Upon checkin a woman named cassandra was extremely mean and rude. I told her I am very sad because my mom died and she said “so my mom died too” i said yesterday? She said we do not have any rooms until 3:00. It was 6:30 am. I sat in the lobby. Luckily for me a new lady came in around 8 and she gave me my room early. But this was an exasperating experience. Cassandra also said to me that there are other hotels nearby and she had the option whether she wanted to check me in or not. This was very bad.

The man who checked us in late on March 20th was fantastic and the room was clean.
The shuttle driver had no idea where he was going and took literally 40 minutes and the guests on the shuttle finally speaking up to get him to terminal 8 where most of us were flying out of.

I had a mixup when I booked it (my fault) and the lady at the front desk was awesome with helping me get it all fixed. It was midnight and after a 14hr flight from Hong Kong, I just wanted to shower and go to bed. She made it possible.

This place is a RIPOFF , for $245! Unless you’re in a jam, I would not recommend this place!
I will write a letter to the NY hotel commission, and report them, for DEMANDING a CC when the room is fully paid for., just to have your CC info in their system

Very convenient if you’re overnighting or staying for a couple days and need to be close to the airport (JFK).

The shuttle is very efficient and on time.

The elevators tank, the rug were so dirty and old. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. That's why it's included because nobody would pay for that.The shower was gross it was just in the side of the room with no actual doors or barrier and the water when all over the whole bathroom. The front desk person didn't give me a wake-up call that I requested and told me that I was on a list for a shuttle at nine o'clock in the morning and then when I came down in the morning I was told that it was full and I wasn't on there. The only reason I stayed here was because it was close to the airport and I did have an international flight to get to, but I needed to take an uber anyway. Why would you have room thermostats set to 67° with no way of adjusting it. Bad food, dirty, and freezing with staff who don't care.

While the immediate area around the hotel looks a bit rough, the hotel itself was very comfortable and a solid choice for a JFK stay. The room was great, featuring a comfy bed, reliable Wi-Fi, and quality amenities like the TV. I also really appreciated the breakfast offerings and the helpful shuttle service to and from the airport.

The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me navigate the transit system for my trip into Midtown Manhattan. If you can look past the neighborhood’s first impression, the service and interior comfort make this a 4-star experience.

Shuttle from federal station was fantastic. We arrived and the shuttle had already left. I contacted the hotel and they sent the shuttle in less than 10 minutes. Absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was perfect and certainly exceeded expectations for a comfort inn. Can’t say enough about the place.

I didn't used the wifi, room was clean and the staff was pretty much ok ..but this one specific person on the front i don't know is name I came down in the lobby to get something to drink or eat I realized breakfast was over but seeing the person talking to some persons I think quest has checked out to leave I look in the fridge I get no acknowledgement from no one so I leave but on my return I saw the male person that was having the conversation with the checking out guests around the front desk and he saw me looking around in the lobby and not even acknowledge me to say something but it's was ok my time was well spend..thank you

Everything was fine. Just what i need for an overnight pre-flight room. My only issue is no restaurant. They give you take out menus if you want to eat.Fortunately, there is a restaurant in the hotel next door. Basic menu, full bar and you can pay cash.

Although it was rather small, this hotel provided comfort for the short time we stayed there. The staff is friendly and the complimentary breakfast is great! One thing is that the bathroom in our room would flood the floors whenever we used the shower even if the doors were closed.

My trip was canceled by the airline because of a war in Iran. I tried contacting the hotel manager four times to cancel the stay and possibly moving it to a date in November. The manager never returned my calls or emails. I would not recommend doing business with this property.

They have no parking even thow the reviews said they do . I would have never book with a hotel that has no parking. Shower was leaking water on the floor. Room key didn’t work some times . No microwave in the room no ice machine on each floor you have to go to lobby to get ice . Horrible hotel I will never book with them again.

Internet was very slow. The biggest issue in my stay was the parking. This hotel does not have its own parking. You need to park on the street which has lot of restrictions and no clear signs for no parking. So it is almost certain that you will get a parking ticket one or the other way. Even hotel staff did not guide well when it comes to parking. So be careful when you book this hotel and be aware this hotel does not have it’s own parking.

We didn't use the internet, we didn't use the work out room but, everything was CLEAN!! The hotel is only six years old and the manager, Samil was delightful. I had phoned beforehand to make sure no cleaning sprays were used because of my asthma. He told me as we were waiting to leave that he checked the room himself when he saw that notation. He and Meagan were there to help us with directions, parking..anything we needed. I'd stay here again for sure!

Have you used them a bunch of times whenever we fly out of JFK we were hit with a big snow storm Sunday night into Monday and our flight out of JFK Monday morning was canceled. Could not get a ride to the hotel from Connecticut and it didn’t matter anyway, because the flight was canceled. They would not refund the nights money because of their hotel terms I even had insurance on the room through Expedia, they won’t return the money last time I ever use them.

My room was in very good condition—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I appreciated the overall quality of the stay. However, I was disappointed by the limited shuttle service to the airport. The cutoff time meant I couldn’t use the shuttle for my flight and had to arrange alternative transportation, which was inconvenient.
While the accommodation itself was excellent, I would recommend that the hotel consider extending shuttle hours or offering more flexible options for guests with early or late flights

The room was spotless but man was it small, ourselves and our bags, 2 big and 2 small, and we were jumping over them. Surely no space to open them on the floor you need to lift them to the bed to take things off. We cant open the door with the bags rolling.
Other then that all was great, the breakfast was great and the service over there as amazing

We initially checked into Room 404, only to find the heating system completely broken, leaving the room freezing cold. The front desk refused to resolve the issue, claiming the system was down and offering only an extra blanket.
We strongly demanded a room change. Although we were moved to Room 312, the situation remained the same—the room was equally freezing with no heating. It was so cold that we were shivering in our winter jackets and could not stay there.
Since the front desk representative was unable to assist us and told us to contact the manager the next day, we had no choice but to leave your hotel immediately after midnight. We did not spend a single minute staying at your property and had to find another hotel to stay the night at our own more expense.
It was only two hours ago that I finally received a written response from the hotel. They mentioned they need to 'further review' my situation before getting back to me，Prior to this, we made numerous phone calls and left messages for the manager, but received absolutely no reply.
Given that we received absolutely no service and were forced to leave due to uninhabitable conditions, we demand a full refund of our payment. Additionally, we expect a formal apology for this unacceptable treatment. If you refuse to resolve this issue, we will make sure the public is fully aware of your hotel's practices and my experience.
