalhas com frequencia, nao tivemos problemas com barulhos, chuveiro demorava um pouco mas esquentava bem, no nosso quarto tinha ate um frigobar bem antigo tbm mas que funcionava. A facilidade do secador no quarto é um diferencial que muitos hoteis caros nao tem e à localização e muito boa, perto de bons restaurantes, mercados e pontos turisticos. Foram sempre gentis na recepção e acho que o preco esta ok pelo que foi ofertado, levando em conta que nao consegui outras ofertas semelhantes com a vantagem da localização.

Il personale gentilissimo, la camera purtroppo molto datata, ma pulita e piuttosto spaziosa. Spazioso anche il bagno. Nonostante sia su una strada frequentata il rumore della strada non disturba, grazie alla finestra antirumore. Raccomandata una maggior cura della manutenzione. Non ho usufruito della colazione, perciò non posso esprimere giudizi in proposito, ma nelle vicinanze ci sono bar e ristoranti.

Geweldige ligging, schone handdoeken en beddengoed, de rest is werkelijk verschrikkelijk. Er van uitgaande dat het zo goedkoop is dat je niets mag verwachten, hebben ze aan de verwachtingen voldaan. Alles is kapot, versleten of smerig.
Bij aankomst was er niemand. Na een tijdje wachten kwam er iemand die heel vriendelijk was maar vergat ons te vertellen waar wat was in het hotel met als gevolg dat we geen ontbijtzaal konden vinden. Die bleek in het pand naast het hotel te zijn maar dat ontdekte we pas op de laatste dag. Dat pand zag er uit alsof het gesloopt werd en nodigde niet bepaald uit om naar binnen te gaan. Pas op de laatste dag zagen we anderen naar binnen gaan vanuit het hotel. Gezien de staat vind ik het niet jammer dat we het niet wisten.
De ligging kan echt niet beter. Alles is in de buurt met een afstand van ongeveer 5 km tot het Vaticaan wat dan het verste weg is.
We dachten dat het hotel niet belangrijk was omdat we toch meestal weg zouden zijn. Helaas blijkt het toch wel een beetje belangrijk te zijn. De 3 sterren moet er 1 zijn. Het hotel heeft echt het meest minimale wat het moet bieden en dat is dan allemaal versleten of kapot.
Iets verderop in de straat zit een hotel dat twee keer zo duur is. Volgende keer hebben we dat er graag voor over.
Kortom, als je geen eisen steld aan wc, douche en kamer maar goedkoop wilt slapen ligt dit hotel op een geweldige plek. Als je wilt dat je met blote voeten door de kamer kunt lopen ga dan een deur verder.

Staff cordiale, camera e bagno puliti. A soli 16 minuti a piedi da Termini. Ideale per chi, di passaggio, non vuole spendere molto dovendo prendere un treno la mattina presto.
