We had to change rooms bc the first one housekeeping had left trash and towels in the room. I had asked to be closer to the main area of the hotel bc I was traveling with an elderly person and the hotel said they didn’t have anything in the Blu Spa tower because most floors were under construction - which was a lie. Our stay wasn’t horrible, the casino is fun…but I didn’t find it worthy of 5 stars for sure.

Slowest service at the bars. Get a rolling cart with ice and beers in it and move people through line quicker. Turn up the music when band is not playing. Long hallway to Tower rooms is annoying and far and your late night cafe should have more grab n go foods and condensed menu so-you can move the line quickly. Its such a buzz kill to come stand in line and then wait and wait for your food. So many easy ways to improve upon these things and you don’t do them. Be better.

Disgusting and dirty. Filters were caked with crud, hard to breathe with allergies. Shower lesked all over bathroom floor upon using due to bad seals on door. Steakhouse wasnt open, so had to eat at the lakeside cafe, which was overpriced and not very good. Beds are awful and uncomfortable, no fitted sheets so have fun tossing around on a sheet. The entire facility looked like the last time it was dusted or cleaned was 1980. Look up at the vents. Yuck. The lounge doesnt have enough seating and theres nowhere else to get drinks and sit to enjoy. Couldnt get additional pillows, only ONE king pillow is allowed per room, according to front desk. If you want to pay $400+ for 2 nights while spending money on machines and drinks, plus dinner elsewhere, this is your place....but there are better, cleaner hotels. FourWinds Casino isnt much further and looks beautiful inside! We even went there to hang out instead of where we paid to sleep! Zero stars, dont recommend this place!

Our room was definitely in poor condition. I had to remove plastic wrapping and a used razor from the shower floor. You can contract a bunch of dieses that way. The lady at the Roulette table was very rude to us because we had never played the game before. She mumbled something under her breath and rolled her eyes. As for the gym I was on the treadmill and when I shut it off and went to get off and the belt kept running and I fell off and hit my whole right side. Of my body. Your equipment should be working in a correct fashion before allowing people on them. As for the view all there was to look at was a bunch of used boats.

The hotel lacked amenities such as dining options ( basically fast food delivered slowly). Only 1 sit down bar and but no table service. Waiting in line to order a drink but only one place to sit. Also, smoking was allowed and smell was overwhelming.
