We spent 2 nights at this hotel last weekend. The staff (Debbie) was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. She had us all laughing from the moment we met her. She was awesome and I would go back to stay there again based on Debbie alone.
One thing to note, the fridge wasn’t working when we checked in, but Debbie had a new one on the way 10 minutes later. Huge shout out to Tony with glasses who swapped the fridge for us.
The housekeeping does the best they can for what little pay they receive. The room wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t a disaster. Ive definitely stayed in worse places.
The A/C was awesome! We kept the room at 65 degrees and it maintained temp for our entire trip.
They recently got new mattresses and we did have a couple minor issues with them, they are black in color and leave dark stains on your skin if you come in contact with them which is easy to do because the fitted sheets come off the second you sit down on the bed.
The hotel’s location is 5-Stars! Anything you could possibly want is easily within walking distance and several restaurants are right outside the door.
There was a strong smell of marijuana that filled the hotel several times during our stay which was disheartening since it is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but the laughs from our interactions with Debbie made up for it.
