The first room we were assigned was dirty and there was a ton of garbage behind the table in between the beds. The hotel staff was not the most friendliest when checking out.

Only stayed for one night as we were passing through. Staff was very friendly! Property was clean. Breakfast was good, with eggs and sausage and waffle iron. Bed wasn’t great, just a mattress on a metal cot-like frame. Bedding was good and clean though. Worth the price we paid, and we would stay again.

Minor issues: no information in the room regarding breakfast times or tv channels. There was no on-screen channel guide either. While scrolling channels a pornographic scene appeared.
Also the television in the breakfast area should probably not be on a news channel. A child became upset after seeing video coverage.

It’s our go to spot when we travel to see family. The pool,hot tub, and hot breakfast is a plus. The beds are comfy and the sheets are soft. Destiny is always spot on. She knew we enjoyed the pool and put us across from it without us asking. I’m pretty sure she isn’t paid what she’s worth, I would poach her if she was in Texas😉

We arrived, the check in was easy, the staff is WONDERFUL and FRIENDLY. The room was clean, bathroom well well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. I think I like it better than the one I have at home! Only thing I didn't like was the pillows were like rocks. Very hard. The room was not too hot or to cold, perfect temperature.
We WILL BE using again. Oh, please stock DIET Pepsi in your drink offering. Not everyone likes diet coke.

The room was in ok condition. The bed looked clean. The chair and ottoman had weird white spots all over and it looked dusty and old. I wouldn’t sit on there nor place my belongings on it. The full length mirror had steaks and a white drip on it. Gross. The bathroom had odd colored splatter on the walls and the floors could use a good cleaning

The room was in excellent condition. Overall, the place was impressively clean. Staff was cordial. Night desk person was great!

However, by the third floor was a storage area with windows enabling all to see chairs and other items haphazardly thrown in the space. Put curtains covering windows, please.

The breakfast was COLD, while juices from the dispenser were very warm. The eggs and meat were cold. There was no honey. The only waste receptor was for recycling (blue) we had to put food wast in the recycle bin.

No movies.

Bottom of bed is steel and kept banging loud when you.moved. Bed and pillows were nice. Breakfast area was way too small. Coffee was very good. Radio was making noises, like a short. The listing advertised a pool and the pool was not open during my stay due to maintenance. Also around 10:00 am 02-13-26 a man used a room key to just walk right into our room (215) unannounced before check out time.

Upon checking in and going to my room, my girlfriend and I I noticed splattered poo in the toilet, hair behind the toilet; short and long. One could only assume which kind of hairs. Visible food and crumbs on the carpet, stains on the bed spread… do I need to keep going.. have pictures to back all of this up as well. Do not stay here…. Go across the street to the holiday inn!!! Pay the little extra!

Front desk lady was great. The hallways, the carpets, and the bathroom in the room was filthy. The pool was disgusting and looked as if it hasn’t been washed or sanitized and the floor in the pool was awfully dirty too. If you ran the jets in the hot tub you got a nasty scum line. It was just gross. We left before attempting to do to sleep.

We stayed here twice. The first was on our way to the Michigan thumb. The second was 10 days later on our return home due to mother nature. Snow/ice. The hotel is clean and they have a treadmill, which is a necesity for me. The breakfast was decent too. So if you are looking for a clean and reasonably priced hotel this is a great option.
