This small and quiet hotel is conveniently situated halfway between the famous Via Veneto and the Termini main railway station. It lies near the Villa Borghese Park and is only a few stops from the countless sights in Rome's historic centre.

Constructed in 1920 and completely renovated recently, the hotel comprises a total of 14 rooms spread over six floors. It offers guests a high standard of accommodation with all required comforts.

The room was mostly in good condition. However, we got woken up by the cleaning lady trying to come into our room after we didnt respond to her knocking, because there is no lock on the door and none of those tags that say do not disturb that we can put on the door. We also asked for a late checkout, and we were offered the option to pay €80 for the day. Our nightly rate came out to half of that so not sure why they wanted to charge us that for a few hours.

The hotel was clean, with moderate (sufficient) air conditioning while we were in Rome (it was about 93ºF/34º). The staff were very friendly and helpful with dining and transportation recommendations, and booked a taxi for us to the airport on our final day.
It's about a 5 minute walk from bus stops, and 15 minutes from the nearest Metro stops, so well situated without being too close to the crowded downtown area.
There were so many local (non-tourist) restaurants within a 3-block walk that we had no trouble finding excellent meals.

The staff were very friendly but the room is extremely dated. We had one useable plug. The toilet didn’t flush. The mirror seemed to have electricity shooting across it. The bunk beds looked unsafe but they worked so that’s kinda moot. It was cheaper than most places and the location is good. Breakfast is good too!

Pictures are not what the hotel really is. Very old and poor maintenance. No hot water.
The sink and toilet overlapped each other. Mold in the shower.
Sheets think and rough. Hotel does have A/c but it is so old and not maintained that noise is unbearable to sleep, the do have fan ….. but it seems it will come off the ceiling at any time, and noisy too.
I do NOT recommend this place at all!
However, staff super helpful.

not really hotel. rooms in 3rd floor of building, our room was suppose to be upgraded for 3 people, there was 3 crowded bed not at all like the picture, and the window that separated the beds from the shower was transparent, so for showering the rest of us got out of the room.

Les points positifs : hôtel très bien situé, propre, personnel agréable.
Les points négatifs : la fenêtre qui ne ferme pas complètement et donc laisse passer tous les bruits de la rue et le froid. Nous avons eu froid la nuit sans possibilité de monter le chauffage qui est géré en automatique. Et pas de couverture supplémentaire. La literie est vieille et déformée. L’espace dans la salle de bain est très faible: personnes corpulentes s’abstenir.

Huone oli ihan ok ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Ei ollut isoja odotuksia huonetta kohtaan ,mutta oli ihan toimiva 3yön reissulle. Huoneen siisteydessä olisi vähä parannettavaa pöllyä oli vähän siellä täällä. Huonetta kuitenkin siivottiin päivittäin.

Væsentligt bedre end forventet

Vi valgte hotellet ud fra, at det havde aircondition, var i gåafstand fra hovedbanegården og var prismæssigt overkommeligt. Det havde kun to stjerner og vi overvejede om vi burde betale mere for et tre- eller firestjernet hotel, men valgte at tage chancen. Det blev belønnet, for det var væsentligt bedre end forventet.

Det er et lille og tilsyneladende familiedrevet hotel. Nyistandsat med fine værelser, pænt, rent og velfungerende. Service var i top.
