The hotel is clean although after a 7 day stay the floor in the room wasn’t cleaned once. The bedding wasn’t changed either. The servicing of the room was minimal but it did take place every other day. I ordered a birthday cake which was €12.50 and was even asked for a name of the recipient. All that arrived on the day was a small puck sized chocolate molten cake that was lukewarm. No candle or name. Looked like it came from the restaurant as a dessert option. The staff are friendly and the bed comfortable but only king size in the suites. The balcony is a nice option. The amenities are very minimal.

The Voco is a lovely hotel which is perfectly situated to be able to explore the city. We had a premiere queen room with city view which was very spacious and well equipped. The bed was large (I think king size) and was very comfy. The bathroom had a large walk in shower. The room was immaculately clean, as was the hotel generally. Each member of the staff who we came into contact with was very polite and helpful. Thoroughly recommend the hotel for a relaxing stay in the city and will definitely book again for our next trip.

We had a two room suite with a balcony. The views were wonderful over much of the city and surrounding areas. The room was very quiet and comfortable and nicely furnished. The bathrooms were modern and lovely. Breakfast was served buffet style with very tasty options. Staff were friendly and efficient. Excellent place to stay.

This place is beautiful! Great location near two tram stations. Lots of food options and things to see. The front staff were so helpful and friendly! Room was comfy and clean! They were so accommodating when we needed anything for our room or an early check in. Loved how eco friendly they were too! We would absolutely stay here again!

Overall a great experience. Room wasn't large, but it was very comfortable, and all the public areas of the hotel were in great condition. Staff is all extremely friendly and helpful. Bare bones, but the bones were good

This hotel was a great find. Good location, big clean rooms. The rooms had comfortable beds (although the pillows were a little cheap and uncomfortable), and the bathrooms were modern and immaculate.
The toiletries game in-room was a bit poor, although they did have some to collect at reception upon request . Lovely front desk staff, and the toothbrushes offered were good quality.

Breakfast was quite basic, but serviceable, and the restaurant staff was friendly and professional . The same goes for their bar, where we had snacks and cocktails at with friends.

The whole impression of the hotel was of excellent quality basics, with all of the frills removed- and they were not much missed.
We'd return here glady if ever back in The Hague.

Nice hotel overall

The hotel itself is very nice, very well located and with all the necessary things you may need during the family trip. However I always get surprised, why very simple requests turn out to be so difficult to fulfil by the stuff. We had a deluxe suite with sofa bed for our child - which was not prepared when we got in. BUT: I wonder, why it turned out to be so difficult to get the second blanket (you call it \"duvet\") for the master bed. I had to ask 3 times before someone came with it. Another story is - why there is ALWAYS only one blanket on the master bed by default? And also the breakfast - I mean, it maybe ok (buffet however was very poor and the cheese was very dry and not fresh), but please, not for 30 EUR/person/day...

We had an amazing time at the hotel Voco the location is the BEST !!! We walked everywhere and the train station is right in the front of the hotel to get where you are heading that is far distance , very clean , staff are very friendly specially the breakfast buffet was very nice. I would recommend and definitely go back .

Fantastic Hotel

Brilliant location near the old town amd right on tram line no.1. Also tramline 15 to central station is a 60 second walk. The hotel is wonderful; modern, excellent condition, spotlessly clean amd all the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Free WiFi. Excellent quality breakfast - typical European buffet style with loads of choice. Thoroughly recommended.

Great hotel and even better location.

We loved everything about this Hotel. The location was amazing. A lot of food and shops in the area. The tram is located right in front of the hotel and allows you easy access to the entire city. The rooms were clean and very well designed. The hotels restaurant was incredible as was the bar attached to the front. Highly recommend.

Perfect Choice

We could have found a better spot, the rooms are a bit small by american standards., ours was smaller than what we had requested. Nonetheless, everything was perfect.

The location is perfect - it can best be described as 5 minutes from everything. Great Eco/ design (I am an architect) The staff is personable, and the breakfast was superb!!

The Hague itself, is a gem - we will be back for sure!!

Amazing staff. I would come again. My only complain was that the pictures shown on expedia for the property are not the ones of the room i booked. The hotel made clear that it was a mistake from expedia, but i think is also the hotels fault not to have some responsability on the pictures expedia listed.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Friendly welcoming staff. Two slight burrs for us - one was finding the bathroom soap dispenser empty as we showered - queue getting product from the sink to complete our showers & secondly the room was cold - was ok as the duvet was thick but showering we were shivering - the temp controls in the room appeared to be set to 21c but it felt cold with a breeze. Weird when the corridor is warmer than your room! The breakfast was excellent. Great location.

Excellent location and comfortable stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and bright, and the bathroom was also large. There was a pullout sofa in the sitting area where our daughter slept. She said the bed was more comfortable than most pullouts. We liked that although it was one room, the living area was on the other side of a wall, so it was in a separate space. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploration. The tapas restaurant across from the front of the hotel was absolutely delicious and definitely the best food we had while we were there. The only negative about this hotel is the cost of the buffet breakfast in the morning. There was quite a variety of teas, coffees, and juices, but the food choices could have been much better in light of the exorbitant cost. Note that if you are going to pay for breakfast, pay for it up front because it is much more expensive if you pay as you go. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel! Excellent location in a central part of the town. Shopping and many restaurants were close by. The architecture in the area was stunning! Walking was the easiest mode of transport as there was so much to view nearby. If i had a single issue it would 40 Euros for overnight parking is a little high, especially since the parking on the streets was so unclear. We were advised that the city will ticket and tow yet many cars were parked overnight and there were no tickets in sight. Staff at the hotel were not aware of the parking regulations either. All in all, well valued for the cost.
