Poznan is very easy to get around using buses and trams for very little. The Platinum Residence Hotel has a good restaurant.
The room however felt like we were staying in the Attic. My wife bumped her head on the sloping ceiling more than once. The bathroom had a walk in shower, but the water tended to go every where

After entering reception desk I was advised by staff that there is no possibility of parking car because I didn't book parking place before coming. I answered that I didn't realise such necessity from my booking confirmation and on Hotels.com was only info that venue has a parking place. For my question what I can do now with my car receptionist told me that it isn't her problem and only mine and I can park in the other hotel in the neighbourhood. Taking this advise in consideration I advise receptionist that I cancel my stay and would use hotel which she advert to me not only for my car but also for me so I moved my accommodation to Poznań City Park Hotel

The rooms on the second floor rooms are in the attic. They have no windows (just a skylight), and the pitch of the roof is sharp that I constantly hit my head on it. Definitely ask for a first floor room. The staff was great and very helpful and the restaurant food very good.

A nice surprise.

We were driving and Poznan was a good stopping point so we booked this nice hotel. The restaurant was being upgraded and was closed until the first of August 2015. There was a 5 star restaurant only 5 minutes walk away, so no problem. The staff was very nice and the room was very comfortable. The air conditioning is not controllable in the room and it would have been nice to have been able to use as it had been 88 degrees that day and the room was stuffy. This would normally not be a problem as it is not that hot in Poland. All in all we were really pleased.

Very modern hotel

This is a very modern hotel, with very good service. It is not in the centre of the City, but has a tram just outside the hotel. Very clean and tidy and this is the (I think) fourth time I have stayed here - enough said?

OK but not great

The room was comfortable and the staff was good.
The hotel is not close to the center or to the train station making taxi service necessary.
Mostly, I found the bathrooms weird with the all glass wall for the shower and toilet so other guests in the room could watch while you took care of private matters.
I would be OK to stay again with just my wife, but I would not stay with a family.

not a true 5-star but a solid 4-star

My TV was not functioning properly so to make it up to me they offered me free breakfast which I found very nice. Rooms are small but smart as it is an old converted mansion. Only problem was my minibar had no water in it which was the only thing I wanted. Overall, good value for the money. Residential neighbourhood, so nowhere to really go out unfortunately.

Beautiful residential experience completely remodeled inside with private parking- aplus in Posnan. Award winning chef has created an excellent menu with a variety of local and regional dishes. Free Internet made access easy and fast and the staff provided excellent service. Just 15 minutes by car/ taxi to the airport and similar distance to old City Market. The corner location is across from a large park so that even on morning traffic rooms are quiet. Great value for the value and not expensive

Nice room - shame about the noise

Lovely hotel - third time I have stayed there. This time, though, I was in a front room overlooking the roads and the traffic noise kept going all night. People are very nice and do look after me, but had to sit in the restaurant one night for about 20 minutes - no one came to me, so I had to go find someone. But they are still nice and friendly - when they are there. Still have an issue with the shower (wet room) making most of the floor wet - keep your towel and clothes off the floor or the other side of the sink.

Very modern hotel

This is a very modern hotel with modern features. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. Only issue I had is the shower is a 'wet room' in which half of the room gets wet! Make sure your towel and floor mat are at least at the middle of the sink or they get wet. Good food, good service. Nice open position, but not really in the middle of town, but there is now a tram service and it is only a few minutes drive away from the main football stadium (I still haven't been inside it).

Nice, modern cozy hotel.

Stayed one night only. Clean room and very comfortable bed. After we checked out, in a hurry we left wallet in the opened safe box. Half an hour later we called hotel about it. Maid lady founded it.

Small but perfectly formed

Very comfortable rooms, very clean and modern and also with friendly service - they speak English well. The room was quite small but was very modern and smartly furnished in a pale, minimalist way, and great value - so absolutely no complaints and a thumbs up. I'd stay here again if I'm in Poznan on business.

UNUSUAL HOTEL.

The fixtures in our room at this hotel were quite unique. The shower was a glassed in room with the toilet. It had a great large overhead shower and a hand-held shower wand as well.Water was everywhere and the floor was very slippery. There were lamps situated above the bed that could be in the way at times because of their closeness to the pillow. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking is limited. The distance to the main square is walkable in 40 minutes. We did not eat at the restaurant on site.

Erg mooi hotel, alleen de kamers waren erg klein en er kon geen raam open. Daardoor voelde het wat benauwd. Er waren schuine muren waardoor je aan 1 kant van het bed alleen gebukt kon lopen, dat was niet prettig. Verder erg vriendelijk personeel, hele mooie aankleding, schone mooie kamers. Goed ontbijt en diner, dichtbij de plek waar wij moesten zijn dat weekend.

Hotel niedaleko od centrum miasta. Bardzo przyjemne i kameralne miejsce. Pokój wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. Drobnym minusem jest niewielki parking i obsługa podczas śniadania. W restauracji w której serwowane jest śniadanie jest pięć stolików więc nie sprzątnięcie po śniadaniu poprzednich gości powoduje, że nie ma gdzie usiąść. :)

Nice place but a bit pricey for what it offers

Good things:
- spacious room,
- comfortable mattress
- quiet room even when facing two busy streets
- warm and cozy room
- nice bathroom
- clean
- free water

Things to improve:
- Pillows!! flat and very uncomfortable (i know its subjective) but they were so flat that i would recommend providing better ones
- poor WIFI
- malfunctioning shower
- vacuum cleaning at 7am can be heard in the room

Une agréable surprise

Le but était de visiter Poznan, je n'en aurai vu que cet hôtel pour cause de maladie cela m'a permis de voir à quel point le personnel était à l'écoute, serviable et professionnel.

La chambre était une chambre de type supérieur, le prix n'est que légèrement plus haut. Elle n'était pas gigantesque, sa taille était son plus gros défaut. La douche est agréable mais il est difficile de ne pas inonder la salle de bain. La chambre était parfaitement propre et le lit assez confortable.

Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est copieux mais je ne saurais que vous conseiller de vous y rendre assez tôt. La salle à manges respire et le grand espace entre les table est vraiment agréable.

Dans l'ensemble j'ai donc trouvé le rapport qualité prix de cet hôtel très avantageux !

Ok - hvis man kan lide at vise sin krop frem

Udemærket 1 dags hotel. Ved længere ophold bliver man træt af at alle kan se når man bader eller sidder på wc. Der er glasvæg til badeværelset uden frosting eller tilsvarende. Ellers søde og venlige ansatte.
