Slap bang in the middle of the centre of the hague..walking distance to trams and buses.
Great helpful staff .
Beds a bit hard for me personally and pillows could be a bit better and also towels need to be bigger . Otherwise comfortable stay

Staff very friendly. Rooms were large but in need of decoration it was very stark not even any pictures on the wall, the floors looked in need of a good scrub. Rooms clean but very basic. Breakfast was not good, it was not worth the cost. When we arrived our floor smelled like sewage and the corridors are very dirty.

Good breakfast and the staff were very good at keeping the buffet filled.
Room was clean but sadly it wasn’t cleaned during my stay, despite leaving the door card out. Also the rooms heating didn’t work during the entire stay. I reported it to reception a couple of times but nothing was done. Not the end of the world but definitely not perfect. Would probably go back though.

Great hotel near the centre. 10 minute walk from Den Haag Central station. Room I had was huge with microwave and fridge. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. All in all a good choice of hotel.

The room itself is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was great and very big - unfortunately it has one of the showers with only a half glass door so we did have to use a lot of towels due to the floor getting wet. The staff are lovely.

The area is very central and steps away from the train lines. Really quick access to everything in downtown area. It was a little bit noisy but the room was relatively sound proofed. Very comfortable stay and I would certainly stay again.

Plus is clean tidy and breakfast was great.
Minus - very small room, floor was grubby - ( not vacuumed ) and a ridiculously large empty fridge taking up so much space in an already small room was bizarre. Location was convenient for shopping but hopeless for taxi or pick up as right in pedestrian only area.

We had real difficulty finding the hotel and we walked past it twice.
The reception desk is on a high floor, and what we thought was all part of reception was actually the bar, which was odd, and not somewhere you’d choose to sit for a drink.
However, the room made up for everything. We booked the quadruple room for our family, which can sometimes be a little cramped. It was enormous! The huge beds were so comfy and there were 3 arm chairs, a full size fridge, kettle and microwave. We were very happy with our choice and the included breakfast was great too.

I usually stay in the Cove next door, this was unavailable so I chose Plaza. I was very pleasantly surprised - every staff member I interacted with was brilliant, the breakfast is excellent, my room was big and included both a fridge and a microwave, and was insulated from noise from the street. The gym is basic but has everything you could expect from a hotel gym. The staff members really elevated the experience for me. This is an excellent hotel considering the price and central location. I will be returning (:

The room itself was lovely and such a good size for 4 people. However, the rest of the building felt like it needed smartening up. The corridor carpets were very dirty and there was a funny damp smell around the place. The main entrance/lobby was also in need of some tlc. Good location though and suited our needs.

Comfortable Stay, but Street Noise Was a Problem
The hotel is well located and the room was nicely appointed—comfortable and clean with everything I needed. However, my room faced a very busy street, and the windows did little to block the noise. It was loud from early morning until late at night, which made it difficult to rest. I would strongly suggest the hotel alert guests in advance if their room is on the street side, especially for those sensitive to noise. Otherwise, it’s a well-run property in a convenient area.

Location was great : right in the middle of the main shopping street and walking distance to all the main sites, and also a stone's throw from the tram lines (10 mins walk to The Hague Central (train) Station.
Staff are super belpful and kind.
Rooms are great as are the beds. Super useful to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Have stayed here twice now and will pick this one again.

I had an amazing time at Plaza hotel,there isn’t much to complain about.my room was clean and big.even tho my window was facing the High Street. It wasn’t that noisy at all, pillows and bed not so great. I really didn’t like the bed was uncomfortable.How ever i had an issue with the cleaners. As i havent been told at the reception at the time of checking in that I must put the signe out before 6am in the morning for my room to be cleaned therefore I have missed this opportunity and out of three nights in the hotel my room haven’t been cleaned once.when I spoke to the receptionist she wasn’t really helpful.ive been told the only thing she can do is give me extra towels,even though the cleaners trolley was still on the corridor,but she wasn’t too bothered about it.i think for a 4and half star hotel this is a very poor thing to do.

They didnt clean my room on the first day even if i gave a request to clean. The elevator broke and i had to take the stairs for several days during my stay and no one helped me with my luggage when i checked-out even when the elevator was broken. On the positive side, the hotel is centrally located near all the shops and metro station, and so many dining options around.

About a ten minute walk from the central station situated on four floors above shops. Could not be more central for shops, sights and amenities. Close to excellent tram system. Reception very helpful and pleasant on arrival (and other times). Room with fridge and microwave (no evening meal). Little internal or external noise despite my room overlooking a busy pedestrianised street. Sadly, I had two single beds joined together and not a double but apart from that the room was good. Breakfast on the top floor - a good buffet with a variety of options. As with most hotels the cooked items quickly turned cool but otherwise fine with efficient staff. I would stay at the hotel again.

The only problem was the shower.
IT IS DANGEROUS.
Open Half glass pannel causes water to soak the floor creating a slippery mess and the shower is extremely slippery WITH NO HANDRAULS to grab topre ent falling.

This was about 10 minutes from the station, a straightforward walk. The entrance is very slightly round the corner on a side-turning off the main street. There is no hotel frontage (it's over the shops) but it's well marked. Reception is upstairs (there is a lift). Staff were charming and very helpful. My room had a full-size fridge with water bottle and a microwave. A large glossy book was full of information on the area. Wifi was weak. The double bed had 2 single covers; one double would have been better. The hotel is right in the centre of the shopping area, which is handy for food outlets, but perhaps the location is less attractive - depends what you want

We had a 4pax room and the room is really huge . Lots of space left even after we open up our lugguage.

Only think we do not like is the bath room. There is no shower screen. It results on the bathroom floor wet after each of us shower. Very Good location. Walking from train station and surround by shops and eating place

Stayed for 3 nights and bed covers were never changed. Rooms had no extra like other 4 star hotel, ie. Shower caps. They seem to not care how many people are in room since they kept giving us 1 or 2 towels everyday. Good location and that’s about it but I heard there’s another hotel on the other side which offers better service called Novotel.

Perfect spot for this beautiful city.

This is a hotel in the middle of the action, close to all main stores, public libraries, museums etc. The hotel conditions are in perfect state, the staff is very courteous and focused on solving any guest requirements. They have a very nice coffee machine right at the reception oh the hotel that can do any type of coffee so if you are arriving early of the checking time enjoy all the coffee you want from there because is free. They do keep your luggage at no cost if you arrive early or you leave the hotel late, so you can keep enjoying this great and fun city. Don't forget to get one of the fresh made waffles that are been sold for 2 Euros just outside the Hotel in a big street car, you will love them. The room of the hotel is very spacious, and everything is spotless clean. The beds are very confortable and the premises include a gym.

The location of the property, the friendly and helpful staff, and the cleanliness of the large room were the best aspects of the hotel…and the free use of the WMF coffee/espresso machine in the lobby.

I did not like the thin shower/bath towels. With that stated, the FRIENDLY hotel staff provided me and the family with more towels upon request.

Great view from large windows, clean upon entering the room.

When we arrived at the hotel more than an hour after check in opened we were told there were no clean rooms, so we sat down to wait and that they had no idea how long it would be. Another couple came in after us who became visibly angry when told there were no rooms, were upgraded and were given a room immediately. This was really strange and unfair.

Poor design of the shower meant it was impossible to shower without getting water all over the floor. This meant all towels were soaked. A phone call requesting new towels was ignored and I had to call the reception again later the next day. Cheap synthetic bedding meant sleeping was sweaty and uncomfortable.

The television light and embedded clock light were extremely bright and needed to be covered up at night as it wasn't possible to turn off.

An expensive hotel when considering the large amount of faults.
