Amazing view, perfect location
We stayed one night in the height of the heat wave. Air conditioning was excellent! Best I've had in Europe. They put us on the park side and the view was beautiful. Such a relaxing night sleep and morning wake up. Also, we arrived super late at night after a rock concert and the night staff were efficient and very nice.

Such a great location, right beside the train station and Haagse Bos. There is Sixt car rental in the same building. The offer bicycle rental - 10 euros/day (05/2025). They offer a buffet breakfast in their bar area for 21 or 22 euros per person but we felt that this was greater than the value of the breakfast available. The front desk staff were helpful and polite. I would stay here again. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They didn't offer any do not disturb signs and did clean our room once without us expecting it. Otherwise, an excellent experience.

Generally the stay was very good. However when we asked if it might be possible to switch to a room with a walk in shower for my elderly mum - we were told the hotel only had one such room and it was occupied. Surely hotel this size would nee more accessible rooms?!

The checkin required entering a lot of personal information a second time. Positive was free minibar refreshed every day. The bed was very comfortable and the room could black out and was quiet - Until construction started Monday morning. Lucky I was checking out but wouldn't mind some notice about the next door construction interruptions (not good if working remote for example)

Very convenient location except for the construction next door. Noise was not a problem as we faced an inner courtyard. Room was large, with 2 chairs but no place to open a suitcase. Had to place 2 suitcases on the floor. Only had 4 hangers. I asked for more & there were none. Stayed 2 nights. Didn’t have heat 1st night & room was very cold. I asked for help & was given a portable heater. It worked well. Room is very dark to do any work at the desk. Could use a desk light. I asked for change of towels after 1 night because nothing was drying in the cold room. The towels never arrived but with the heat, it worked out.

Our stay at Babylon Hotel was really nice. The hotel is modern and clean and felt really comfortable. Only a 10 minute walk to some of the main sights in the city. You can rent bikes for 10 euros for the day which was quite fun for exploring the area.

The hotel is part of the new Babylon development, handily close to the main railway station. It's a modern hotel, like most modern hotels, but with one distinct different that proved to be a real problem for me: the room was very dark. I don't just mean in natural light, but also artificial. At first I thought a bulb had blown or there were more lights I hadn't switched on! This may not matter to you, but if - like me - you needed to work, then the gloom is enough to make working on papers a real problem. I actually had to work in a cafe, instead.

As luck would have it, water was going to be cut off from 10 pm to 6 am on the only night we were going to spend at The Babylon Hotel in The Hague. Although this eould normally have been a reason for us to choose a different accommodation, the friendly and courteous treatment we received from Rashaad at the front desk was enough to make us decide to stay.
He was fluent in three languages including our preferred Spanish. And he was kind to offer us some perks which made our stay so much more pleasant.
The water shut off (not fault of the Hotel) became a minor nuisance compared to the convenience of the location, the excellent breakfast and the friendliness of Rashaad and other ataff members. We were also lucky to have a beautiful view of the Park and the City.
Parking is a little complicated but they took the time to patiently guide us through the online booking process which you should try to do in advance. In Europe it is a good thing to memorize the license plate of your rental car. It'll come in handy.

I loved how close the building was to the station and how friendly the staff were! Had a friendly small conversation about it being my first time in the Hague. It was a great experience to end my first day in the hague and I was even given a free upgrade upon my arrival. I would definitely visit here again if I ever take another trip back out.

Hotel in reasonable condition, with corridors refurbished but some paint etc. scratches in the room.and a broader refurb is probably going to fall due in a few years' time. Has been rebranded to Eden Hotels relatively recently and the staff on the front desk were all very helpful and completely on the ball. Room room doors have had a rather rough retrofit of an anti break-in bar, presumably to deter theft. Bathroom pretty clean. Limited evening menu but staff seemed very busy so didn't try it out. Unfortunately, although it was fine walking round the area and the hotel is only about 250m from Centraal Station, the bit on the front of the station has been under reconstruction for years (building seems to have stopped for now) and is not the most wonderful intro to the city.

I chose it because it takes less than a one minute walk to reach the Den Haag's main railway station where one can also hop on a bus or a tram. I was able to find all kinds of restaurants at walking distances. The staff was always helpful. My room was always clean and quiet. Always felt safe. I will return for sure.

Great value for money. The hotel is literally next door to the centraal station, and the city trams, so you can get to anywhere with no trouble. The beach is 20 minutes away, as is Amsterdam and Rotterdam. A super hotel with lovely staff.

Really we're very disappointed about the quality of the hotel score of 8.8 is very very high, as globe trotter this hotel doesn't deserve a score of 5. I will not repeat another stay in this hotel only exceptions. the only good thing is the central location in the Hague.

We stayed here as a family of four (2 young kids) and it worked out brilliantly. We booked a larger room which has a fold out sofa bed, which was perfect for our two young kids. The location was particularly handy being so close to the station, which meant only a 2min walk - a dream when you have a ton of luggage as well. The room itself was very modern and clean, with a really nice view of the park across the road. A neat little bonus is the free mini bar, which is re-stocked regularly. It's just a handy little extra to have when you haven't had a chance to go to the supermarket. While we didn't get the breakfast included in our room, we did pay for it one day, and while expensive, the selection of food was very decent and of high quality. The hotel also has a bike rental service for around EU10 per day (very reasonable) and The Hague is simply awesome to ride around in, so don't miss the opportunity to do this. The main part of the city is only about a 5-10min walk away as well, and the trams about 3-5mins, so all in all a highly convenient location. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice hotel conveniently located near central station and trams. I was upgraded to a junior suite from a superior room, it is worth paying a bit extra for the included minibar and nepresso machine. The bathroom was set up for a disabled person which I found slightly inconvenient and the windows over looked other buildings. If I ever back in The Hague I would stay here again, it was only about 15 minute walk to the town centre.

The hotel is perfectly situated next to the train station and the staff were friendly and professional. Upon hearing that this was our second visit to the hotel they upgraded our room with their compliments and thanks for choosing them a second time. The shopping streets are very close and the Escher and other museums are in easy walking distance. I recommend this hotel unreservedly.
