Not a great experience. They only provide 1 bath towel for the 2 of us! Later in the night, they brought us a bleached up blue towel. No hand towels. Smell in bathroom. Tight basement parking. Access in and out was difficult.

This hotel was one of the prefered hotel fornme in last 4 years plus.But unfortunately the service...quality has gkne drastically down....seems they are taking bulk booking from travel agencies and crowded.I asked for shoe polish and extra towel and they said no stock...

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Premier, super accommodating & professional staff They were very hospitable ( I mainly dealt with lady at the front desk/ Basil&Abrar (sorry for butchering the names :) and they were pleasant and super knowledgeable, rooms kept clean and fresh everyday! Will Definitely recommend checking it out! Hopefully will stay there again! Thank you!

The hotel is decent for the money, there is no wow about it. Decently clean but rather lifeless. It is a dry hotel. A good place if you plan to be out most of your day, otherwise there is only the tv in the room with limited selection of channels to watch ( no nat geo, bbc earth, discovery, etc.).

Improve needed

At night when we arrived they informed us gym is not working. Then next day there was a note that swimming pool is not working until further notice but the gym is back to operation. I went to see the gym.. very poor. Sink was blocked and hair dryer was not working until we called them to fix. Room with no view. In my case we didnt stayed much in the hotel but still they should inform us.Thumbs up for housekeeping team as they were great. Service overall poor. Iman was great. Quick check out

That we did have a few logistical problems, mainly the power being out for several hours, it was unavoidable in the area and the hotel had a backup generator. The service is excellent and the hotel is convenient to Avenues Mall. Room is modern and comfortable.

The staff are super helpful. I arrived early and they kindly provided me with early check in. They were also helpful in sending package by courier.

This was a good hotel. We stayed here twice and noticed they tend to only provide one towel. Everytime we had to call for extra towels. Carpet in the hallways needs to be stretched as we tripped several times. Breakfast was excellent,

Fine hotel seemingly catering to business crowd both loxal and international. Easy location for access to airport and roads out of town. Nothing to do or see nearby or within walking distance. No bar but the restaurant buffet seemed to be always open for one meal or another. I stayed twice. One room was clean and quiet but the 2ns had an awful deep throbbing noise from a generator that the hotel couldn’t fix or resolve.

Very bad experience with housekeeping. Staff wipe the room with dirty towels left in the bathroom floor. Cups are rinsed in the sink and are never replaced. When raised concern to management their answer was that this is a new staff and did not know. They had nothing else to say. Lame excuse. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Food Poisoning

The buffet was horrible. The food was disgusting. I got food poisoning from a club sandwich. They didn’t care until my friend spoke to the manager and I was vomiting all over the place. They didn’t compensate for poisoning me. They even charged me for the soup while I was very sick and recovering. They denied that they had anything to do with it. One of the waiteesses, Marlene I think, was very nice. She kept checking on me and took care of me.

The hotel was in great conditions, very clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds and good shower. There was always a place to park for free in front of the hotel. He had breakfast at the hotel one day and it was very good quality and variety. We would stay again.

Pretty good! but one thing...

Experience was great. Was exactly what I wanted and for the price, a little more. Bed was comfy, room was nice.

2 things;

1. don't advertise mini bar if you have to ask the staff to fill it -- you know... fill it before I get there... right?

2. don't advertise max occupancy 2 persons AND THEN CHARGE ME $30+ TO HAVE A GUEST! -- ridiculous and frustrating. This was the only thing that made my stay less than perfect. And seriously, if you really have to charge a fee, a. advertise that that is the policy, and b. charge less -- it's absurd.

very hard to get to due to the service road

Got bit by something, had 4 bites that swelled up good for days. not just a mosquito bite. Don't book a king suite I think they seem smaller than a superior king which is a lower price.

I arrived early on my check-in day and they allowed me to use the pool. Downside was there was a swimming lesson taking place so I couldn’t relax as I’d hoped to. I was allowed to check in an hour earlier than the usual check-in at no extra cost - thanks Balu. Blackout in the room was excellent and I got a room away from the construction so it was nice and quiet. The bin in the room was rusted and the drainage in the sink was very slow. Breakfast at the Atrium is satisfactory if you’re on a short stay. The dinner buffet could be improved - the food is either too spicy or bland. Ordered the kunafa from “The City Kabab” and it was just vermicelli with sugar syrup and no cheese (photo attached). Good hotel for anyone who will be out for most of the day...

Facility was dated. Workout room was a huge disappointment, most equipment did not work. Reservation was wrong when we arrived. They had canceled one of our rooms. Staff was helpful which was the highlight of the stay.

Upon entering the lobby I was greeted by the Manager. He offered his assistance at anytime to address any concerns I might have. The Staff were very helpful and friendly. The Dine In menu was very good and was offered throughout the evening and early morning. A great option when arriving late at night. The room was beyond my expectations in size and décor.

Nice hotel in middle of expressway hell

Went to Oman thinking it would provide fascinating glimpse of an Arab nation still true to its roots. Found instead, a country living in its cars, addicted to Western glamour brands and fast food, and only the great beyond, the desert that intimidates by its vast red mystery. Even in October almost too hot to breathe and beaches and sand, boiling hot. Lavish praise from others not proven in my experience. Plus it is very expensive.

Best hotel service at a very reasonable rate

Best Western is excellent in ever are from staff tonroom size to cleanliness.
The room has good size and spotless clean. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They helped reconfirm my tour pick time on the following day before my arrival.
They made my stay very comfortable.
The price is unbeatable in expensive Oman.

Comfy but lots of construction near by.

Stayed here comfy bed. Nice room. The bathroom kept flooring due to clogged drains maybe. The side room looked on to a a big green plastic sheet that covered the construction next door. I wouldn't stay here until buildings on both sides have been completed. It's was a mess to on both sides and parking is just street parking. No one to assist with luggage. Hotel looks swanky but I was put off by the lack of parking. No staff on entrance. Terrible room view.

Basic Hotel next door to noisy building site.

Arrived to find road directly outside Hotel blocked by concrete pump, the pour and noise continuing all night.

I booked a Non smoking room, and found there were none available, so was eventually upgraded after i suggested i go elsewhere. The Suite i was given was good but very noisy with the building site.

Looking at the construction progress it looks like another 6-9 months of noise (the rest of 2017).

Parking in the basement is first come first served and no more than 20 spaces for a big hotel.
