Really great staff, a game to play on check-in (I won a shot!), room had coffee maker with coffee bags, large fridge and microwave. Bathroom was pretty boring but other than that it had everything you could want. Location was a bit out in the sticks and a 10 min walk to the bus stop. But other than that it was brilliant.

Hi,
Before my booking I paid all the taxes and city tax but when I checked in 15th of August I get charged 83.50 euro tax and city tax.
The receptionist told me if I am on paying this amount I will not able to check in the hotel.
It’s quite heartbreaking for myself, I could not understand that hidden cost for which purpose I have been charged for???
I will be very happy if I got refund this amount as soon as possible.

The room was small and a bit dated. There was no air conditioning, only a fan, so it wasn’t very comfortable to sleep. It’s okay for a one-night stay. On the plus side, there was a microwave, and the staff were friendly.

The photos on this property does not do justice to its level of horribleness. The asking price is far from what is being offered—it’s overly priced! No A/C in 23 degree weather with no airflow created a smelly sauna from their room. And there is no response from their management with inadequate staff at the property. I advise against this choice.

Such lovely staff, we were greeted by a friendly face and great service. The hotel is well situated for a walk or short bus ride into the city. There are games and entertainment in the foyer downstairs and there is a great atmosphere. Our bedroom was clean and spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

The Teleport was perfect for what I needed - a clean room for the night, tea / coffee facilities, and a comfortable bed. As you know, it's situated in an unattractive part of town...which did not matter to me because all I wanted was an early night. The receptionist was charming, warm and efficient . Many thanks. All in all it was very good value for money.

The family room had space and it was comfortable enough. The real downside was the lack of ability to control the room temperature and the lack of any additional blankets or quilts as the room was a bit on the cold side.

There are games and activities available so children (and adults) are entertained.

Overall it was a pleasant stay.

this place is more of a hostel, possibly with some residential accommodation.
Very basic and not what i would regard as a hotel.

Quirky place to stay, amazing food next door!

Funky place, so handy to have a fridge, crockery, coffee maker and kettle. A microwave was also provided but we ate dinner at the Veggiesaurus Indian restaurant within the same building (it was fabulous) so we didn’t use that. It’s on a busy road that’s not so easy to walk from, but there was a good bus service to the door from Centra Station. Staff were super kind and helpful! We would come back.

Do not stay at this hotel, if you can avoid it.
Good things: staff was friendly.
Bad things:
Shabby building in poor repair.
Windows screwed shut, with no air conditioning, on sunny side of building; room was unbearably hot and stuffy! No ability sleep or even relax in the room.
Tea towel was dirty and stained from.previous guests.
Bed linens stained.
Shower overflowed onnfirst use; had to remove massive hair clog from drain to make it functional.
Coffeemaker made terrible coffee.
Free coffee at front desk (1/day), but staff one morning were unable to operate equipment.
Batteries died in remote control; front desk staff unable to provide replacement (until next shift started following day)
\"Kitchen\" in room was sparsely stocked (no bowls, glasses); microwave dirty
Hotel is on a busy, dirty highway but is nonetheless 15 minutes walk from any usable transit into town. Only McDonalds nearby.

Good - but overcharged tourist tax.

We only stayed one night as a stop over. The check it was fine, although they changed us tourist tax for 4 adults when our booking was clearly 2 adults and 2 children (in a single family room). We noticed right away, but just after tapping to pay, and we're (very kindly) told it was a mistake but too late to fix and it was shrugged off. I couldn't argue with 2 children in tow so let it go at the time. I did however chat with hotels.com staff who have sorted it and they are apparently processing a refund.

Apart from the slight annoyance (it was only 12 euros, but of course they could refund it and their refusal at check in did annoy us as it was clearly their mistake) the room was fine, clear and the hotel was quite and conveniently located.

Location is however a bummer, and definitely not \"close to Het Binnenhof\" , as advertised in Hotel.com. This description was quite misleading as the hotel is a 40 minute walk from \"Het Binnenhof \"!

I see why it’s called the Teleport hotel.
Your first impression is “how do we teleport out of here??”
I honestly can’t understand how some people can describe this place as exceptional. I wonder how they would describe a 5 star hotel.
At best this place is just average!!
And the noise!! We were woken up 3 or 4 times each night by people walking past our room and talking VERY loudly.
And this after 2am. We would not recommend this hotel.

Front desk staff are friendly and amazing, parking is convenient and free. Room is clean and comfortable though a little small. Lobby is small, but interesting.

Breakfast is not complementary, the presentation online was not too attractive.

The only problem is the shower door is not sealed, so water gets out and flooded the bathroom every time. The shower head can be located at the side way instead.

Noisy room but with good size

The room doesn’t have sound proof, so we can hear the passing by from the door outside and the neighboring rooms. The window also doesn’t block the sound, so at 7am we were waken up by the construction sound from the field. The advantage of the room is a decent size with a small kitchen.

It’s a hostel: daring to claim otherwise.

Booked in with my family as the end stop of our European holiday. Sadly it’s not quite as advertised. It appears to be a repurposed office block in part of The Hague that attempted to become a business district and then gave up.
Residents loiter in the foyer, on the street and within the corridors. The one of three lifts that were functioning are used by children to shuttle continuously between floors to visit friends and family in long-term residence. The floors are dirty, rooms have no A/C and despite the protestations of the front desk to the contrary, it’s blatantly a hostel for the transient, undocumented and possibly those under government-sponsored limbo while awaiting immigration processing. Avoid.

This was the worst place we stayed on our vacation to Europe. It was so bad that we checked out early and found another hotel. The staff didn't help or offer assistance. There was no AC in the family room. That was bad enough but 730AM the day after we checked in the construction site right next door started piling that shock the ENTIRE HOTEL. This continued until 430pm. We asked to be moved to a sister hotel and was told by the very unsympathetic front desk staff that we are welcome to leave but will not be refunded. For 8 nights was almost 1900$ in a dusty hot hotel. And the advertisement about family friendly hotel WHAT a joke. The ping pong take was on top of the pool table and the foosball table was for toodlers. HORRIBLE. We emailed the hotel on Tuesday, no reply. This property is no VIP property. Please take off this VIP status as you are promoting lies.

Uniquely decorated room. Spin wheel prizes, plus the cups and coloring books in the room are so thoughtful for the kids. Being able to fit a family of 5 in the room is such a plus!

The facilities of the hotel are themed with weird paintings all over the place, you get a weird mood that doesn't work with a hotel!

The atmosphere of the hotel itself is not what you'd expect if you are used to chain hotels, there's a weird bad smell in the hotel, it starts once you get into the elevator and continues in the hallways of the upper floors.

The first room we got was a corner room, it was horrible! Bad lightning (very dimmed), no space around the bed, after complaining to the guy at reception, we moved into a better room.

If you are not a family, this place might suit you, but as a family, we regretted we booked there.

Simple, nice hotel situated in a commercial area. A little bit far away from the city center. But, a bus stop is near by and after three stops you are at Central Station. A small shopping mall can be reached with a 10 min. walk. The sink in the shower was colgged.

The hotel was nice enough, the bed comfy. However, their website refers to there being a swimming pool on site. There isn't. Also, the \"free\" Netflix worked only the first night out of the four nights I was there, When I brought this up to the front desk staff I was assured they would look into it. However, when I tried to use it it only said that my account needed to be paid.

Room was nice - very odd decor throughout and mad lifts that stop on each floor automatically, but very clean hotel, comfy bed and no complaints at all. Also 20 mins walk in a straight line to central station & next to a clean McDonald's.

One night in The Teleport Hotel for Pink concert

It was pleasant stay, the Teleport hotel looks new and modern. Room is great, big and soft bed, very clean, has a small kitchenette with coffee machine, kettle and microwave; tea bags and coffee pads were also provided. People on the desk are friendly and nice. Area around was a little bit rough, but probably it felt like that because there were some road works. The hotel is in a walking distance to the Malieveld and city center.

Since the hotel is located away from the Hague centre (approx 25 - 30 min walking distance), it is a relatively low price. However, it is also a little inconvenient. The hotel has a service of bicycle rent if you can ride a bicycle. Overall, it is okay to stay for a short period (1-2 nights).

I generally like this hotel. The staff who greeted me (Richard) were friendly and nice! There was a cute “spin the wheel” game for new guests and I won some Stroopwaffles!
The street art design is very cool and the rooms are equipped with a mini kitchen and fridge!! That was incredible and saved me a lot of money, since the Jumbo supermarket was close by. I also rented a bike and took myself to museums and the beach. The rental and return from the hotel was easy! The bed was soft and comfortable and my room had two windows with lovely views of Den Haag. I could’ve laid around all day.

Downsides- I arrived back late (11:30p) with friends after a skate party and the other front desk manager was mean. He kept yelling at us to be quiet, when we were just talking. No one else was in the lobby. This was not our experience the previous year- so I think it was just that night desk manager. Also, the drain in my shower was SO SLOW to clear. I had to turn off the water in the middle of my showers to let the water go down, or it would’ve flowed out of the shower. That meant, water ON to get wet. OFF to put on shampoo and soap up. ON to rinse... and so on. This was very frustrating.

Overall, I would come back to his hotel again. I love how close it is to MOOOF and Es Quint, which is my main reason for being in Den Haag.

Great room amenities, near McD & 4 supermarkets

This was our first stop in The Netherlands so did not really know what to expect at the beginning, only after staying at few different other hotel then we know this was a good choice due to full room amenities, location was good as it's near McD and there are 4 supermarkets just within 10 minutes walking over the bridge around the corner after passing McD, the front desk staff share these info BTW.
Parking was also pretty cheap only 5 euro/night and if you are lucky enough you can still steal a spot at the alley right next to the hotel, sort of behind it.
Breakfast seems to be good at the restaurant at the lobby level but we did not partake as we had a very tight schedule even though we had a discount voucher when checking in...that was fun.
The only draw back was the bed was not properly maintained as one side of the bed was concaved due to too many guests sitting at that same spot every time, otherwise the room will be perfect.

This is with no doubt one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. It is made with taste, so comfy, cozy and beautiful. The room was perfect: sunny, clear, big enough with a good view. It even has a netflix account for the room! The staff was very, very nice and helpful. You have to try the food in the restaurant, They have just a few things on the menu but they taste like heaven! I highly recommend the place. It is close to the city center, about 15-20 minutes walking. There is also transportation if you prefer that. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay you have provided for us!

Comfortable accomodation in The Hague

Friendly, courteous staff who helped me in extending our stay and in changing our room. Accommodation was spacious and light. Perfect for working on a project. Handy gym facilities. Restaurant's offerings were simple, but good. Staff was very attentive. McDonald's is also just around the corner. Large, free parking directly in front of hotel. Would definitely go back.

Staff have been very attentive to needs and so polite especially as younger than I lol (Florian and Polly thanks)
Have used standard rooms (901 top floor) and apartment (916). Food good and reasonable. Breakfast till 11 and check out 12. Very useful for 2pm ferry back to UK. Also close to ferry if just arriving at 5 pm. Have done both. Lots to do and see and good value so worth staying a few days to explore.
Be aware cards needed to pay bar or food bills so include breakfast (it good!) in booking if can. Food in bar good and reasonable prices. (McD v close by if you want lol).
We shall be staying again and perhaps try the Teleport Amsterdam next.

Friendly staff, comfortable room. There was a lot of construction going on in the area which made it difficult to reach be car. The hotel has a decent restaurant, but there are very few eating choices nearby. Hotel itself was great with a very friendly staff.

Ok place except the neighborhood

5 night stay in the Hague. Hotel showed its age, but the bed was very comfortable. Sound isolation from the next room was bad, but the earplugs fixed that problem. I did not see any A/C in my room, so the window was open all day. Luckily the hot summer was over already. Breakfast was ok, once you learnt there were made to order omelets available. Tasty it was. The neighborhood was a disappointment as there were no restaurants in the area except the burger restaurant. The walk to the downtown was not easy. In the area there was a plenty of construction zone, car dealerships, other industrial businesses.

Good location, wonderful staff

We stayed at this hotel for four days and throughout, the staff was great, helpful and made us feel at home. The location was great for us because it is close to the Hogeschool The Hague where our daughter is studying, it is close to the highway going to other places like Rotterdam, Utrecht and Amsterdam, close to the center of the city and parking is free of charge in front of the hotel. It was also easy to meet other guest and share experiences. We will surely come back next time we are in the area.
