The Breakfast buffet and specialty omelets the way you want it, the all fresh buffet was savory. The sautéed mushrooms mixed in with the creamy eggs along with the porchetta, fresh tomatoes, fresh sliced toasted bread and capers.. to die for. The 7th floor restaurant we ate a different dish almost every night during our 7 night stay. \"ALL \"of the staff where so friendly and went that extra mile to assist your every need from transportation, tours and even laundry. With an average taxi ride to center Rome of13-14 euro or just a beautiful 40 minute safe walk which my wife and I preferred. Enjoy Rome and you cannot go wrong staying with The Radisson Blu GHR!

The property was great, our suite was spacious, and we knew we had a terrance but we were pleasantly surprised at how large it was. We normally stay at boutique hotels and from this experience we will continue it to do that. Though the Radisson was very nice and the staff was helpful and attentive, it was too American. It was full of American senior citizens that to us didn’t really want to experience Rome Italy… they wanted to bring America with them. i.e I was ready to try my Italian phrases and could not because the staff was speaking American to accommodate the guests. Which is fine I get that but at least have the greetings in Italian. The Radisson is great if you’re looking to bring America with you not if you really want to experience the country you’re visiting.

The check-in was slow and the reception staff were abrupt and slightly rude to us and other visitors. The wi-do was really poor in the rooms, my daughter moved a chair to sit next to the door to receive a signal. There was no concierge on a Sunday despite being part of the Radisson chain. The hotel was noisy both from inside and outside on the street.

This is a upscale hotel at the north with great facility. The breakfast is particularly excellent with so much choices of delicious. Definitely recommend to include it for the reservation. There are restaurants which we enjoyed with better price in walking distance, as well as other stores for convenience shopping. Transportation to the city center is convenient, with the station behind on the other side of the block where we took urban railway to Flaminio and transferred the Metro.

The property contacted me and offered to send a car for me at the airport. All I needed to do was provide my flight number and date as well as my phone number. I did so immediately. I requested confirmation on four different locations and was completely ignored and no car was there to pick us up

However, several days later, we had hired a car service to take us to the port to our cruise ship, and the car broke down. The hotel was kind enough to make other arrangements for us so that we got there in a timely manner

The breakfast was excellent with healthy choices & friendly staff. The garden balcony bar was so relaxing after a long day or travel.
I loved the fitness room/gym, too!! It had all of the equipment & was very clean/sanitized.
Very close proximity to the Villa Borghese Park where I went to the Art Gallery @ Botero Statues!

To far out from main attractions.
Staff was uppity.

We had to merge the Expedia reservation with the Princess Cruise reservation so we could stay in the same room and that took over 15 emails. They kept respondin they needed proof from Princess that it was a \"superior\" room and I had given them Expedia and Princess PDF's showing that both reservations were booked for superior and the person didn’t like it.

I was working with the \"white glove\" Princess group and they were working in-house with their promotions group and they were not sure of the problem the hotel was having.

Finally came to a head on the weekend, before we were scheduled to dock in Rome, when I sent an email and it came back saying no one was working and to send it to a different email if I needed a faster response so I did. Another person got back and said the reservations were combined into a continuous stay for the same room. I guess the 1st person was trying to fleece me for another $20 euros/night which they stated in an early email.

Then on the last night there I took off my engagement band and forgot to put it back on. Emailed and they said they checked the room and no luck. I remembered that it might have fallen onto the dirty towels in the bathroom on the floor so I responded if they could check with their laundry service. Heck, I find change in mine if I forget to empty my pockets. Well two attempts and they never responded. Bought a new one.

Never stay there again and do not recommend.

Absolutely fabulous in its location, breakfast choices, staff friendliness and additional options including shuttle bus to Spanish steps.
Food in the restaurant was of an exceptionally high quality and standard - totally delicious

We booked two rooms for 1 night in Rome. Check-In was relatively smooth if not a little bit long winded. The hotel staff was quite pushy with us to add breakfast and transportation to airport both at additional costs onto our rooms which we declined at time of booking.
The rooms are quite small even for European standards, the washroom is almost as big as the useable area in the room. When we got to the rooms the phones did not work and the doors did not lock. We later found out it was because housekeeping unlocked the doors for easier access to the rooms but never locked them after that although it was a simple fix it was a bit concerning. One of our two rooms the windows didn’t close properly and all the street noise through the night was heard very loudly. One room had a smoke detector removed and the other room had a smoke detector that would blink a white strobe every couple of minutes or so. The only saving grace for the hotel is how convenient it is for using public transportation and to some of the sights. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and it is above Euclid metro station which makes getting around very simple.

Unfortunately the stay wasn’t what was expected of a Radisson hotel.

I would definitely recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Rome, but only if you are okay with public transportation in a big city because the location is quite far from everything people would like to see and do in Rome. That being said, it is easily accessible by public transportation.

Nice hotel OUTSIDE the city. If not for a metro station and train, which would compare to new york in sketchiness, you would be a long way from sites.

Room was comfy but did need some cleaning.

Service was European, i.e., curt, expeditious, process oriented, and on to next person. Helpful if you pushed them to be and didn't give up until u got the information u needed.

Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. The room was lovely, very large but could have done with a little updating and the Air Con only worked on hot which wasn't great. (apparently it works on cold in the Summer) They did provide us with a fan. Breakfast and food throughout the hotel was First Class and the restaurant staff were also excellent. Overall 8.5/10 for this Hotel and would choose it again

The staff was exceptionally polite and attentive to any request. I found the rooms quite small but were very clean and recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast buffet options were more than satisfying.
The only downside was the distance from the major sites and the cost for taxi service got ridiculous after a while.

A very luxurious hotel in a very nice area with parks at walking distance.. if you drive there is a parking garage close by for a 20 euro per day .. very nice breakfast area situated in the lower part of the building.. the restaurant also was very well organized and an outstanding decor that creates a nice atmosphere.. I didn’t see the spa with hot tub because was off limits… but the exercise room was well equipped..

the property in being renovated so you can't do up and down the stairs without bumping into equipment, a hazard. My room had no hot water only luke warm at best, the shower drain was loose and it would not stay in place. there was a huge gap between the shower frame and the door so lots of water would spill out unto the floor, after repeated times asking the front desk to fix the issues nothing was done the 4 days we spent in the property nothing was done to fix the issues.

hotel was clean -room was on the smaller side - we arrived late after midnight and man working the reception was quite rude and not trying to be very helpful … we were hungry after long flight and his only comment was that we weren’t in America so places aren’t open “at this time”. Gentlemen during checkout process were nice and the place was clean. Room was small but cute and served the purpose of a quick overnight stay before boarding our cruise the next day.

Lovely hotel (on the face of it) in a great location for hopping on and off the underground into Rome.

Front of house customer service was just awful, very abrupt and rude, No information given on basics like breakfast times etc on check in. My room was ready even though they said it wasn’t 10mins before check in opened, I was happy to wait but a key was thrown at me when I said I would wait.

Rooms where nice, although a little tired in places, lots of bathroom products.

I felt we was an inconvenience more than anything else. Tried to be charged for coffee on second day as you only get the first day free. No dining facilities so the % off offer was pointless. As a Gold member no benefits what so ever, I include a smile in this.

Breakfast service was good and fresh food. The service friendly and very helpful, the nicest people in the building.

Nice hotel but not sure I would stay again and not sure I would book via Hotels.com as there really was no benefit.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was exactly how we'd hoped, having seen the pictures. Everything was clean and was in good condition.

The location was convenient and the breakfast was also great.

Unfortunately, I tested positive for Covid-19 during my stay, which could have been a very awful experience. However, the staff at Radisson Blu were very helpful and made every effort to support me and make me feel comfortable during my isolation period.

Mostly met my expectations of a 5 star hotel. Except, shower cabinet did not have a door, and thereby flooding the bathroom, we were offered a change of rooms after bringing this to the notice of the front desk (would have expected that the room was blocked until necessary work was completed, and not allotted to guests in the first place) Location is with in a 100 meters of Euclide station which will get you in to central Rome with in minutes. Very decent restaurant with a good wine collection and a knowledgable sommelier. Breakfast is good and would cater to most tastes. Could not get to set the room temperature below 27 and were told to sleep with windows open. Given that the property was previously branded as Ritz, Infrastructure is not lacking but needs attention.

Really amazing room, but it took a little bit longer than what they initially stated. The hotel staff were friendly but often were missing and the desk was empty. The elevators are very small so if you have lots of luggage it may take several trips. Overall a good experience and we’d stay here again.
