The Executive suites have little in the way of cooking facilities. That was my mistake, I usually book a 1 bedroom apartment. The building is safe and quiet. It has free laundry facilities which are very useful. It has air-conditioning which again is useful. The beds are comfy, and the rooms are quiet at night. My only gripe is the dark brooding look of the rooms. Dark woods and a bit lacking in colour. I hope they upgrade them sometime. But this place is a positive place to stay, and everything is good. The TV is not a smart TV, so no casting from youtube. :D Overall I would recommend this hotel. It is in a great area of the Hague. Easy for the coast and the city.

Pros: clean, environmentally friendly practices, easy check-in, good privacy.

Cons: painful check-out process, breakfast not worth add-on pricing, nearest grocery store some ways away, no kitchen sink so difficult to clean dishes outside of limited bathroom sink.

Recommendations: try to minimize the time the single elevator in the whole buily is put on service. Because of a series of events following a delayed check out process, I ended up missing my flight.

Had a three day conference at the World Forum and decided to stay close by. Love where it is situated. Although a little far from the city centre, I do enjoy the calmness and the green surrounding. The apartment was well designed and very modern and the kitchen useful. My room was in the lower floor. Since the rooms had large windows privacy becomes a little of a concern if I don't pull the shutters down. Next time I will try book rooms in the upper floors.

The hotel property was good and in good condition - but the level of cleanliness in the rooms has scope for improvement. For eg. window sills were not cleaned properly. The crockery was not cleaned properly, had to reclean and use.

The biggest disappointment was the gentleman at the reception when we arrived. He was curt bordering on impolite, with an unwelcoming and unfriendly attitude. Not the first person you want to encounter when you enter the hotel and are checking in. On the other hand the lady who was at the desk, later when we went was the absolute opposite. It would have been a very different rating had she been there when we arrived as opposed to the person we met.

Facility is brand new and in great condition but hotel could not provide a converter when we needed one and if you wanted the room cleaned each day or a late check out that cost extra. I was also not very impressed with breakfast we paid extra for. The location was not far from the city center and a short walk from the tram but the hide away bed was the most uncomfortable sleeping apparatus I’ve ever experienced. It sagged in the middle and you could feel every spring through the paper thin cot. I barely slept the entire stay due to discomfort. Regular bed seemed very comfortable.

Great place to stay: good size one bedroom apartment, modern room layout, clean, friendly staff. The only downside is that there isn't much to do / see / where to eat in the area and it's a little bit far from the action (35 mn walk to downtown). But overall we enjoy staying there.

We stayed here, at this time, due to a booking mistake that I couldn't change, that is my biggest complaint, the hotel refused to work with me trying to fix my mistake even 10 minutes after I realised I booked the wrong date. The hotel was nice, even with the reception being closed at the time of check in, the instructions were simple to follow to retrieve our keys. There were a few minor issues with the room, nothing worth detailing though. The staff at the desk on our day of check out were also very service orientated. A pleasant stay, I would recommend it.

I've stayed here a couple of times. Lovely handy location, excellent staff. Very quiet with good rooms. Beds are tired and need new mattresses, the floors demand slippers as they get dusty and cold, the decor of black and white grinds on you after a few days, and it feels a bit bleak and lacks colour and life. The white walls show up every mark. It needs a colour and warmth upgrade in the apartments. But don't get me wrong, it's an excellent base, the bathroom and kitchen is excellent. They need a bit of life adding to the rooms.

The hotel is some distance from the center of town but easily accessible by #24 bus or #16 tram. Just adjacent to Gemeente Museum and other attractions, near a large park. No supermarket nearby. The room was very nicely decorated with interesting art, modern furniture, and a lovely view of a canal. The room rate was excellent for this city, but everything is extra; no housekeeping during the 4-night stay except trash pickup. Free coffee anytime but breakfast (very nice), fresh towels, would be extra. We had the executive room which includes fridge, microwave and minimal dishware. Wash-up must use the bathroom sink, which had no stopper. The bed was firm, typical for a European hotel. Excellent free internet, plenty of closet space. Shower is small but has both overhead rain shower and hand-held. Access is by code and this was clearly explained before we checked in. We arrived in the morning and were pleased to get early check-in at no additional cost. I would stay there again.

We know The Hague well and have stayed in a number of apartments and hotels We wish we had found this earlier
This apartment block is located near a tram stop and the tram runs into the centre and to the beach We bought a travel card which was easy to use on the tram and train
The apartment is modern and clean and all we needed for our stay
We had the standard one bedroom
The canal outside and the main road being behind it meant the area was green and quiet
We slept well
The instructions for entry after reception
closes were easy to use
The staff we did meet were friendly

This is a self-service apartment more than it is a hotel. The area is clean and safe but very far from the city center, so be prepared to rent bikes or take the bus to the train station, etc to get around. It was spacious and clean and the kitchenette enables us to cook meals. The pullout sofa was great for the kids with a tv in both the bedroom and the living area where the pullout bed was. The WiFi worked fine. You don’t get daily housekeeping though not complimentary breakfast , which i feel you should for the price we paid, and staff aren’t very present. The office hours are limited.

Stayed for a long weekend in Den Haag and will return to this hotel. Modern and clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. As we are regulars in Den Haag we will return and stay here again. Bus stop is 5 min walk which allows you to get into town or the beach. As we have two small children (3 and 4 years)it was great to have a kitchen to heat up some food or milk for them. Wifi was fast. Nothing to complain about.

We had such a nice stay the first time we were there, we stayed again when we came back to town a couple days later. Clean, quiet property, located near transportation, with shopping and restaurants a short walking distance away.

Many improvement opportunities

This aparthotel is in a great location. However, there were a issues that made my stay uncomfortable.

First, over a month before my arrival, I requested a room update. B-aparthotel informed they upgraded the room under my reservation and I agree to pay the rate difference. When I checked-in they didn’t honor the upgrade.

Second, room cleanness was poor. Bed sheets and comforter have stains and some hair. I requested housekeeping to come over to made it right and they made wait five days to replace the sheets.

Third, I took and showed to the admi office photos of the black scratches on the walls; they said not to worry because they knew some rooms were in that conditions. I couldn’t believe they were fine having me in a room with that filthy look.

Finally, B-aparthotel offers washer/dryer machines free of charges. However, they only have two super small machines for the whole hotel. So, between getting in ilne and the actual washing/drying load it takes over five hours.

I’ll say, try another hotel if you can spare some more money on lodging.

This apartment was absolutely fabulous, can not fault anything at all, the kids loved it even hired a ps4. The facilities for this apartment are outstanding didn't want to leave it was like home from home. The staff were always of positive mood nothing was to much for them. The cleaners left the building fresh and extremely clean. Overall i would give this accommodation 10\10. It was impressive from start to finish wow is the first thing we said where arrived.

Great stay

Clear self-check in instruction as we arrived on Sunday after 12 noon. The apartment is clean & well equipped. Parking along the street is free (park at your own risk). This hotel is not near to any metro station so it will be inconvenient if you are not driving. We requested to check out late by 1 hour as my daughter was drowsy due to the side effects of her medication, although the apartments were fully booked the staff was really helpful & acceded to our request.

This is a fantastic place to stay, and I highly recommend it. It was in a nice area, just across the street from several museums. It is close to several different tram lines, making it easy to get to all places in the Hague. The wi-fi was very good, and there was no limit on the number of devices. There were usb connections near all of the power outlets making it easy to power devices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy, as were the pillows.

Great value for the money

We stayed for a week, and had one of the suites. The location is off-center, but (kind of) within walking distance of the harbor, Scheveningen, and for avid walkers even downtown. For others, public transport is close by and excellent. The hotel is a joy to stay, and it exceeded my expectations. The suite's kitchen is well-equipped. One downside is that the walls are thin. If you have neighbors, you might keep them awake. Mind that the reception is not staffed around the clock, and if you arrive after 4:00pm you need a code to get in the door, that hotels.com fails to provide. Contact the staff before you travel, and they will tell you all you need.

Nice hotel, great design and place.

In general the hotel is absolutely great. but they should take care of checking the clearance of the room. There are rare used places in the wardrobe which are never cleaned. I was disappointed to found there old trousers and a lot of dust. (Room n 102)
Hope they will read my comment and make some changes.
Also I want to say a good words to the stuff on reception, really professional and positive.

As most reviewers have noted, this is pretty much the best stay I've had overall. It was short, but the lodging was very nice. I would have liked to have stayed longer. The only issue was as it with almost all European hotels - the AC does not go down further than 20C (it says, but it is actually measured to be around 24C), which is \"hot\" per US standards. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. I only wish there were a bathtub as I like to relax after a long day.

Will be great when if is finished

The apartments had just been opened and still had a few teething problems and cosmetics still to be sorted, but is in a good position for anyone needing to be in the International sector and the addition of a car park will make it easily accessible. Free street parking is available and finding a space was no problem. The modern decor and the kitchen provisions were very good, perhaps a few homely touches are needed to round of the experience.

Soft opening, still some kinks to work out...

I was one of the very first guests during what I would describe as a soft opening of the brand new B-aparthotel kennedy. Most of the problems were cosmetic, construction workers everywhere, elevator floors mis-numbered, shower seals not entirely water tight, some electricals not working properly (usb chargers at bedside) etc. Most of these can and should be easily remedied. That said, a \"sorry we're not fully open, construction workers are here every day finishing the details in many of the rooms and making obscene amounts of noise, wonky little details may not be working properly\" complimentary breakfast would have gone a long way in engendering good will... as opposed to \"breakfast is 15 euro per person.\"

The hotel is not really in the heart of the city, though there is a convenient tram and bus stop about 4-5 minute walk away.

The room itself was very nice. I had the 1br suite, with separate large living area with kitchen. The bathroom was fantastic, separate tub, shower, lots of space, although some attention needs to be paid to the showers seals... lots of water leaking out into the rest of the bathroom. Very comfortable bed.

I would certainly stay here again... assuming that again the price was significantly lower than hotels more centrally located!

Bel établissement, bien situé à proximité des transports, du centre, des institutions internationales et de la plage.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'insonorisation, l'hôtel était très calme et l'amabilitédu personnel. Une petite kitchenette permet de se faire a manger et dispose du nécessaire pour cuisiner.
Par contre le confort du lit et du canapé sont clairement à revoir.

Es war ein netter Aufenthalt in dem Hotel, sehr nett eingerichtet. Sauberkeit war ok. Kaffee gab es tagsüber gratis im Hotel. Was evtl im Zimmer fehlt ist ein Geschirrhandtuch und Spüllappen. Man muss Geschirr halt im Bad abwaschen. Ansonsten war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt.

We always love staying here! Staff is really nice and we are thankful for the wash machines & dryer in the basement. Apartment is really good and staffed with everything you need - just one thing could have made it better, for 4 nights you don’t get a clean up. But with a small child and a dog it would have been nice if one had some cleaning supplies, some extra towels and a trash emptying.

Wir haben mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern im Superior Apartment übernachtet. Das Zimmer ist schön und geräumig. Die Küchenzeile ist praktisch, es fehlte aber ein Teil des Bestecks und Geschirrs. Der Fußboden war sehr kalt, also Hausschuhe mitbringen. Die Schlafcouch ist nicht sehr bequem und für zwei Erwachsene recht klein, Kinder haben genügend Platz.
Leider bietet das Hotel kein Frühstücksbuffet an, obwohl dies auf der Homepage steht. Die Frühstücksboxen kommen von einer Bäckerei, sind aber eher einfach gehalten.
Die Straßenbahnlinie 17 Richtung City ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle Richtung Scheveningen ist leider nicht in der Nähe. Obwohl man also recht nah am Strand ist, muss man mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad dorthin fahren. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen, aber nicht in direkter Umgebung.
Das Personal war freundlich, wenn auch nur selten zu sehen. Die Rezeptionszeiten sind begrenzt, der Self Check In hat aber wunderbar funktioniert.

Ik was aangenaam verrast toen ik het aparthotel binnen liep, het ziet er keurig uit. Het appartement zelf is echt fantastisch, heel netjes en schoon, een hele fijne badkamer met zelfs Rituals producten en twee TV's 1 in de kamer en 1 in de slaapkamer. Ook de keuken is volledig ingericht. Ik heb er een hele fijne tijd gehad en kom er zeker weer terug in 2023. Ook een pluim voor de medewerkers! Dank jullie wel allemaal!

Nachdem ich gelesen hatte, dass viele mit der Sauberkeit nicht zufrieden waren, war ich etwas verunsichert, ob wir es auch so empfinden würden, aber das war dann doch OK. Das Zimmer war soweit sauber, aber einige Tassen haben wir zB vor der ersten Benutzung dann doch in die Spülmaschine gestellt. Außerdem mussten wohl einige fürs Schlafsofa vor Ort extra 25 EUR/ Nacht zahlen. Das war bei uns auch nicht der Fall. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und haben das Deluxe-Apartment gebucht. Zwei Personen schliefen auf dem Sofa, was aber auch in Ordnung war. Wenn man kein Problem damit hat, dass das Zimmer bei einer Buchung von bis zu drei Übernachtungen nicht gereinigt wird, dann würde ich es weiterempfehlen :) Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden.

The best price / quality you can get in The Hague

Ideal for short or long term stays. Beautiful rooms and the apartments are simply the best you can get price / quality wise. Ideal little kitchen so you can also cook or order in. Terrific bathrooms! Whenever I want to go back to The Hague I will definitely stay here again!

Exzellente Appartementanlage. Sehr gute und moderne Ausstattung. Junges, sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal.
Frühstück in der Box. Sehr reichhaltig und qualitativ exzellent.
Lage sehr gut in Botschaftsviertel. Kurze Wege in die Stadt und ans Meer.

Wir waren sehr zu Frieden und werden immer wieder das B Apartment Hotel buchen , es war sehr schön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, an Gewürzen ist Salz und Pfeffer schon dabei , alles andere wie Öl, Lebensmittel u.s.w muss man mit bringen.
