I really enjoyed staying in room 104 and would love these accommodations again over the next few months as I am reserved to stay for multiple weekends for work travel. Everything was excellent from staffing to rooming.

This place was ok. overpriced for a Super 8. The room was generally clean, the nooks and cranny were dirty. the around the sink faucet and the hairdryer cord was caked with dirt. they advertise a breakfast, theres no real breakfast. instant oatmeal and juice.

Room was always cleaned when we'd come back from our trips. Very nice room and was a nice atmoshpere. Not sure why this place has some of the reviews it had because it was overall a nice place to stay! Not many complaints except, it says they have a free breakfast when that breakfast is just mainly granola bars and honey buns... the pool was also closed but only for renovating. There are beaches around the area anyways that we wouldve gone to if it wasnt a cold weekend!

This property is dirty, had bed bugs. Booked for my family for the night, inspected room before taking family in. Bed bugs old worn sheets, the guy at the desk was very rude, told me that it is like that, because it is cheap. Said all that stays there\" are nexicans\" that the have been fixing the place up , because of that. It has not been fixed up at all. Ruined my whold families trip. All local hotels were booked, and because of the vad conditions of this place, my family turned around and came back home. Therefore, i didnt get to take my grandkids to the beach as planned.

Staff was nice. Hotel was outdated but decent enough. There were multiple rooms on the floor that had the doors open and I’m assuming displaced families living there. They left their doors open and you hear/see all going on in their rooms, along with all of their belongings. (Which I do know hotels take in displaced families and I think that’s great but it felt like a college dorm hallway.)
It was only for one night, and it was quiet enough when we went to sleep with the AC on.

We checked in and went to the room. After getting in the room we seen cockroaches and we went right back to the front desk and checked right back out. They refunded us our money and we ended up at the holiday inn. Paid more but did not have to deal with bugs. WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO SUPER 8

Had the room with the jacuzzi in it. My wife and I were a bit skeptical about the place it looked kinda run downish but it was actually decent. The room was clean but walls just like most were kinda thin. But the thing I really didn’t like at all was the lack of breakfast food. Not saying it had to be extravagant but just fruit granola and yogurt was really a bit of a letdown. The staff was present but not very inviting but I know a lot of people prefer that.

Security Concerns and Safety Issues

As a budget hotel I didn’t expect to much but for the average nightly fee I had expected the property was going to be safe, clean, and no frills. The scary part of the trip was the lack of safety features. All of the overhead lights in the parking lot, with exception of 1 by main entrance, were out. The side entrance was never locked and could be accessed without a key. On the last morning two hotel employees, one sounding like a supervisor were arguing in hallway about sheets at 8 am. As a solo female traveler I like economy motels where I feel safe and this is not it.

The front desk employee (only staff we encountered) was kind and I have 0 complaints. The property in general looks forgotten and neglected. It's quite sad because it seems to be in a good location with quite a few food options nearby and right off the highway. As a family with young kids, we prioritize pools and food nearby- not necessarily breakfast. The food options were sad and probably not necessary (packaged goods like honey buns or crunchy granola bars). The room was doing it's best, but it was sad and dingy. The pool area was probably the worst area in the hotel :( However, the pool water looked clean and smelled like chemicals so I felt okay to let my kids swim. This area was our halfway point on a road trip, so on the way back home we stayed at another hotel.

Oatmeal packets but no milk to put on it, nothing but packaged rolls and bars. Only fruit was oranges. Don't really call that a breakfast. The regular coffee was empty and no one came to replace it while we were there.
