The door lock from the inside is broken and the staff Nazif said he would contact maintenance. Suspect he never did as the lock wasn’t fix in the 4 nights I booked. Cups were also not cleaned daily so over all sloppy housekeeping. They did have some more helpful staff.

Excellent and historic hotel almost next to the Royal Palace in a chic street with many nearby restaurants, coffee shops bars and tram stops. We were not advised until arrival that some facilities were not available, dining, breakfast and bar which explains the surprisingly lower cost than expected from staying at other Hotel Indigos. Not an issue as there is so much available in the vicinity.

A little chilly initially as the hotel has needed to retain its old single glazed windows. We told the staff and a heater was provided which did the trick. A great hotel.

I travel extensively and I always stay in upscale hotels. I enjoyed my stay at The Indigo. The staff is incredible. On a scale of 1 to 10 , I would give the staff 12. Everything else is ambiance. I would definitely stay there again and suggest it everyone going to den Haag.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo. It was conveniently located in front of the Royal Palace, and all the attractions were all within walking distance. You can easily get a tram around the corner to take you to the beach at Scheveningen and to Delft which is 10 mins in either direction. Loads of places to eat locally as well. The Hotel itself is amazing, converted from the National Dutch Bank so it is a really interesting building. The staff cannot do enough for you! Really pleased we chose this hotel

The only negative is parking and you need to walk approximately 8 minutes. We had troubles with exiting the parking lot on Sundays because the card reader misread our license plate,There is no staff present to assist and you have to wait awhile before someone can help. This happened to us twice during our stay.

We were very well looked after throughout our 2 night stay. We enjoyed a very good dinner in the restaurant the evening we arrived. There was an excellent choice at breakfast and the service was quick and efficient. The rooms were clean and inconspicously serviced during our stay. Loved the safe! All of the communal areas were immaculately kept and every staff member we encouontered was friendly and helpful.

The best hotel ever for a quiet weekend in the Hague! The common area has greenery and several nooks for taking meetings over Zoom. One evening we were even treated to a classical string trio concert. Our room had no air conditioning and the front desk gave us another room.

Lovely central location in smart shopping area near Noordeinde Palace. Hotel in converted bank building. Friendly welcome at reception and early check-in available. Small room filled with large bed, very little space or storage (clothes rail and a shelf), odd “safe” cupboard with coffee machine and mini fridge. Some fittings in poor condition such as leaky shower door and worn out coffee machine. Watch out for lots of steps - up to hotel entrance, in corridor and even in the room - and there’s no help with luggage.

Indigo delivered exactly what I required

I only stayed one night, but this was exactly what I required: a very comfortable, quiet hotel, with excellent amenities, right in the centre of the city. Add to that the reasonable price, easy check-in and check-out, and friendly staff, the result is just right. Highly recommend.

The Fire Alarm went off twice before dawn. No messages from Hotel to say what was going on or if all was safe and Reception could not be contacted.
The glass shower door was loose, off its hinges and dangerous.

Smart, quite new hotel in smart, central location, by Noordeinde palace. Very small room (just wider than bed), ok for solo visit, would be a tight squeeze for two! Stylish design, coffee machine and fridge in a “safe” (building used to be a bank, bar is in basement vault).

This was our second time staying at the hotel Indigo but this time we had bad experience. Our room smells like Chinese food and we complained twice but without any solution. Also, one night we requested a tissue box and called the front disk again after a while to check and told us it is not available. We liked the theme of the hotel especially the breakfast place.

This is a beautiful, calm, welcoming hotel. It is lovely and unique inside with many of the historic bank architectural features preserved and showcased. It is perfectly located for seeing all of Den Haag as well as using it as using it for a jumping off point for day tripping throughout the area. The staff were wonderful, both at the front desk as well as in the restaurant and bar area. Breakfast is hearty, lots of variety and options for all tastes.

This hotel was once a bank and the hotel has saved or incorporated bank features into the hotel design. It is wonderful. The safes in each room, the original marble and woodwork are beautiful. The staff were so friendly as well. All around a fantastic experience. to top it off the location was perfect for walking around The Hague. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for atmosphere and location.

Interesting space in great neighborhood. The friendly front desk assigned me to a strange room off the first floor dining room - a small entry room with bath, desk, open closet, and a second floor loft for sleeping. Odd configuration. But when the delivery truck pulled up literally outside my window, I decided to request a room change. They responded quickly and moved me to a \"normal\" room on the second floor. I had good room and meal service experience. A billing discrepancy on checkout was resolved smoothly.

Bank on a Great Staff and Location

Very close to tram One stop to Central Station (First stop) and Central Station HS (Third Stop) Schiphol Airport Train in 30 minutes
6 minute tram ride from Hotel.
A short pleasant walk to Escher Museum and Mauritiushaus. (Vermeers Girl with the Pearl earrings is there, Gallery 16) Peace Palace is a 20 minute walk through international embassy's. (You need to book a reservation with the Palace) Amazing place, brought tears. Great reasonable restaurants abound. Shower is superb coffee, tea and safe in the safe in room. The only negative is four big hard pillows. They need to switch our two big hard ones for softer small ones. Perfect electronic curtains too.

This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. I will definitely be back. I love that they also have an a la carte breakfast option instead of just a buffet.

Perfect! 5 Stars

Indigo was perfectly located! The staff was amazing, and the room was even better. There is a small mart just a short minute walk from the hotel to get snacks, water, beer, pasteries. You are walking distance to many local museums, parks and the Royal Residence. Chinatown is only a few blocks away offering tons of different restaurants ranging from Chinese...Italian...Mexican...Thai and more. If you are in town for just one night or three, this is would be a great home base.

Like the curates egg - good in parts

Although this place looks great from the outside, the internals aren't quite as exciting. There's not many higher end hotels you can go to where there's no wardrobe and merely a rail to hang your clothes up in the room. Makes it look and feel like a student room! Bathroom floors are lethally slippery. The breakfast service leaves a lot to be desired - ordering tea shouldn't be complicated but having to ask for tea, then another tea bag, then a saucer for the cup, then milk, then sugar (all independently) is a bit much. The hot breakfast is uninspiring - omelettes that hardly seem to contain any egg and its all a bit tasteless. It'd be OK for a single night stay but after a couple of days the lack of amenities starts to get a bit wearing.

Great for a business trip

Everything was perfect. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely designed. The building is gorgeous and was recently renovated, and the location is very convinient to access the Peace Palace or downtown. Service was good too. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice, however the room was a bit small for two people. Unfortunately there was a problem with the drain in the shower, so after two nights we complained about it. Someone from Housekeeping came and poured some WC cleaner down the drain, however this didn’t fix the problem. We complained again and were given another room.

A place that fits for the King

As its name indicated, this hotel is located at the Palace Noordeinde area which is packed with stores for fine dining and shopping. The Dutch King's \"office\" is in a historic state building next to the hotel. You can see elaborated parades of the monarchy right from the hotel. Since this hotel was formally a Dutch bank, there are numerous references to its historical past. The hotel restaurant is called the Stocks and Bonds, and their Head Chef is famous in the culinary world. There are safes and vaults in the facility that have been re-designed for other uses. The rooms are spacious, and the staff are well trained to provide friendly and welcoming service. It is a neat place to stay.

I loved the location, right in the heart of the Royal Noordeinde shopping area. It was quiet and clean. The staff was very nice and always cheerful. The room was small but very nice. I had an attic room that had very nice architectural features like exposed wooden beams. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped.

Exceptional experience in an unassuming place

I was in The Hague on business with my husband tagging along for a short vacation after. From the outside, the hotel does not stand out and is seems rather small with an unassuming main entrance and a small lobby in what used to be a bank. However, the rooms, staff and food are anything but ordinary. Our room was very spacious, especially for a European city, clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked it so much that we expended our stay by two days. The restaurant area looked ordinary but we were tired so we took a chance and were very happy with our food and service. The location is fantastic, only steps away from the palatial offices and central to everything. From there, we were able to explore the city on foot and take public transportation to various attractions and nearby cities. You can also rent a bike right there at the hotel.

Great hotel with history

It was an amazing stay from the arrival to the departure. Friendly hotel staff, nice dinner, one of my best breakfasts, staff is on top of service and cleanliness. Very central in Den Hague and nearly everything is in walking distance. Next trip to Den Hague? Definitely my choice again.
