The views from my room were beautiful. The bath was a wonderful treat. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the short walk to the beach and the trams. I hope to comeback very soon.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Quiet, spacious room, comfortable bed and a good shower. Especially liked the coffee machine with pods - they were happy to replace as often as needed during our 4 night stay.
Staff were really friendly.
Leisure suite was beautiful, small gym, two saunas and a lovely pool.

I booked two nights for my child and his mom, but my son fell ill on the day of the trip and had to be taken to hospital. I contacted the hotel, and they assured me they would issue a refund, advising me to go through Hotels.com. I followed their instructions and sent a message via Hotels.com, but they only responded the following day, stating they couldn't provide a refund because the time had passed. Despite offering to send medical reports from the NHS and airline they did not refund any of the two nights.

1. Under renovation, but at times I didn't even know where to step with scaffolding everywhere and ceiling being removed. Not the hotel's fault but the contractor should have had a safer way to get through the construction area.
2. Coffee machines rarely worked for anything else than black coffee. No cappuccinos, lattes, hot chocolates on most days I stayed.
3. Most of the breakfast was good except for the \"scrambled eggs\" which tasted like powdered eggs... I don't understand why since they had boiled eggs too, so real eggs were available, but on this one thing they seemed to cut a corner. Not what I'd expect from a 4 star hotel.

- We had to switch rooms 3 times: the first room already had other people living in it, the 2.nd room was a double although we specifically requested a twin, the 3rd. Room (120) was filthy (cramped, garbage and dirth behind the beds, broken door to the washroom, non existent view above the roof of some maintaince area;
- after moving 3 times we got a 4th room which was lovely although there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom;
- huge tip: get yourselves a room in the 5-storey building rather than 8-storey part of the hotel (difference is immense including hight of ceilings, size of rooms, furniture, size of windows):
- the breakfast was good (freshly pressed orange juice, smoothies, although fish dishes (hearing or salmon) by the sea were missing for a 4* hotel);
- staff was friendly and cooperative.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Frühstück, Zimmer und SPA Bereich waren super. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und die Lage war super.
Leider hat der Duschgel Spender nicht richtig funktioniert und von der Parkgarage gibt es keinen Aufzug zur Lobby. Man muss das Gepäck eine schmale, steile Treppe hochtragen.

Das Hotel ist gut, allerdings gab es ein paar Dinge, die mich etwas geärgert haben: das „Deluxe“ Zimmer war wirklich sehr klein, das war echt blöd. Kein richtiger Schrank, im Bad keine richtige Ablage! Im Schwimmbadbereich sind die Fliesen so extrem rutschig, dass es wirklich gefährlich ist! Da ist es auch nicht mit einem Sticker getan, ich bin auf der Treppe ausgerutscht und heftig gestürzt. Mehrere weitere Gäste rutschten ebenfalls - egal ob Badeschlappen oder Barfuß. Richtig gefährlich!!! Das Frühstück war toll, allerdings war das Personal nicht freundlich, das Abräumen der Tische lief schleppend. Am 2. Morgen wurde etwa eine Stunde vor Ende des Frühstücks nichts mehr richtig aufgefüllt. Es gab nur noch das einfachste Brot, Platten und Behälter wurden ehr weggeräumt als aufgefüllt. Enttäuschend! Ebenfalls müsste der bezahlte Meerblick in „stark eingeschränkter Meerblick“ umbenannt werden! Fazit: war nett, aber nicht nochmal.

Das Hotel war wirklich schön. Tolles Zimmer mit Balkon und TV, leckeres Frühstück, großer Pool, ganztägig geöffneter Saunabereich. Hunde willkommen. Sehr gute Lage direkt am Strand. Teurer Parkplatz.
Ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte habe ich trotzdem. Das Doppelbett hatte eine große gemeinsame Bettdecke. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage bekamen wir keine zweite Bettdecke, obwohl man sie uns zusicherte. Eins von zwei Zimmern war nicht rechtzeitig bezugsfertig. Ein paar Handtuchhaken wären sowohl in den Badezimmern als auch im Wellnessbereich eine sinnvolle Investition. Als ich im Wellnessbereich war, wurden leider gerade Hanwerkerarbeiten (Bohrmaschine in Fliesenboden) verrichtet. Der Kleiderschrank ist wirklich winzig.
Sonst hat es uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen.

Das einzige Manko war der Zimmerservice, es wurde leider erst immer gegen 17:30 - 18:00 geputzt, was uns zu spät war, da wir uns in dieser Zeit immer schon für das Abendessen fertig gemacht haben. Aus diesem Grund konnten wir das Hous keeping leider nicht in Anspruch nehmen.

Das ganze Hotel duftet sehr angenehm nach „Rituals“, jegliches Personal ist super freundlich und auch jederzeit vertreten.
Wir haben mit Frühstücksbuffet gebucht und das Buffet ist den Preis auf jeden Fall wert - hier wird jeder satt.

Het gerenoveerde hotel is ons echt prima bevallen! Een prima ontbijt en fijne ruime mooi ingerichte slaapkamer . Goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel en nog makkelijker in- en uitchecken via een link die je krijgt of via de schermen bij de balie. Elk jaar slaap ik hier een lang weekend als ik ga wandelen met de Scheveningen Light Walk. Altijd lekker om na het wandelen gelijk door te lopen naar je kamer en een warme douche te nemen.

Dann wurde uns auf Nachfrage, wann die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt, mitgeteilt, dass dies erst ab der 2ten Nacht erfolgt ( gebucht hatten wir 3 Nächte) und wenn man auch am Strand ist, duscht man schön öfter und da sind frische Handtücher toll.
Ebenfalls auf Nachfrage, ob wir Gläser ins Zimmer bekommen könnten, wurden wir auf die Zahnputzgläser verwiesen, doch daraus zu trinken😅😅😅- das geht garnicht. Aber dann wurde gesagt, wir können auch Gläser aus der Bar holen- erschien uns besser.😳

Kamer met 2 aparte bedden geboekt. Bleek bij aankomst niet beschikbaar. Niet blij mee, maar een tussenoplossing was dat we apart beddengoed zouden krijgen. Dit was voor 16 uur. Toen we terug op de kamer kwamen om 23.15 uur was er niks geregeld. Receptie gebeld en niemand nam op. Terug naar beneden en men snapte er niks van. Uiteindelijk beddengoed gehad en moesten we ons eigen bed opmaken. Vloer in de kamer niet netjes. Ontbijt staat op de website tot 12 uur op vrijdag. Dit blijkt tot 11 uur te zijn! Heel snel moeten ontbijten. Geen ontspannende ervaring. Zeer teleurgesteld

Sehr gute Lage in Strandnähe und S-Bahn nach den Haag vor der Türe. Frühstück hervorragend mit wirklich frischem Orangensaft, Omelett auf Wunsch, prima. Hotel ist recht neu renoviert, TG ist recht klein, wer zu spät kommt muss wo anders parken.
