Good straightforward accommodation

Good little place near to Termini Rail station with a good few restaurants only a few minutes away.

Accommodatiom is straightforward, clean and functional and the staff are very hrlpful.

Easy to get to main attractions either on foot or on public transport via Termini.

Overall this location was perfect for us as Florence is small and walkable.

The room was fine but there was some interesting marks on the wall that in the daylight looked like blood, as though people had killed the mosquitoes that were in the room and the remainders were left on the wall.

The bathroom also had a horrendous sewage like smell when we checked in and I did make note of it via Expedia, and I think they dealt with it while we were out the next day as it was better when we returned. I was not communicated with about it, so it could have also just gone away from us leaving the window open. So not sure if there was an issue or what.

Would still recommend for the location, price and free breakfast if you're there for a short stay like we were.

Good neighborhood, bus station a couple of meters from the entrance of the building, good dining options in the surrounding, we loved it. I'll stay with them next time I travel to Rome.

I had a fantastic stay at Amoroma Hotel in Rome! The hotel was incredibly clean, and the staff spoke excellent English, making communication easy. My room was spacious with a stunning view, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep each night.

The housekeeping service was outstanding—our room was cleaned daily, and we were provided with fresh water regularly. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, with everything within easy reach.

Overall, I highly recommend Amoroma Hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Close to everything, the train station, all the main historic sites. All walkable. Breakfast voucher at a nearby cafe is wonderful. With freshly squeezed orange juice. Do eat at “that’s Amore” near Trevi fountain.

Check in was my biggest complaint. When we arrived, the gate code they had sent worked for the outside door but not the door for the reception room. After calling the phone number on the door we finally got a code to enter reception where there wasn’t a person working so everything was handled by text. Staff works the desk until 1:30 but check in starts at 2. Makes no sense. We spent so long in that hot reception room trying to pay the city tax before they would give us access to our room. We needed to communicate by WhatsApp and pay via a link he had to send. Then wait for a reply. All very slow, typical lack of urgency in Italy. The room was not as cool as I like so we had open windows at night, so it was noisy with traffic sounds. Shower was small and low water pressure. Good on towels and cleanliness and overall accommodations.

It was a lovely little room close to everything. Reasonably priced even though we made reservations just days before our trip. However finding the key to the room was a bit of a challenge. Was not familiar with the lock and it took a while and a phone call to figure out how to open it. Maybe more instructions on what the lock looks like and how to open it. Otherwise it was a great stay and would go there again!

This property had flimsy doorknobs and locks that did not seem secure. Our lockbox with our key in it was already set to the code to unlock which did not make us feel good. There are maybe 5 other rooms with paper thin walls. The elevator could only hold one person and was ancient. It does not have 24 hour receptionist, the Wi-Fi username did not match the information provided by the host. Host’s communication was fair. We showed up and unfortunately made other accommodations and do not complete our stay here.

Property had two sets of doors and codes to pass through which made it feel safe.
Room is small and minimal but caters to the necessities. Good location near the train station and most landmarks are a 30 min walk.
Staff are friendly and very helpful. Make sure you have whatsapp to be able to communicate and have full instructions!!! We did not and had a delay and condusion with checking in later in the afternoon.
Bed was comfortable. Nice window and view however it can be a little nosiey.

I would look somewhere else.

It felt as though they overbooked and just passed us off. When we checked in, we were told that our room was in a nearby building.

On the hotel listing, it states 8 non-smoking rooms and a list of in-room amenities (which are nowhere to be found). Walking down the hall to our room, you could taste the cigarettes in the air.

The room was incredibly dusty. I found a few nail clippings on the bathroom floor and the shower was mouldy.

There’s a sign in the door that basically says “old pipes, for hot water, run in for 5 minutes” but you can’t because the shower doesn’t drain fast enough and would flood the bathroom.

And the AC didn’t work.

Awesome space in a great area.

Overall, the AmoRoma was a great experience. It was the last few days of three weeks in Italy and I just wanted something nice, convenient to a few attractions I had planned to see, and not super expensive. AmoRoma met my expectations, and then some.

First, the good stuff. I had a street-facing room and so when I was feeling lazy I would just people watch from my window. The location is stellar. Sitting just behind the Baths of Diocletian, this b-n-b style accommodation was at the epicenter of a number of monuments, museums and restaurants. As for food, you name it and you will find it within a few minutes walk. Pizza, yup. Sushi, yup. Ethiopia, that too. Lastly, the service was great. The hostess was very attentive to my needs, was great conversation thru the breakfast rush, and gave me some snacks for my early flight since I was not going to be in house for breakfast.

Now, the not so great stuff. Interior construction was going on from about 8am until 4pm, so there were times where I was walking thru plaster dust on my way to my room. It wasn't heavy labor, but it was annoying at times when I was seeking quiet time in my room during the day. Beyond that, I was satisfied with my stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was great, it’s a bit complicated to find the entrance of the place, it’s inside a building, 1st floor.
Daniel was really nice and friendly, he provided us everything we needed, a real nice guy!
Make sure to call in advance for the “free parking” otherwise it will cost you 25€ like I paid.
Breakfast was lovely!!
I recommend this place for future guestsz

A hospedagem em si é razoável, a cama de casal tem uma fresta no meio, me parece ser duas camas que foram ajuntadas. Se for no inverno, se prepare para tomar banhos rápidos, a água quente do chuveiro acaba rapidamente e só retorna no dia seguinte, minha namorada estava lavando o cabelo no banho quando a água quente acabou, teve de terminar o banho em água completamente gelada. O aquecimento do quarto não funciona bem, o ar fica em um local que sopra para a parede o que faz não esquentar praticamente nada o quarto. O elevador dá medo, uma estrutura bem velha, cabe duas pessoas apertadas, faz uns estralos quando sobe ou desce. A localização em si é boa, próxima de alguns pontos turísticos e de Termini.

The hotel is beautiful and centrally located, I loved the room. However, we had a small issue. We left our dirty clothes in a plastic bag on the floor next to the table and chair, along with a paper bag meant to store souvenirs we planned to buy. We left the hotel to explore the city, but when we returned, the bags were gone.
We were told that no one had taken them, but we searched thoroughly, and they weren’t there. We suggested that maybe there was a misunderstanding and the bags were mistaken for trash and thrown away. However, if they weren’t in the trash, nothing else should have been removed from the room. We were told no, and even that our clothes were “lost,” as if we were lying. But these items were part of our luggage, and we had no reason to lie.
We didn’t get any real answers, just that the cleaning staff doesn’t take anything from the rooms. I’m not saying this was done on purpose; the truth is that the clothes aren’t valuable to anyone but us. I believe it was just a misunderstanding.
What’s upsetting is the attitude we encountered. They just denied everything and said it wasn’t them, but the fact is that neither of the bags was in the room. So, did someone else enter the room, or did they just disappear?
Until the very end, on the last night, they told us, “We have no solution for this.The cleaning staff searched through the trash, but perhaps by mistake, the bag was thrown away” I suggest taking a photo or video of the room before leaving to have a backup.

Though I never met the staff in person, but online customer service replied promptly and helpful. The room was clean and comfort. A few points can be improved 1. The WiFi was unstable and often disconnect. 2. The bath water temperature was unstable and running out of hot water before I finished my bath. 3. Thick stain inside the electric water kettle. I think it may cause by the mineral of the water but should be better to clean it.

Excelente opção econômica e muito bem localizada.

Deu tudo certo no check in, as instruções para entrada foram enviadas com antecedência. Localização excelente, perto do terminal de trem, do ônibus hop on hop off, vários restaurantes e lojinhas ao redor. Possibilidade de café da manhã italiano muito gostoso por apenas 4 euros! Nosso único problema foi que alguém ficou tocando a campainha tarde da noite e como não tem funcionário à noite, não tinha ninguém pra atender e não conseguia dormir com o barulho insistente. Enfim, achei o local ótimo, voltaria e recomendaria com certeza.

Dusche: defekt und verstopft. Alle Abflüsse stinken. Rezeptionistin: spricht nur italienisch. Beschilderung innerhalb des Gebäudes: irreführend. Daher gestaltet sich die Suche nach dem Zimmer mit Gepäck und voller Blase wie eine \"Schatzsuche\".
Gegend: sehr laut. Auch innerhalb der Wohneinheit. Kommt nachts jemand mit dem Code herein, wachen alle auf.
Definitiv nicht empfehlenswert!

La ubicación es excelente. A 300 metros del arco del triunfo. Pero no era lo publicado en las fotos. Habia que subir 6 pisos por una escalera pequeñisima, incomoda , sucia y deteriorada. La habitacion le faltaba sabanas, articulos basicos de limpieza.

O quarto e banheiro são muito limpos e confortáveis, cama boa e ambiente espaçoso. Contudo, os atendentes não se esforçam minimamente para falar inglês, simplesmente ficam repetindo as frases em italiano, como se um estrangeiro fosse entender… Outro ponto negativo é a acústica do quarto, sempre que alguém conversava na recepção, o barulho era alto e atrapalhava o sono. Além disso, no site consta check-out às 11h e a funcionária da hospedagem foi super grossa conosco falando que o horário de sair seria às 10h e praticamente nos expulsou do local. Creio que deveriam alterar no site o horário de check-out antes de ser rude com os hóspedes.

La habitacion era muy limpia , las sabanas y toallas blancas , impecables.
La ubicacion para mi fue ideal, cerca de la Roma Termini, a 15 min caminando a la Fontana de Trevi , y tambien de la primer parada de HopOn / HopOff ideal para hacer un tour completo por la ciudad.
El personal del Hotel muy amables y super atentos.-
Tenes agua, cafe y Te a tu disponibilidad 24 hs lo cual me parecio un detalle super que es Plus!

Unterkunft sehr Zentral, cooler Aufzug. Typisch italienisch :) Frühstück ein Getränk Croasiant aber vollkommen ok. Zimmer veraltet aber sauber, Abfluss hat etwas muffig gerochen ansonsten für den Preis gut.
