Lovely hotel in a location local to the centre (about a 6min walk). The hotel has as lovely ambience & Steve & his team looked after us really well. Steve was readily available to give advice & directions & even booked restaurants for us with it being a busy Xmas period.
While the room are small they have everything you need including a safe & a fridge. The shower was good with plenty of hot water & breakfast albeit continental gave us a great start to the day. Would definitely book again.

The hotel is well positioned in a quieter part of town on one of the many waterways, although the main square is a mere 5 minutes walk away. Hotel's location is very convenient for a quick walk to the Market Square and other attractions. Room was advertised as a romantic room with river view but there was nothing special about the room besides the big bed. On the second night we noticed water on the floor beside the bed which was coming through the wall behind the bed. When hotel was told we were asked to go back to the room and open the windows. Hotel is clean and quiet.

Very charming hotel in a lovely and quiet area of beautiful Bruges. One of the pretty canals is right behind the hotel which is great for peaceful walks. It's only a short stroll to the square where there's plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants... and lots of scrumptious Belgian waffles 👌.

We needn't have worried as communication with the hotel was excellent and they made special arrangements for our late arrival on short notice. Top service! From the moment you walk in the front door, you’re welcomed by your host. The rooms we had were excellent. Very quiet area just a few minutes walk from the closer restaurants and bars (and an excellent patisserie for breakfast). Highly recommended, and we’d definitely stay there again, without hesitation.

Choose another option. We were very disappointed with this choice, mostly because the proprietor/manager was extremely unfriendly and the rooms sub-par. I was swayed by the positive reviews which, in my opinion, are not warranted. The manager actually had the audacity to scold me for not contacting him sooner when our bus was late. They did not provide us with a Wi-Fi code and told me I should have gone on a scavenger hunt to find it. Further, there is no a/c and it is extremely hot in the rooms. There are no screens on the windows so when we opened the windows to cool the room down, many mosquitos came in. Poor planning. Every question posed at the desk was met with an attitude of “why are you bothering me”….To top it off, the room was very small, with low end provisions (not even coffee or hot water for a morning tea). In sum, this hotel is overpriced, not deserving of the prior reviews. This is definitely a 2 star hotel.

This hotel is perfectly located in a quiet area within easy walking distance of the main square. We received a very warm welcome and the room was clean although quite small with limited storage space. Breakfast was rather basic but adequate for us. The hotel is right next to a canal and we were invaded by mosquitos at night, so best to keep the window shut!

Owner was so helpful, friendly, polite and informative. Suggested places to visit and had map with hotel and other locations already highlighted. Absolutely made our stay in Bruges better than we expected. Even gave us a glass of bubbles as it was my daughters birthday, and recommended and booked a fabulous restaurant forus! Great location - not too far from the centre. Rooms clean and comfortable. Housekeeping excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for 3 nights over the New Year period. Great location away from the crowds but all sights within walking distance of about 10 minutes. Taxi cost 15 euro from train station but the number 4 bus will drop you within a minute walk to the hotel.
