The Woman Housekeeper with the green 💅, helped me a little more than front desk service, I will say if you are staying more towards the pool area it is far from the lobby I drove to the lobby was quicker , overall I will be staying here again once it’s warmer ! They should also inform their Guests that the phones are unplugged. And should also inform Guests breakfast Hours just incase they might not know but overall 6.5/10 .

You get what you pay for. Not enough outlets in the room. Had to charge phone in bathroom. 1 outlet had TV, fridge, & microwave in 1!!!!!! Shower were head was all the way up to the ceiling, no exaggeration. Unable to adjust shower head so my shower sucked! Bed was comfy.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The pool was nuce and the hot tub is huge. The bottom floora had their own doors going outside. For us smokers, that was nice to be able to go right out your room and not have to walk a long way outside. Beds were comfy. A good stay!

The manager rude the room was ok not was expected curtains was torn hug up sloppy ; chsirs had holes in real big. A little foid left in refrigerator . We froze all night heat didn't work felt like ac was on. If i could give this tlroom a zero i would. I will NEVER STAY HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!

The lobby entrance is dark and uninviting. Once inside, the lobby is clean and updated, but we weren't sure they were even open until we got inside.

The first room they gave us didn't match the pictures, as we were hoping for a couch to lounge on during our stay. Also, the fridge was very loud, and upon examination, was frosted over and had food frozen to the walls. So, we requested a different room.

The 2nd room was tidy, but not really clean. The floor hadn't been vacuumed, and the bathroom was falling apart. There was a dust collection in the toilet paper dispenser, the tissues were empty, and the floor was cracked and sharp. There were cobwebs in every corner of the room, including by the beds. The nightstand outlets didn't work, so we had to plug our phones into the TV outlets to charge.

And the breakfast... was inedible. The eggs were rotten. The sausage was burnt. There was no orange juice at all. And the tables were so close together that we all felt smushed. Tables like that are meant to be spread out, with ONE chair on each side, not 2, with walking room in between.

No clean towels exchange no clean bedding changed and no iron in the room, no phone in the room to call the front desk. The room was DISGUSTING! No lights in the bathroom, when i got them to work they flickered and were not bright (i have a video of them not working) There was RED AND BROWN STAINS all over my sheets. The night stand was broken and there were no outlets anywhere. Then our room key wouldnt let us back into our room when we left for breakfast and came back so we had to deal with that too. Literally so disgusting would never go again.

The gym equipment didn’t work. Needs to be upgraded to much going to 1 plug in the room which made the TV surge every time you opened or closed the microwave or fridge. The refrigerator froze everything. No shampoo in shower but that wasn’t a big deal. Over all cleanliness was great. Breakfast food was expired (yogurt)

Easy check in, friendly staff. Room was fine. Bed very comfortable. It was nice having a balcony. The room was quiet. I didn’t have time to enjoy the jacuzzi or pool but those are nice amenities. I appreciated having a microwave and fridge, since I had leftovers and was able to store them and heat them up. Nice to have coffee and yogurt in the morning.

Holy Moly! This hotel at the price point was run by the most amazing family. They went over and above for us. Our bed was extremely comfortable, the hotel was sparkling vlean, and they even held breakfast over for us by an hour after hearing my husband was a diabetic but wasn't ready to come down!

If you are going outlet shopping,or just traveling through, as we were, on our trip from Nebraska to Michigan to see family and friends, I can't recommend Baymont Inn in Michigan City, Indiana enough!

So much was going on after we checked in late.
Toilet seat was broken as the bathroom door handle was also broken. Woke up to annoying alarms on both side of are rooms. First alarm at 530am and the other room 730am with it going off at least 30 min. The refrigerator was making a loud humming noise.
Took a shower in the morning and water was not going down so I was in standing water.
Not what we expected for a Wyndham hotel. Very disappointed!

Our checking was really good. The hotel is in sad condition. Kinda looked like they were remodeling but it is a sad condition. The room was clean but desperately needs repairs. The chair was broken and badly stained. Bathroom needed repairs. Hairdryer was broken and they had no replacement. Are people living there? Patios were full of empty liquor bottles and trash?? Checkout was awful. Worker was outside on his phone and never acknowledged us or came in to help. We gave our keys to someone jn the lobby. We stayed out of necessity but I’d never stay again. It was a little sketchy. I expected more from Wyndham.

Well , family of 4 staying in double room. There was only 3 bath towles, i called and asked for more. Housekeeping came to tell us its only 3 towels. It was a rule. After a few minutes she finally gave us the towles. Bathroom sink drain was super slow. When i getting ready for bed, i noticed bloid stain on the bed sheet. I called front desk he said theres no Housekeeping now i can move you to another room. We were checking out next day. I told him just get me clean sheets. After 20 minutes i went to the lobby and he apologized said there was no Housekeeping. I adked for the sheets, he couldn't give them to me. I offered to wait. He said no. That he will bring them up to us. I guess you get what you pay for.

Awful stay anywhere else

Unpleasant & not at all hospitable owners/operators. Terribly unclean property. Could not sit in any chairs, all stained with human 'fluids' so gross I was even afraid to sleep in the bed! Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. I almost never leave a good or bad review but his one is so bad I had to warn others.

The property is right in the middle of everything which is so convenient!! Me and my youngest daughter stayed for 4 days and really enjoyed it! We went shopping, ate at a few of the local restaurants, rode the train to Chicago, and went to the beach! It is an older hotel so there's no elevator so keep that in mind if you decide to stay here, staff was great and the place was clean!! We will be back!!

This hotel was decently clean and the pool was nice. The building is older and needs a lot of updates, and we did see a few bugs in the bathroom. Overall would not stay again, but not for any specific reason.

The beds are very comfortable , their was confusion at the front desk after I had checked in and unpacked my door opened up and it was another customer who was given the same exact room as me with key to my room, lucky I was inside the room and also he was an honest customer and apologized and showed me his key and key folder was for my exact room number.
The pool doesn’t open up until 2pm closes at 10pm
Breakfast was good and had lots of options, front end staff were very nice and polite when I had interactions with them, they also only take cash for items you purchase there ie: snacks drinks. There are pets allowed here we did not bring. A pet but noticed animals inside with customers , phones in room are fake (not real) so you have to walk to front desk with issues , which can be over 100 meters Walk in half the rooms …overall 7/10.
